In such incidents, it's usually the couple who need to be collectively counseled . The trauma though hurt Khushi to far more extent , Arnav is as much mentally affected as Khushi, if not more. He will be the vital part of her treatment to cure her , he needs to heal himself too. Proud of Arnav's true love for Khushi.

Emotional update

Really feeling bad for both Arnav and Khushi. For Khushi to go thru all that and Arnav feeling helpless thinking he failed her. Hating Shyam to the core. How animalistic one can be to do that to the girl he claims to love. Really feeling proud of Arnav who is standing by Khushi in times of her need. Hope she doesn't face all that doctor mentioned and with Arnav by her side she will definetly come out of depression and Arnav punish Shyam in the way he gets to be punished which is worstly.
