All i can plan is weekenend getaways to my next fascination heritage sites:)

My sister and i did a Kumbakonam and all places around trip a few years back. We wandered at our will, with no fixed plan and had a brilliant time. Saw temples & forts all over the place. A guide at the Thanjavur temple took us upstairs and showed us the area inside the Gopuram. Stunning architecture and unbelievable that it was all done 1000 years ago.

An interesting point. When I was in Sri lanka, the guide in Anuradhapura, told me that Indian kings used to regularly invade their country & loot their treasury. Apparently, that is how Thanjavur temple was built ! Never knew that till then !!

It is crowded no doubt, but still very beautiful. It's so green. Buddhist monks chatting in the evening is sight in itself. So calm and the lamps. Simply beautiful. I have not explored south and east of India. That's next on the agenda.

Awesome update Nisha! He watched her fall asleep, her grip on him loosened to a hold and then to a touch... eventually her hand sliding off his waist..

And loved father and son conversation

"It is going to be hard for her" Ranjan said

"U were afraid Mr Iyer was going to shoot it down altogether?" Ranjan asked

"He was probably saving his daughter from a day like tomorrow" Ranjan said

"If Tan did the same I would be angrier" Ranjan justified MrIyer's resentment

Ranjan is worried about his favorite bitiya, brilliantly narrated Nisha👏

His action in the last sentence says it all. A businessman par excellence, a gem of a human being and a shrewd man who sees all that is happening around him. He is there for his gudiya betiya and points out to his son brilliantly all his chinks !!

R&B...disappointed in you man !!!! 😕

You have exposed all your chinks, weaknesses, your inability to address issues and your self absorbed point of view in asking II to move in the past few updates. The young ones are caught up with your looks, shades and stubble, but I have been seeing all your fallibilities and am upset..really upset.

You did not think thru for the marriage worried that Appa would be the spoke in the wheel. You did not think thru when you sold the shares as I still think you cut your nose to spite your face...And obviously you did not hold onto the VP position because...OOOH !! that is an inheritance 😡

Now you cut loose, pick your bag and walk...expect II to follow you ???and why ?? you have the temerity to ask her to quit ?? or do you plan to Angel invest a project for her and make her happy ? Am maaad...😡

Iam not asking you to deal with the past, because that is your personality with the inability to address emotions handling the person closest to you Ma...and her relationship with your Dad.

But my dear man , you are making mistakes now ...the present!!! You will be carrying a very heavy cross as you leave and none of us will make it lighter for you...

And I am hopping mad just now ...blaming you...as I had to retype this post twice with BSNL causing issues..or perhaps they are angry with you too 😃

[bold] Somehow I can't really accept that...and everyone in this forum knows about my opinion😆... and he shud be the last one to give marriage advice according to me...but no comments...

Anyways I donno y all of them have to guilt trip the dude alone...He is just going for his job.. It is unreasonable to expect him to work from home for the rest of his life...

According to me, they shud just sit and discuss for whom it is easier to move...instead of both being stubborn idiots...

They both were stupid enuf to get married before discussing this...It is high time they atleast think about this practically and sanely...ana nowing both of their egos and insecurity it is very difficult

@ swati 1990...
let's say Ranjan..."portrayed as a gem of a man"...😊

Also, his opinions on marriage, what happened in his marriage etc. are still up in question ?!
His reactions to the dude were due to his concern and love for II

There is nothing called darkness.
It's just absence of light...

similarly,

There is nothing called a problem
Its just absence of an idea to find a good solution ...

HeHe...no comments on 'gem of the person'...

But I see only his selfishness in the so called advice...His need to hold on to II and his son...

My point is why is everyone accusing the guy as if he is saying that I am going to leave II here and will not take her with me...that is not the case illa...

A responsible advice would be to ensure they both are together wherever they are in which case the advice shud be given for both of them to decide for whom it is easier to move...ana athu yaarum panra mathiriye enaku theriyala...

and these two are also stubborn idiots...situations like this happens sometimes...we have to adapt and the aim should be to strive to live together...not to hold on to egos and resign to separation...
