Just a try
dont hit me if its pathetic
it can be nothing like nivi's or nisha's
defiantly inspired by them

i woke up to the life of everyday
not knowing it wont forever stay this way
walked out of home as my job would call
running into a man slender and tall

he would stare and i would never notice
In a pastry shop i was helping his dad make his choice

unknown to the his intentions within
i would fight for my gratified win

not sure why he would pay for my food
i would return the favour to only be gone for good

the kiss that would bring me alive
i forget my past that would now seem too naive
there began the journey with my cure
not a shinning armour but tormentor for sure

now in the arms of the frustrating man
i stay gathering his essence as much as i can

cause he would wake up and leave
exactly like my appa would always believe

all the fight the begging and pain
everything to i did to marry him going in vain

would he stop and give it another chance
will he give me a second glance ?

jis dint un bandh darwazoon ko khol tum chale aogey

saalon beth gaye uss din ko
jis din mere khushiyon ka angan thufaan mein ujhaad kar reh gaya

jisse asha rakhiti hamne usne khudh ko hi hamse door kiya

uss pal ke yadon mein jitey aj bhi sirf tera inkaar hi paya

jiss pita ke khandon par khele jiss pita ko apna yaar mana
ek hi pal mein use tune apney see yu door kiya

mana ki thumne khoya ma ko
par hamne bhi tho jine ke wajah Gawayi

na maafi ki umeed ki tumse na dedh saara pyaar
bus itne hai vinaate ki aapse kar lo batein do char

aakhir wo din aa hi gaya jab chale aye tum iss kamrey mein
hame shayad pata hi tha ki uss akhri bandan ko bhi thodne wale ho

ye saza tho ham baumr jitey agar tum kabhi laut na atey

par iss baar na sambhal paynge hum
ek galti jo tumne kar di
bahu ke roop mein kushiyion ki wajah dedi
ab kaise jiye uske BHI bina!!??

Dear Nouf and SoSy sathiyon

As I was stuck in the work deeper than neck almost above my eyes, my hands were incapable of logging onto the forum and respond to the conversations also since my eyes were clouded with the same exhausting amount of work I could not read any updates on time! Ending up becoming R&Bish.

I regret not being able to be a part of anything the two days gone like a dead person.while I am happy (whom am I kidding I was bursting out of joy and excitement) at the fact that you all missed me and remembered me while the time period.(wait did I tell u I did the Michael Jackson free fall and other cool moves when I read my name in the comments asking for me?? No?? Shh shh secret)

I promise to write a detailed review and have also tried to make up for the irregularity by writing two pieces of poetry.

It's a request to excuse me and accept my apologies.

I thank nouf was giving me a temporary gate pass into the forum until I as able to present a leave letter and now i appeal for a full time entry providing a chance to go on II mode.

Yea I know I'm over doing it with the number of posts and poems

29 I will behave more like I belong to the R&B blood line than II's giving you all a little peace

This one is for you to choose who is speaking the lines

Yes brace your heart cos here's the day when he says he wants to pack and go his way

I see your tears I sense your heart's cry I can't come up with words no matter how much I try

I have seen your smile stretch a mile...even when he is around just for a while

Trust me I know how what he means to you cos I see the glint when he talks those words so few

I rest my back take a breath trying to find a way...i find no control as my overriding nerves threaten to give away

Holding myself back eyes tightly shut here i lay...when all I wish to do is run to him hug him tight and beg him to stay

I could be angry I could be cross...I could give him a piece of my mind and show his flaws

I could complain I could fight I could bargain I could ask Him straight showing him if I tried I could be the boss

But like sand he would slip through my fingers...the wandering man the footloose bloke

Why tie him down like a bird that wants to fly...cos everyday u and me will have to see him choke

I can take you with me we can make a team again...as we always do for things so mundane

We can show him how he could have a family here...and give him what he would always fear and abstain

Then I thought and knowing you would agree...all we need is his happiness and glee

Can we hurt the man we love...can ignore his only plea

Let him let go whatever hurts...free his mind and feel like a bird or a feather

Till then u and me could hold on to each other...praying for him and for one another

Things he has felt things that broke him..there was a lot through which he must have been

It's his turn to see the grass that's green...leaving behind the autumn scene

Cos I am sure there would return to us..he might not run but walk back home

No more denying the fact that his world is here not Paris or Rome

He would be here sitting around smiling the "half" he would always hide

Playing with his own little reflections of pride

THE LITMUS TEST

A cross road in life we often face

Choose one after weighing the pros and cons, relevant to the phase

Choose she did to stay on in KMPG

Evoking strong responses from family that stood further divided

She the one smarting most in the deal, visible to all reaching out to heal

A monster she had made him from the outset

Her and His family rallied beside her willing to berate the thoughtless move.

A family she came born with and a family she chose to bear with

Her choice that distanced her from the man that had guarded her for 28 years

A choice that brought a Prince Charming that guarded her with possessive zeal

A decision she rued 3 months later, A parting that wrenched hearts around her

A mother departed shattering her loved ones a daughter arrived striving to meld them

In the process resistance, repentance, rejection, resignation she faced in every direction

Resilience of an unwanted child, Insecurity of an unwanted spouse, inadequacy at work

Deterred her not to confront the devil of the cross the father bore

Unrelenting he was she smarts in the agony of both

A fairy in disguise awaits at a distance the watchful vile other notes her every move from close quarters

A new arrival in her life Fairy or witch time will reveal ...cup of joy will be hers at last...

I simply cannot bear the thought...

it's way too hard, I just cannot.

Me here and you there...

it's much too soon, how is this fair?

Sooner than I least expected...

my fears come true of being left disconnected.

The knot in my throat grows tighter than tight...

as I dwell on the memories that flash in my sight.

All those precious half-smiles that you quietly released...

every single time you let out even a small peep...

each of the moments you threw your head back to laugh...

it's these things that I struggle now to keep in my grasp.

I feel everything slipping out of my hands...

very much like those glossy grains of sand.

All those heated moments in which we fought...

every single tear that burned my cheek hot...

each of the bombs that exploded between us...

it's these things that I don't want to just leave thus.

I want to fight with you some more...

as I throw another few vases across the second floor.

All those tender touches of my smile to yours...

every single crevice your fingers discovered on their tours...

each of the intricate patterns your toes drew...

it's these things that I need to accrue.

I haven't even finished paying the interest just yet...

even after that, there's still quite a bit of debt.

After clearly knowing all of this...

you're still choosing to give me new memories of bliss.

This day, this time, these microscopic moments...

they will soon be forever gone these passing time fragments.

All of these stunningly amazing feelings...

happen they may once again in future meetings.

Perhaps even more than just once they may occur...

but they'll never be the same, not like they just were.

We can never call back this precious time...

not with a million, not even with a dime.

Just listen to me this once and I'll sing for you 'til my throat is raw...

please don't go, please pohaade da.
