CHAPTER 4
Akash and Ananya picked up the phone and looked at each other with a jerk. Actually, their boss had called them up in conference and said, "Akash you nave work with Ananya and vo abhi conference mein hai. Talk to her." Ananya and Akash were shocked to know this. Both were looking at each other with wide eyes. Akhilesh asked, "Ananya, everything alright? Akash?" Ananya looked at Akash. His hands were tied up. Ananya was holding a gun. Akash looked at her...actually glared at her and said, "Yes sir everything alright. Main Ananya se mil lunga. Vo meri flight mein hi hai. I have got a flight to catch. Talk to you later." Both of them then disconnected the call.
After that Ananya quickly untied Akash and said, "I am so sorry. I had no idea ki mujhe aap ke saath kaam karna hai. By the way, i think we are getting late, main chalti hun." Saying this she fled. Akash looked at her for a few seconds and then called Nikhil. The convo-
N - Hey Akash! Mila usse?
A - Haan bhai mila...aur sahi kaha tune...Meethi churi hai ye.
N - Dekha kaha tha na? Chal ab meri meeting hai...bad mein baat kerte hain...Bye
A - OK Bye!
Akash disconnected the phone with a smile. He then said to himself, "Kitna galat tha main ki larkiyaan risk nahi leti...jo larki mujhe pakad kar bitha sakti hai vo to kuch bhi kar sakti hai...well beta Akash tu to isse bachke hi rahiyo." He nodded his head and moved towards the common room. There he saw that Ananya was sitting on the couch and was doing something on her phone. There was nobody else inside. He came near her and whispered in her ear, "Ab kis bichaare ki info nikaal rahi ho?" Ananya smiled and said, "Well main BICHAARON ki info nahi nikaalti." Akash came and sat beside her and said, "Kyun? Meri nahi nikaali thi?" She looked at him and said, "To aapko aisi galatfahmi kaise ho gayi ki aap bichare hain?" Akash replied, "Well meri galatfahmi nahi sachai hai...by the way tumhe mujh par shak kaise hua?" Ananya then told him the whole story that how she hacked Mahima's account and Wanderlust Airlines' accounts. Akash saluted her for this and he said, "You know...jab sir ne bola tha ki larki aane waali hai, maine unse kaha tha ki larki kaise ye kaam karegi...par ab lagta hai kit um ye kaam mujhse better kar sakti ho." Ananya smiled and said, "Well kar to main bohot kuch sakti hun par abhi hume chalna chahiye." Both left for their flight.
Ananya was the head flight attendant on the flight. While the passengers were entering, Rohit Mafatlal, the COO of Wanderlust airlines, entered. He came and met everybody and slowly slipped something in Shruti's hand. Shruti was one of the Air Hostesses. Unknown to him, Ananya noticed this and she decided to keep an eye on Rohit and Shruti. During the flight, suddenly the engine failed and hence with a lot of efforts, they landed. After coming out of the flights and approached Akash. she said, "Shruti and Rohit par nazar rkhni hogi." And then she narrated the whole incident. Akash was thinking about something else. Noticing his unmindfulness, Ananya clapped in front of him and asked, "Kya hua? Tum to aise dare hue ho jaise ye tumhaari first emergency landing ho." Akash looked at and said, "First nahi par bohot weired thi ye." Ananya enquired, "Mtlab?" Akash said, "Har flight se pehele saare parts check kie jaati hai. To without any reason suddenly engine fail ho jaana...kuch samajh nahi aaya." Ananya said, "To iska matlab koi hai jo chahata tha ki ye flight crash ho." Akash nodded and said, "Haan!! Ab to mujhe aur bhi zyaada tension hone lagi hai...we need to be fast." Akash and Ananya left for the hotel.
Unknown to them, a person was listening to their conversation. He then called somebody and said, "Sir plan successful hua...idhar airport par abhi pilot flight attendant ko bol raha tha ki engine fail hone ka reason smajh nahi aaya...bus ab saare crew ka dhyaan kahin aur lagakar hum apna kaam kar lenge."
Ananya came to her room and threw her bags and jumped on the bed. She was hell tired. She was about to sleep when someone knocked the door. She said to herself, "Aaj mujhe koi sone nahi dega." She went to open the door. As soon as she opened the door, someone put a handkerchief on her nose and slowly she fainted. The man picked her up and kept her on the bed and started searching her bags. After sometime, he stopped and called somebody and said, "Iske pass kuch nahi hai...lagte hum bekaar hi shak kar rahe the." The person on the other side said, "Haan shayad...par ye nayi aayi hai...jab tak pura yakeen na ho tab tak nazar rakhna...abhi niklo vahan se." The man disconnected the call and left.
After about an hour, Ananya gained consciousness. She looked around the room and found it in a total mess. She tried to stand up but couldn't. She saw deep cuts on both her legs and hands. She was suffering from a lot of pain. She still dragged herself towards her phone and then called Akash. Akash picked up the phone and Ananya said, "Akash vo...vo ...tum yahan...koi..." Then she again fainted and the Akash ran towards the reception to get a spare key. The receptionist asked him the reason. He wasn't prepared for that and suddenly out of nowhere an idea came to his mind. He said, "Ma'am actually, she is my girlfriend and vo mujhse naraaz hai and ab darwaaza nahi khol rahi hai. I am scared ki kahin vo khudo kuch kar na le...aap please key de digiye." The receptionist saw the worry and concern on his face and gave him the spare key after asking him some of Ananya's details. Akash then ran like a mad to Ananya's room. He opened the door and was shocked to see the condition of her room. He locked the door from inside after putting the DND sign on the door. He went upto Ananya and picked her up in his arms and made her lie down on the bed. He cleaned up her wounds and then slowly Ananya opened her eyes. Akash gave her a medicine and Ananya fall asleep. By that time, Akash cleaned up her room. While cleaning the room, he saw something lying near Ananya's bed. He smelled it and felt dizzy. He kept it inside his pocket.
After a few hours Ananya woke up. Akash helped her in sitting. He asked her, "Thik ho ab?" Ananya nodded. He continued, "Kya hua tha? Ab detail mein batao?" Ananya replied, "Koi mere room mein aaya. Mujhe behosh kia and then jab main uthi to dekha ki sab bhikhra pada hai and mere chot lagi hui hai." Akash looked at her for a few minutes and said, "Why didn't you react. Tumne use pakra kyun nahi isse phele vo tumhe behosh karta?" Ananya looks outside the window and said, "Pta nahi. Mere anser itni jaan hi nahi thi ki main kuch karti." Akash understood that the thing kept beside Ananya's bed was kept to make her feel dizzy. He told her about it and asked her, "Tumhe yaad hai kuch bhi us insaan ke bare mein?" Ananya thought for some time and then said, "Zyaada to main dekh nahi payi par haan usne Wanderlust ki uniform peheni hui thi. Vo crew members mein se hi koi tha." Akash then said, "Thik hai...to main sir ko inform karta hun...khana kha lo and uske baad hamaare saath aaye hue sab members ki information nikaalte hain. We need to be fast." Ananya nodded and said, "Akash mujhe nahi lagta ki use kuch hoga...i mean iformation to nikaal lenge but hume kuch khaas pata chalega nahi kyunki ye log itne bewakoof nahi hai." Akash asked, "To hum kya Karen?" Ananya asked Akash, "Akash 6 saal pehele jo case humne solve kia tha na...usmein jo aadmi pakra tha vo kaafi smugglers and terrorists ko jaanta hai...i think hum eek baar use baat karni chahiye." Akash nodded and said, "Thik hai...if you think it can help to ye bhi kar lete hain."
