I felt it was really selfish for Arnav to ask to marry her. She could hv taken care of abhi even without being his wife.

But I guess might be Arnav was already aware about Khushi's love for him, n knowing how kind and warm-hearted she was, Arnav decided to test her love in form of Abhi's mother... 😊
Plus Khushi was still single, this could have give him some inclination that she still couldn't move on from her 1st love...
