Chapter 11:

What is Renu Bhabi up to? Khushi should talk to Akash ASAP since he knew something about her. Is she meeting with Shyam? In the previous chapter, Khushi indicated that she might even know where Shyam is, so he must be somewhere local? Is he the Gupta that Poonam is trying to take down? So many interesting subplots in this story - I absolutely love it!

Akash and Payal fighting and NK spotting it! I would love to get NK's take on the whole situation - damn phone for dying!

Loved each and every single one of the interactions Arnav had in his office. I actually like Anjali in this story, which is rare because I'm usually so indifferent to her in most other stories. She's funny, witty, perceptive and just straight up real. It's interesting that she knows that Arnav is setting himself up for failure thinking that his mom will one day miraculously change whereas he can't accept that his mom will forever stay this way.

I knew it wouldn't take long for Khushi to find out the source of this new "gift" she was receiving, via Divyesh, once again - she's a smart girl! Glad she came to talk to Arnav about it directly and that they even cleared up the misconception of her not saving his number - lol Arnav's quite sensitive!

LOL at the way Aman found Arnav and Khushi. And his quip about "Lauu" was just too hilarious - I love the comedic elements you add to this story. I can tell you have a great sense of humor as it translates very well into your story!

First Arnav is defiant about Akash not marrying Khushi and then he clarifies with Aman that the girl he came to marry isn't Khushi - lol it seems like he's very interested in knowing which man is after her.

Poonam Raizada is dangerous, and with knowledge of Khushi's visit to Arnav, she is even more so - I'm truly very scared of what she's going to do at the Holi party.

So Payal did become a true politician like her father. Inviting Khushi is all part of her plan, but is it going to backfire - after all, we all know what a bhang-infused Arnav and Khushi could admit to one another - their true feelings! Although I don't want Khushi to go as it's an obvious trap for her with Payal, Samir Singh and all the Raizada's being there, I do want her to show Poonam Raizada that she doesn't affect her anymore and I want her to interact more with Aman and finally meet NK!!! Let's see which one of these actually ends up happening!

Notes from the Past 8:

So Poonam is not afraid of Khushi because she thinks that Arnav likes her or will start to like her - she's afraid of Khushi because she views her as the other woman? What rubbish?

I remember in one of the previous chapters, it was mentioned that Poonam and Payal were quite similar, except that Poonam was a lot more insecure. I'm guessing that insecurity stems from her husband's alleged philandering or even general interest in "young, pretty girls." Although I feel bad for Poonam if she does feel threatened by other women because of her husband's supposed ways, she just can't be forgiven for what she did to Khushi. For calling her out on her lack of morals and being characterless, she attacked a young, innocent girl who was nothing if not a girl with a great character. Honestly, I could feel during the whole chapter that we were being led to what actually happened and I was reading with great anticipation, but what happened was truly heartbreaking, even more than I had originally imagined. I can understand why both Preeto and Arnav feel that they were indirectly involved with what happened. I'm really curious to know what further interactions Arnav had with Khushi after this latest debacle.

Sorry for the delay in comments. I'm ready for that Holi party now!
