Maybe this time, he couldn't stand the pain of being rejected by his only salvation in life... Maybe his drinking habits started affecting his work, his life, maybe he got into an accident and almost got killed?? Is that why he quits his job finally & sets off to find her, for he will have no peace without her?? And when he tells her all this, she is heartbroken at his plight & feels terribly guilty for having put him through hell once again??

Or is it the plain & simple dating that you were alluding to before...

Jenny, please don't laugh at my ideas... Please, please put us out of our misery... A person has gotta do something when you throw in such crumbs of information for teasers... My weekend is now totally shot. I know your AD is super busy, but can you please give us a chhota sa update?? So that we will get some respite from this mystery that you've woven so cleverly. It is now bugging me!!!!

Kushi goes home after the so called "breakup" with Arnav and for god forsaken reason Aman shows up at her door step and Kushi tells him that she is ready to give them a chance and happy Sujata distributes laddoos to whole neighborhood. Arnav comes to know about this and crashes his car and gets severely injured. Later Kushi realizes what she is doing and apologizes to scapegoat Aman and runs to Arnav only to know that he is hospitalized (may be air lifted to NJ also). After witnessing all this trauma she just takes off to Prayaga ...huphhh
