Haaahaa, poor Madhu. Everyone understands her confusion, including Arnav himself. So there's another child missing in the district. Is this the same person who kidnapped Anjali? Have more kids gone missing in the time between then and now? Are all the missing children girls? Go on Khushi, you're the investigative journalist. This would be the best kind of closure. For everyone involved. And there would finally be justice.

@ Red & Bold - I didn't exactly get the question - Was Arnav attracted to her even before?

Do you mean, before he got to know that she was Khushi? Absolutely yes. He was attracted to her from the morning he met her on the forest trail. And he flirted with her and was keen to know her. (Chapter 2 and 3) All that happened even before he was bombarded with the thoughts of his sister and Khushi's's link to her. And I'm guessing those initial impulses are still as strong 😉

But if you are asking me whether Arnav was attracted to Khushi when she was an eight year old, my answer would be 'No'. She was a child and he was young boy who met her for a couple of hours one evening.They were both grieving. Did it sound like they were attracted to one another in the flashback chapter?😕

@blue italics - We are only prologue + 9 chapters down and those points / queries will be addressed as the story progresses.

I loved the update..i m in love with arnav of HoT..he knew where khushi would be. So he went there and found her on the mountain..i loved the moments between them and last uff reading the way arnav told to say it again main to flat ho gayi..waiting for next update. Thank you.

I love that the Top-of-the -world place appeared again. I love it! :)

Two people, one place, two meetings, twenty years... So different yet so similar.

"It would be impossible to forget the loss of a loved one." How true. I don't know if time heals the wounds or just teaches you to live with that ache. In this case especially, since there was no closure.

I'm so happy Arnav went looking for Khushi and they met again at the same place and had that heart-to-heart.

Arnav is such a sweetheart... planting the Laburnum tree in Anju's memory. Such a lovely gesture.

The informality, familiarity in their conversation was heartening. Loved how Arnav read through her actions and body language.

"What is troubling you? Why haven't you moved on from that place, the very spot where I left you twenty years ago? Why do you hold yourself back from feeling happiness? I see that happening every few minutes. What makes you think that you can assuage your guilt by living in misery? It doesn't work that way." I hope someday he says all that to her.

It's nice that they shared their burden regarding Anju's disappearance, once again. It's nice how they seek and find comfort with each other.

It's interesting that Arnav is even considering how a relationship with Khushi would be.

Both of them feel that attraction. They want to resist, they rationalise to themselves why it makes no sense. But these things are beyond control and logic. I hope they get to learn that soon.

I love that Arnav's back to his flirty, cheesy self. And it's adorable to imagine Khushi's fluttering heart, jelly legs... A much needed bit of normalcy in her life...

It's curious how you find amazing things in unexpected places, especially when you're not looking for them. That is how it happened with these two, I guess.

I'm loving the flow and the pace of the story, Sandhya. Each update leaves me eager for more!! :D

Thank you for Arnav's pctures before and after the haircut and shave.He looks yummy in both 😉 but apparently Khushi likes him after grooming.
Coming to the update...Both remember their last meeting on'the top of the world'...no wonder Khushi was so hurt after Arnav's harsh words at her place after the temple meeting.She might not be expecting an unreasonable Arnav after their tender moments in the meadow from their childhood.
Arnav stole my heart(for the millionth time over)by planting the laburnum tree in Anjali's momory...there can be no greater tribute than planting a flowering tree in a loved one's memory...writing a song comes next(my opinion).
Khushi's guilt and hurt is so profound that it is evident to anyone who knows her even briefly.She has the love of her entire family still it refuses to go.
Sandy I wonder if Anjali will come back?How?Answer to these questions seems not far away now.Missing is a huge word in terms of the possibilities it contains.'Children go missing' a scary term.
