that was so sad and painful sandhya but still it was very beautifully wriiten. i could feel the little arnav and khushi pain. for their tiny age, the pain must have been unbearable. n arnav was right khushi's pain on losing anjali was great and deep as it was for his family, that poor soul lost her best friend, her confident, she have been missing her and on top of that to be blamed by anjali mom must have been devastating.

n my heart went out for arnav because that unfateful day all their lives changed for good, gone were the days that he felt he really belonged to a family. even if he was not as close to anjali as akash was, his pain was still immense as any other family members.

i loved their little talks, it helped them remember that person who bonded them together. it was such an emotional phase for both of them...

Loved the moment in past..it was beautiful, a peak into Arnav's persona as an young teen and how it shaped into a sensible young man!!

If an young Arnav told a child, vulnerable Khushi that it wasn't her fault, his sister is missing then why did Khushi hesitate to tell her name after their first encounter as adults? Has she forgotten the encounter? She could have spared him some ugly encounters with his mother..

It was sad sad to read the past the effect Anjali's disappearance had on both families but it was beautiful at the same time..kinda bittersweet..

At this point, I'm more interested in the mystery than Arshi romance..I hope she is not murdered or sent to Mumbai to beg

Cheers

Hey Sandhya firstly as a tradition with me now Pinch-pulling my ears and apologizing for commenting late.
Pata nahi life itni busy ho gayi hai ya main lazy ho gayi hoon. I guess former is more true.😉

Okie so coming back to the first part of your update I was surprised to know of the classy bitch and about all the stunts she had pull. She is a living nightmare !! Akash and Khushi shared some emotional moments reflecting on there childhood. Nostalgia is playing a major role in making these two comfortable as they were when they were kids. Its so good to have people around you who just dont judge you but really try to help as they can. May be that help is just lending an ear without being judgemental and prejudiced.Arnav was sneaking up on them, now thats interesting. Agreed that he was being guilty of his impulsive behaviour with Khushi but that doesnt gives him a valid reason to turn a green eye there. Then appears the rich witch and our hero is in action. Pulling in rooms and corners and making snide remarks are his speciality but what about the small moment they had in that library. Reading the second part I got my answers, Arnav babu toh bachpan main hi soonsaan pahadiyo pe Khushi ke saath nain matakka kar chuke hain. Ghanto batiyaya hain, bus station tak drop bhi kiya bas ab gaana gana reh gaya tha"Jab hum jawan honge, jaane kahan honge" 😆

On a serious note, I almost had choked reading about Arnav's maniacal bike ride. The amount of distress and pressure that he was undergoing could be felt. They both were suffering and hence could relate with each other's plight.

Very subtly yet firmly you have traced out the depth of the emotions these protagonists have dealt with and still are having an ordeal with.

I guess I have ranted enough to last for a week !!

Love ya Sandhya...

For some reason I kept remembering the girls anjali n khushi was helping. They we're suppose to meet up with them. Did they hve anything to do with anjali kidnapping?

Oh my god what a chapters Sandhya,
Chapter 7: I really enjoyed each and every line of it.
Arnav being jealous of his own brother. How he feel protective towards Khushi when he sees his mother. The way jumps the piquet's and runs to protect her and drag her forcefully and confronting her and apologizing for his earlier misunderstanding her and the way he challenges her to remember his name. As if Khushi will ever forget his name?
Akash is a dear. The way he is a true friend and jumps in with his brother to distract his mother.
You have done a great job of bring up some smile on our face after a some sad encounters.
Chapter 8 was amazing. the old memories. How the missing of Anjali affected Arnav and how it has changed his life and the family. So sad to watch a family got torn by a crime. Not one but two may be three families including Khushi's dadi's family too.
It amazed me the way you brought up the confrontation between Arnav and Khushi at that very young age. The way Arnav was behaving so maturely and understandingly towards a small girl who has been his sisters one and only dear friend.
Very endearing chapter and you make me crave for more.
Anxiously waiting for more.

This is a beautiful story. Your characters are smart; they're believable. Arnav apologizing for his outburst, Aakash and Khushi seeking solace with each other and healing each other, even Aarti's anger. The latter is not justified on a purely logical level but Aarti's hatred is believable especially when it's compounded by her prejudices against Khushi.

You've probably been asked this by numerous other readers, but I'll ask again anyways. Are we going to have closure regarding Anjali's disappearance? Best case scenario, she's alive and returns home. Worst case scenario, she's dead but we know what happened to her. This limbo is a horrible place to be in but it's not even a hundredth of the pain the Raizadas and Khushi are going through, I'm sure.

Very very very excited to read the next chapter!
