sanyu-kaka?i m sorry

Kaka[caressing her hair]-arrey app kyu maafi mang rahi ho beta

Ismein aapki kya galti,jaeye aur jake kapde

Badalke aeye,mein khana laga deta hoon

Sanyu-nahi kaka bhook nahi hai

Kaka-khaa lijiye beta,apko dawai bhi to khani hai

Sanyu-koi baat nahi kaka,mein party se khaake aae hoon,mein

dawai khaa loongi

Kaka-theek hai beta

Sanyu-ji

She goes to the room and when she enter she finds the room all messed up

All the photo frames on the floor smashed,bed sheet curled up,pillows on

The floor and rd in the middle of the bed his hands stretched sideways and

Liquor bottle in one hand his face towards the ceiling and tears flowing down

From the side of his eyes

Sanyu closes her eyes at this sight and recalls how different he was earlier today

How happy and calm he was and now how vulnerable and shattered he is

She opens her eyes and moves to him and sits next to him

Sanyu-sir

Rd looks at her just by moving his pupil not moving his head

Sanyu-get up sir,go and change,i'll set ur bed

Rd-no,just go from here miss aggarwal

Sanyu-pls sir

Rd[shouting]-i said GO

Without saying anything she gets up from his bed wipes a tear ready

To escape her eyes

Sanyu[whispers]-good night sir

She goes to the wardrobe and rd drinks from the bottle again

Here in the wardrobe sanyu changes into a patiala and top

Then takes one of rd's night dresses and again goes to his room

To find him still in the same position

Sanyu-sir,pls change,here is ur night dress

This time rd tries to sit but fails so sanyu goes to him to help him

She holds him by his shoulder and he sits on the bed,thn she makes him

Stand and with much difficulty she makes him sit on the couch

She takes the liquor bottle from his hand and throws it in the dustbin

And thn starts setting the bed,while she was doing so rd says

Rd-now do u understand miss aggarwal why i wish i never had a mom

Sanyu looks at him with concern

Sanyu-its ok sir,we'll talk abt this later,now come and sleep

She goes near him and realizes that he won't be able change so she

Opens his coat buttons and takes it off,then she takes his shoes off

Then she goes to the washroom and brings a mug of water and a towel

She dips the towel in the water squeezes it and thn wipes rd's face with it

She keep the towel and mug back ,thn come to him as he gets up

He staggers and sanyu looses her balance,they fall on the couch with sanyu on

Top of rd,rd instantly hugs her

Rd-u will not leave me na sanyukta

Hearing him again calling her sanyukta she feels happy

Sanyu-never rd[she hugs him too]

Sanyu[mind]-no no no,he is not in his senses and a person like

Him cannot feel like this towards me,i should not

Take advantage of his vulnerable state even i m

Not sure abt what this feeling is and moreover there will

be millions of girls like me behind him,stop feeling

She with much difficulty comes out of his grip as rd was fast asleep

On the couch and as sanyu understood that she won't be able to carry him

To his bed,she covers him with a duvet and herself goes to the wardrobe

She lays on her mattress takes his towel from under her pillow and hugs it

As tightly as possible,a tear drops fells from her eyes as she thinks that

What is she feeling for that particular someone who is so hurt right now

And she is just a guest for one more month if their movie will not be ready

And thn she'll be married to someone she have met just once

Thn her tears don't stop and soon she drifts off to sleep

Both the poor souls were gripped in their own grief and were

Trying hard to find a way out of it

At 2:00 am

Sanyu wakes up in need of water,she drinks water from the jug kept near her bed

Thn she decides to take a look at rd,she comes out of her wardrobe only to find

The couch empty,she panicks and goes near the side table where he usually

Keeps his car keys,she breaths a sigh of relief when she sees the car keys

Were still there,thn she moves out of the room in a hope to find him near

The bar but he was not there either,she was abt to go and ask the watchman

When she thinks of another place,she literally runs to the kitchen and thn

To the backyard garden

As soon as she steps into the garden a cool breeze hits her and she shivers

She walks towards the artificial pond and as she approaches near it she finds

Rd sleeping on the grass curled up like a snail and he was shivering

On watching him in this state her eyes welled up,she goes near him

And kneels down next to him and looks at him for a while,when again

A cool breeze blows and rd shivers

Sanyu-sir[caressing his hair]

Rd mumbles smt which came as an inaudible whisper

Sanyu-rd sir get up u'll catch cold

Rd again mumbles and this time sanyu lowers her ear near his mouth and hears him

Rd-mom don't leave me

Rd clutches her hand which was caressing his hair

She keeps on caressing his hair and takes his head and places it on her lap

As soon as she does so he curls up more comfortably in her lap

Rd-don't leave me mom

Without her awareness a teardrop falls on rd's cheek from her eye,she wipes

it using her hand and thn she lowers her face and places a soft kiss on his cheek

And she felt like she saw slight smile twitch on the sides of his lips

Sanyu[in mind]-i don't know why but i can't see u like this anymore sir

I know u don't care abt what i feel for u and i don't mind

That at all but till the day i m here i will try everything i can

Do to make u happy

She closes her eyes,rests her head on a nearby tree and drifts off to sleep

Rd stirs in his sleep when the sunlight falls on his face but soon it was

Gone as if someone had drawn the curtains in,he slowly opens his eyes

Only to find sanyu smiling at him blocking sunlight from falling

On his face,but soon her smile fades and an expression of shock

Takes over,sanyu slowly slides his head off her lap and stands up

Thats when rd realizes that his head was on her lap

Sanyu-i m sorry sir and good morning sir

Saying so she runs inside the house and rd sits on the grass looking

At her retreating figure

Rd-who are you miss aggarwal?

He stands up and goes inside,kaka was making tea when sanyu says

Sanyu-kaka,woh neembu paani

Kaka-oh mein to bhool hi gaya tha ki baba kal...app de dona beta

Sanyu-nahi kaka app de dijiye,woh mujhe sets keliye ready hona hai

Kaka-theek hai beta,tum jao

Sanyu-ji

Sanyu turns only to find rd standing at the backyard door,she turns and

Goes to the room,rd looks at her confused

Kaka-yeh lo baba neembu paani aur newspaper

Rd-thank u kaka

He goes and sits on the couch in the living room and unfolds the newspaper

He clenches his teeth after reading the front page

He throws the paper away and smashes the glass on the floor.
