to tell u the truth..before i even set up the options thing..i was gonna use the first part...it was also my fav and i gave a lot of thought to it....but the thing is i had to hink about where the story will leadand stuff and i realized that in this fan-fic i made a-k only 18 years old, they cant get married for a while...and i had another concept planned..so the second option it is😊

Part 23

They both ended the song together and their eyes met. Both sat still, staring into each other's eyes, forgetting about all the people around them. At that moment, all they saw was each other. Lost in each other's eyes, both of them slowly moved their faces forward without realizing what they were doing. Their first ever kiss ended before it even started as the guests interrupted with loud applause. Both shook their heads and looked away, half-embarrassed, half-happy, and half-angry. No one had noticed how close A-K had gotten for no one was paying attention. Everyone came up to them and started praising them. People suggested that they should become singers because when they both sang together they sounded awesome. Their friends whispered to each other about how cute they both looked together. Kripa's friends told her that they make a great couple, which made her blush and she told them that they were not dating or anything and that they were just close friends. Little did she know…

After a few hours, the party finally had ended and the guests had left. The only people remaining in the Khanna Mansion were Karthik, Angad, Aaliya, Kripa, Ananya, and Aryan. All were sprawled across the floor, watching a football game. The only people totally into the game were Angad and Kripa. The rest were not interested in football and were getting bored. The parents were attending a late night party so they all decided to hang around at the Khannas' place. After watching the game for about half an hour, Aaliya stood up and closed the TV. Both Angad and Kripa screamed simultaneously, "Aaliya!!!" Everyone looked at them while they looked at each other and their cheeks slightly went red.

Aaliya, "What?? You guys are like the only ones watching the game!"

Kripa- "but it was getting soo interesting, the bears were winning!!"

Aaliya- "duhh of course they were winning, their score was like 15-0 it was pretty obvious they were gonna win, and I don't even understand the stupid game so lets do something…I am really bored!!"

Angad, "What do you wanna do?"

Aaliya- "I dunno..something…..umm….idea!..lets play antakshari!"

Angad- "No!! I am sick of singing!"

Ananya- "Come on Angad, be a sport…count me in!"

Aryan- "me too!"

Karthik- "me three!"

Everyone turned to Kripa, who put her hands up and looked at them "Do I really have another option?"

They shook their heads, "then count me in too I guess"

Aaliya- "great!! Ok, who wants to start??"

Angad- "Wait, how do u play, u have like a million versions of it!"

Aaliya- "uhh someone sings a song and then another person has to sing with the letter they leave off at…like…kuch kuch hota hai…that's the last line…so the next person will have to sing a song with I or hai..okay??"

Everyone nodded. Karthik said, "I will begin"

Everyone looked at him, half-surprised and expectantly, he had not sung before and he was not really the singing and "fun" type, or that is what they thought.

He began to sing while looking at Angad and Kripa who did not notice:

Aaliya- "Why don't u stay here?? We will have a sleepover!"

Kripa- "Uh, noo…our parents are going to get worried if they don't find us at home when they get back..we will see you tomorrow! I have school, and then the dance to prepare for"

At this, Angad looked up at her,the dance was coming up! He had forgotten about that!

Aaliya- "Omg! I still have to go buy my dress for the dance..bhai!!"

Angad- "Oh no…no freakin way..dont even bother to ask me…I am busy!"

Aaliya- "busy with what??"

Angad- "stuff"

Aaliya- "like??"

Angad- "I have a date"

Aaliya- "Bhai!!! Your date is more important than me! fine, I just wanted to spend some quality time with my favorite brother in the whole world, btu he dosent care about me."

Everyone smiled and hid back their laughs over her emotional dialogues.

Angad- "Aarggh Aali, fine I will come with you, but only for an hour!"

Aaliya- murmured- "we will see about that!"'

Ananya- "di! Have you bought your dress??!"

Kripa- "No, I think I am going to wear that.."

Interrupted by Aaliya, "Come with us!"

Kripa- "uhh..no..really..i cant… I am busy…I am just going to wear an old one"

Aaliya- "Oh come on Kripa di! You have to get a new one!! Who are you going with??"

Kripa was quiet at this. Angad and the rest looked up at her. "So far, I am not going with anyone, I don't even want to go, but since I am student council president, I have to be there!"

Angad secretely smiled at this. Kripa asked, "Who are you going with??""

Aaliya- "I am going with Arjun!"

Kripa- "Oh, isn't he that popular guy, who is in like in every sport??"

Ananya nodded.

Kripa- "cool, well I better get leaving"

The Khannas went with them to the door. Angad and Kripa were the last ones to leave the room. Angad looked at everyone ahead of them, who were talking. He turned to look at Kripa who was fooling around with her cell phone. He pulled her to a wall and put his hands on the wall, blocking her way.

Kripa whispered, "Angad?"

Angad- "Will you, Kripa Sharma, be my date for the winter dance?"
