I agree Aryan is more mature than kids at this age. He is 5 actually. Sometimes kids grasp thinks that elders says and here being the case his own mother, he respects her dearly and whatever she says he remembers it. He had said things according to what he had grasped till now. He is a very intelligent kid but again he is a kid, since he found himself calling Arnav dad, when he has still not accepted him fully. A mature, grown up person, would have waited that person to prove himself before giving him that designation, right?

Kids surrounding me leave me speechless, I just took inspiration from them, made Aryan a bit more mature in talks. Hope it is logical for you.
