Chapter 2:
With a gracious smile on her face, Kriya entered the college campus. She was awestruck by its beauty. It's indeed very vast than her imagination. Her eyes were looking for a person. It is difficult to spot a single person from this swarm of people. Nevertheless she found out that person who was as well finding her out. Their eyes met and both of them rushed towards each other.
"Sharonnn...my bestie...kaisi hai tu?" Kriya said pulling Sharon into a bone crashing hug.
"Kiri I can't tell you how happy I am to see you after three years. You haven't changed a bit." Sharon replied whilst reciprocating the tight bone crashing hug.
"But I thought you might have changed but nope...you are still the same...boring Sharon with her boring clothes."
"But you love me the way I am."
"That I do. On a serious note Shar, at least get rid of these dull jeans of yours. Go and live out some. I thought Mumbai might have it effect on you but nope...bechari Mumbai ki hawa...waste ho gayi na."
"Oye you know that ki Sharon ko change karna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai." Both of them started laughing at this. The nearby people glared at them and some even threw weird looks at them and left.
"Okay so last time jab humne baat ki thi, it was two months back. So did you make any progress in finding some boyfriend?"
"You know it Kiri. Boyfriends are just not my thing."
"Yeah yeah I know...You'd prefer reading some good old classic novel instead of going on a date with some random person."
"Good, now come I'll give you a tour of campus."
As they were about to proceed, they heard a screeching sound which made them stop in their tracks. A jeep entered the college making a screeching sound. Everyone was ogling at the jeep or to be prcis ogling at the people seated in it. They paved a way for the jeep to pass. It passed right in front of Kriya's sight.
"What's this?" Kriya asked.
"Oh this, yeh toh roz ka hai. Those three in the jeep are the hot dudes' of the college." Sharon replied air quoting the words hot dudes'."
"Tell me more about them."
"The one driving the jeep is Vikram Rai aka Vicky. Next to him is Reyansh Singhaniya aka Rey and the one sitting in the back is Swayam Shekhawat. They are what you call the bad guys. And when I say they are bad guys it means they really are bad guys. And please don't cross paths with them. They are nothing else but trouble. Drinking and s*x is their favorite pastime."
"In short you mean to say bade baap ki bigadi huyi aulad." Kriya said making a disgusted face.
"Yep! Anyways let's leave."
"Shar, can we start with the college office, I need to pay the fees."
"Sure, come let's go."
"Hey Rey!" A girl interrupted Rey's path. Dressed in a black halter neck dress which reached above her mid thighs, she tried to impress Rey. And luckily she succeeded in it as Rey pulled her towards him.
"Hey sexy, do I know you?" He purred in her ear whilst his one hand groped the bottom of her hand and the other played with her long and silky hair.
"No, but I thought we can get to know each other." She replied huskily trailing her finger from his forehead and stopping right at his lips.
"I like the idea."
"So how about today evening at my place?"
"I was wondering what if we get to know each other now." He replied with a wink. "I know a place, we can go there." He continued.
"Sure, lead the way." Rey waved at Swayam and Vicky while they gave him thumbs up.
"And this is the fourth floor. It's mostly empty. Nobody comes here, except for people like me, who like to stay alone."
"Hmm...nice place, I like it."
"Chal, let's go to the canteen, I'm hungry." As they passing through the corridor, Kriya heard some faint sounds.
"Shar, hold on. I can hear some sound."
"Sound? But I don't hear anything."
"Shh..." Quietly Kriya followed the path of those sounds and stopped in front of an old classroom. The door was locked from inside. She opened a window slightly to see what's going on. A girl and a guy were making out there.
"Oh Rey...mmm..it feels so good baby." That girl purred.
Kriya looked at Sharon with a disgusted look. Sharon looked fine with it. "Oh it's nothing new. Jab bhi mein yahan aati hu, I often hear such sounds. Rey and his friends use this floor for such purposes."
"Uggh, I feel like puking."
"I can understand. I felt the same initially."
"I think we should leave before I literally puke over here."
"Yeah, let's go."
After Rey and that girl finished their make out, rey stood up and started getting dressed.
"You know what, you were totally amazing on the floor, but then that's what you are amazing at. You think you're smart but let me tell you that you are as foolish as that scumbag boyfriend of yours who thinks he can get out some information from me by sending you here." This shocked her.
"Wondering how do I know?" She nodded a yes unable to speak something.
"Babes I have my own resources. And to add more to your misery let me give you another shock. I filmed our entire make our session. So you don't have any option left but to listen to me."
"What do you want me to do?" She asked in a nervous tone.
"Oh nothing much, just do the work that you were supposed to do but with a slight change. Instead of getting some information from me, you got to tell me your boyfriend, Aryan's darkest secret. Or else, this short s*x film of yours will go viral as it shows only your face and not mine."
"How did you manage to di this?" She asked meekly.
"Oh baby, it was all pre-planned."
"But what do you and Aryan have against each other? He never told me anything."
"Babes I don't bother to give anyone any explanation but for you I'll make it an exception. You see Aryan and I were childhood friends. But he was always jealous of me and in fifth grade that jealousy led to enmity between us. Ever since then, he tried to defeat me but always fails. And to add more to his failures he keeps losing from me at every boxing championship. And as far as I know him, he sent you here to know my weak spot so that he can use it as an advantage. Phew! I'm tired. Now you do your work." He said all this while working on his phone.
"Umm, actually I'm not his girlfriend."
"What do you mean?"
"I...I'm his fake girlfriend. He...he...is a gay."
"That's damn interesting. Thanks a ton sweetheart. You may take your leave now." He replied with a sly smile. "By the way babes, the video's all over the net."
"What?? You told me you wouldn't post it on the net if I tell you his secret."
"I didn't promise now, did I? And get this thing straight in your dumb head that Reyansh Singhaniya never forgives anyone who tries to mess with him."
"Rey please delete that video before anyone sees it. My parents would die out of shame." She literally got on her knees and begged him.
"Oh well, you should've thought about it before joining hands with Aryan and plotting against me. Now face the consequences."
Kriya who had come back there to get her bracelet which she accidentally dropped there, heard their conversation. Saying that she was shocked would be an understatement. He is such a cheap person as disgusting as a sewer. She decided to leave before anyone out of them comes out.
"Kriya , over here." Sharon called out to her. She was waiting for Kriya from the past fifteen minutes in the canteen. As Kriya was about to proceed, someone from behind accidentally pushed her making her fall down. The person was least bothered to apologize. Sharon rushed towards her.
"Oye, are you blind." She yelled at the person who pushed her. His back was facing her. Everyone gathered around. That person turned around to face Kriya. Sharon was shocked on seeing that it was Rey.
"Kriya, chod na. Let it be." Sharon whispered to her. Swayam and Vicky stood beside Rey.
"I can't let it be."
Giving her a weird look, Rey turned around to leave. "Are you deaf?" Kriya yelled again. This time Rey looked at her with annoyance.
"What do you want girl?"
"Apologize to me now."
"Apologize to you? Are you kidding me? You think Reyansh Singhnaiya will apologize to a random wannabe chick?"
This flared Kriya's temper even more. "Yes you will because you pushed me. And I am not some wannabe chick."
"I didn't push you. You were standing in my way and those who interrupt Rey's path will have to face some outcome."
"Who do you think you are? Tum kuch bhi karo aur koi tumhe kuch nahi bolega?"
"Exactly! Mein jo chahun karu, koi mujhe kuch nahi bolega because I own this college."
"You are such an egoistic person. You think everybody's inferior to you, how low of you!"
"I don't think everybody's inferior to me because I know they are. Nobody can do the things that I can do."
"Well, then sorry to break your ego Mr.Singhaniya, you haven't still met Kriya Ghai."
"Whatever, is she some super girl?"
" Yup she is. And that super girl's me. I can do anything that you can. I can prove you wrong."
"Oh really? Are you challenging me?"
"Yes I am."
"Kriya chod na, kyu faltu mein pange le rahi hia." Sharon whispered to her trying to take her back.
"You know your friend's correct. Kyu faltu mein pange le rahi ho. What do you say in Hindi? Ah! Yes, mooh ke bal girogi."
"That's not for you to decide. Time will decide everything."
"Okay then here's a small challenge. You have to do this in front of everyone." Saying this Rey removed his t-shirt making everyone gasp. Girls were drooling at his abs whilst the boys were fading out of jealousy. But everyone was worried for Kriya. She's a girl and she cannot get naked in front so many people unless she's a s**t.
Kriya's jaws dropped down put of two reasons. First one is that like every other girl she couldn't resist gaping at his chiseled torso. Second reason is that how will she prove him wrong. She can't go topless like this.
"I told you not to mess with him. But you never listen to me. Ab what will you do?" Sharon scolded her.
"You can scold me later Shar, right now let me think."
"What happened babes? Got no answer to my challenge?" Rey mocked at her. Suddenly and idea popped in her mind. She smirked at him, confusing everybody including Sharon.
