Khushi: What if I say you are the first man to see me so casual early morning that too in my bedroom?

Arnav fisted his fingers. First man? Why the hell was she pretending to be so good? How many times she had used the same line on different men? And one of them was his brother Aditya. A girl like her can stoop so low for anything . Then why the hell does she claim to hate men? Why cannot she admit she likes to be exposed before any man? She was using her wits, playing the same old tricks with him like she did with his Brother but he is much wiser. He will not let that happen. He will surely play along but only to get her on roads.

Khushi was closely observing his expressions.

Khushi: I know you wont believe it. Any man at your place who respected his brother so much, cannot believe he can ever be wrong.

Arnav was silent but very keen to know why she talked about his brother? Did she come to know his real identity?

Khushi: I have got to know Mr Raizada, that Aditya is your Elder brother. And based on our previous unexpected meets and the outcomes of it, I have full faith you hate me and want me to be ruined. Its quite practical to understand that. But anyways, I am not going to let you be happy for long. Whatever you are planning for me, is just unprofessional and I dont support it.

Arnav was still quiet and just holding up his anger.

Khushi: I hate this cat and mouse games Mr Raizada. So let's stop wasting time and come to the point. I have a reason to call you here, to allow an unknown man in my bedroom and talk to him so decently, holding up my anger even though I know whose brother he is. So stop testing my patience and let me propose you this DEAL. Let me see how desperate you are to get back what your brother owned. Something which is still with me and which I will only return back on One Condition. One BRUTAL Condition.

His silence was creating some kind of panic in her. Was she missing something here? Why did he look so confident? She opened the side drawers and placed a file on the bed.

Very soon you and your family will be on the roads Miss Gupta because I am going to overtake that business of yours and make you homeless. You brought up this Deal .. Your so called BRUTAL Deal . He didnt leave anything for her to continue or defend. He left the room. Khushi was burning in rage. This man was a challenge to her now. She would do anything to save her Business from him. He will have to Pay for what she and her mother had to suffer. Even though the Raizada's also had lost a lot. They lost their Son, his wife but whose mistake was that? Was she only the one at fault? How can they accept what their married Son did? He faked even his Surname. He termed himself a Malik and not a Raizada. He took confidence of her father in order to win her heart and when he did, he didnt leave a chance to get close to her. It was her morals that didnt allow her to extend their relationship on physical terms or else she would never have forgiven herself for allowing a married man touch her body and ruin her soul. Aditya Raizada was a Cheat and it was too late before she realised this.

Nani: This is the only way our future can be sorted Anjali. Chotte's marriage. He needs to focus on his personal life now. He cannot keep revenging by merging business with her. This is so not done.

Anjali: I am thinking about Aarav Nani. You know how much attached he is to Arnav. So whoever that girl is whom Chotte would marry, I want that girl to have the same bonding which Arnav has with Aarav.

Nani: You are right. We need a decent and cultured girl who can give Aarav the love and warmth of a mother. I will ask the Panditji to start fetching such proposals for Chotte . We should not delay this matter now . I dont want that Khushi Gupta's wicked intentions to even fall on Arnav. She has already took Aditya from us. But we cannot lose Arnav now.

Anjali agreed. The Servant came and told they had a visitor for Nani. Both the ladies went to the Living room to check who was the Guest . Khushi was scanning the house. She was here for the first time. Nani was furious seeing Khushi at their home and so was Anjali.

Nani: How shameless can a girl like you be? How could you step in our house? This is a holy place for our family. We stay here and people like you are not allowed to spoil the goodness of this house. Just get out.

Khushi:You have not changed a bit, did you? Same anger, same arrogance . I think this is what you have been teaching even to your grandson Arnav Singh Raizada. Am I correct?

Anjali: Enough of this. You cannot talk to my Nani like this.

Khushi: You must be Anjali. The most wise and matured person in this house. I think its better I talk to you here than anyone else.

Anjali: We dont need to talk anything Khushi. You never had that right.

Khushi: But your brother's never left behind in giving me that right, wanting or unwantedly.

Anjali was raged too but she tried to be calm.

Khushi: You want me to get out of this house but I am here to give you all a small notice. I am not sure if Arnav told you about our talks today morning. I gave him a small condition of returning my Company shares and taking back the Property which Aditya legally handed me. But he declined my request and that makes me claim what I am legally entitled for.

Khushi had a smile on her face because she was on the winning side. She came close to Anjali and whispered.

Khushi: This house. It's in that list of property. So technically speaking, you all cannot throw me OUT of here because this is 50% my Share and 50% yours. I am equally entitled to stay here, just like you all do.

Nani and Anjali looked at each other. How could Aditya make this mistake? He shared their House on Khushi's name?

Khushi: The way your Brother Arnav talked to me, behaved with me, made me think I will not even allow you people a chance to collect your belongings before you move in to one side of this House and settle there leaving the other half to me but I am not that cruel. I am not going to divide this place. Its beauitiful just the way it should be. So I am here to inform you all, that be ready to welcome the second owner of this house tonight. I cannot wait to stay here and be a part of it.

Nani was dumbfound.

Anjali: No. You cannot do this. You are not a part of this family to come and stay with us. I will not let that happen.

Khushi: Stop me if you all can. I know my rights and I wont mind enforcing them here if you dont allow me inside. Now , even your Brother cannot throw me out of here. Now you and your family will have to see me, face me, and stay with me until Arnav Singh Raizada does not leave my Company and hand over the shares to me. We are just playing Fair, arent we? So. Garima: What ? Have you gone mad? We are not going anywhere Khushi. And I will never allow you to step in that house amidst that family.

Khushi asked her servants to get the bags loaded in the car.

Khushi: I know what I am doing Mom. Just tell me if you are coming along because you can just accompany me, not change my mind. I have 15 more minutes, decide and let me know.

She went down making some quick calls. Buaji came to Garima and advised her to be with Khushi. Though Khushi was strong now ,still she needed the strength of her mother to face that Raizada family. Garima had no much doubt that the family will never show any positivity towards them but if her daughter still wishes to stay there for fight for her business, then she will support her.
