Mukti began selecting a dress with caution, a red sari looked perfect, she wore it, then looked through her jewellery…there it was a ruby earring set with a matching pendent. Taking a gold chain fixed the two together on her neck…then applied the make up, very carefully. She had to look perfect if the plan was to succeed. Finally she looked around and found the large set of bangles. She slipped them on, gracefully, a gold plated watch on the other hand. Hear was a woman who could tempt a man with out even him being known he is tempted. Finally she picked up a perfume and sprayed it…Slowly she picked up the red file, looked into it once then smiled to her self. "Perfect – Prem beware I am coming."

On the other hand you see Prem getting dressed hurriedly, he knew he looked best in black so wore a black jeans a black shirt with most of the buttons open giving him a hot look with a black jacket. Urgently gelled his hair to perfection and rubbed colon on him self…finally he felt ready. Picking up his presentation left for the venue with hope of caching Mukti…unfortunately only Sharath was standing there in a blue jeans a white shirt with a velvet blue close jacket, with a file in his hand. Seeing Prem he waved happily, "Hi brother, prepared?"

"Yes – where is Mukti is she running late?" an amused flicker crossed Sharath's eyes. "Rest room to calm her nervousness bechari kabi sadi nahi pehei thi presentation ki waqht. Please don't tell her I told you!" he added when he saw some one behind him, left Prem and walked to hugg some one. Prem turned around and was dazziled, she was in a plane red sari…simple yet beautyfull. Her soft hair was slightly bouncy set around her face, when she came to Prem again smiled and shook his hand, just for the impresstion he kissed it softly. She smiled in response, the smell of her just applied nailpolish was strong…her hand was something he did not want to let go but did. "Count down starts now hun?"

"You are right Mukti the count down starts now…" Prem responded, seeing some girl Sharath excused him self to talk to her. "You look really nice today, I have never really seen you in a sari before. Y-you look really nice Mukti."

"Thanks Yudi, where is Debothnitha? Dika nahi da raha hai?" she asked at the sound of her name Prem shrugged, "Yahi kayi hogi." Before he could stop they heared a "Hi Mukti." She turned around smilling like the happiest person in the world, "Debonitha hi where is your masi you said you will interduse her to me tonight!"

"Hello Mukti that would be me Kamonica." Mukti smiled at the lady, her face did not give away any emotion she was really feeling. "I heared you are with Prerna…why is she not hear?"

"Um sh-she just could not make it Kamonica ji." The elderly woman smiled a bit then corrected Mukti, "Beta its aunty or masi just the way Debo calls me waisa tum bi meri bajni jaisi ho." Debonitha looked at her 'masi' like she had gone mental but healed her silence. Mukti nodded like a good girl, "Have you preparted for you're presentation?"

"Ji aunty! I have…hope it goes well." before anything more could be said they were called on stage. Sharath sat on one end, Mukti in between and Prem next to her, the other two quietly sat out of this. The manager made a short introduction about the whole project and called upon Mukti to present, she bowled everyone over with an in detail analysis of the company and what the project was all about. She spoke with clarity and emphasis modulation…Prem was really impressed. During the wole prossess Kamonica watched Mukti like a hawk. Mukti felt it, on purpous she smiled or glanced at Sharath unnessiarily with an ease and chemistry. Her partner in crime was also very good, he saw the hawck, he saw Prem both were takeing the bait well. Kamonica was biteing Debonitha's ear, "How is she soft or chalu?"

"Masi…" Debonitha laughed, "Mukti aru chalu no way…she is shurde but sweet." Lucky who was nearby tried not to laugh, Mukti aru soft, beta you are totally wrong." He thought, back on the camera Sharath spoke, he too gave a blow away presentation, finally Prem who wonde the wole thing up with the same energy. Finally the press asked their questions and Prem announced that they can go to the lawn for a party. The journalists left them alone, Mukti streached Sharath slipped an arm around her pulling her closer, "Tiered?" he asked tenderly running a finger through her Prem again got irritated and Kamonica gloted. Debothitha's expresstion was not very explainable, it had fear and horrer mixed in it. Soon in the garden Prem complained he was getting boared and so did Mukti Sharath sudjested they go dance, "What?" both of them exclaimed. Sharath rolled his eyes, "Come on both of you are feeling dull just go dance…have fun." He placed her hand into his and let them go Prem felt happy inside but sad when Mukti did not look at him. They danced for Beega Hont…Prem kept staring at her but she avoided his eyes only after some time Mukti looks back and he smiles gently pulling her closer. Mukti shies away at the end of the song…she stands next to Sharath who asks her is she is tiered, "Haan thoda…" he offers her a drink that she happily takes, Prem watches for any strange reactions but none.

Now…for the whole thing in Mukti's angle [Flashback] Sharath and Mukti are in the car, "Plan yaad hai na?"

"Haan…Prem ko thoda aapna paas keenchna hai with out his knowledge aur us Kamonica ko lagna chahiya ki we have something going on…" Mukti answered, both Mukti and Sharath exchanged looks of cooldness. "Lets do this." --- run through to the dance, Mukti is struggilling not to laugh when Prem was stareing at her wow this guy was an idiot any one could manupilate him. It would take some strengthening to get him better, what choti ma lost in she would win. She was now above just being Mukti…to the outside world she was Mukti Deshmuk. Ms. Mukti Deshmuk, director of LDS…in reality she was the now Akanksha. A fact known only to a handful, completely, her papa knew some of it but not the compleat details. Her chotima knew nothing of this, the woman she hid nothing from once now she hid everything from now…Mukti closed her eyes in pain. Whispered an apology to the gods – that is all she would do now.

Its one at night, Mukti is working on her lap top when a her mobile rings, the I.D says Kull, Mukti's fetures undergo a change, it stiffens and her eyes grow quiet. "Yes Kull kya chahiya."

"Akanksha! Muja tumsa millna hai – dyan sai this could be dangersous." Mukti cuts the line with out a word, something understood as I am on my way. She changes her dress and in two minutes she is out of her room dressed in a black jeans with a green sleeveless shirt that is a bit low necked, it goes down till above her knees with a belt at her waist. She also has glasses but the stylish ones, on the way out she pulls open a draw and takes out a gun that she hides in the dress. Then quietly creeps out, then runs to her car, that she opens with out a sound. The cold night enriches the air as she drives out…part of the reason she did not have a watchman. After driving some time she goes into a building that looks quiet old on the outside. Mukti goes inside and into a dimly lit place a man in a black jeans and leather jacket is standing there, his back is turned to Mukti he was surrounded by some goons who were smilling when Mukti came in, the man did not turn around. He is bussy questioning some one, "Bathado kaun hai jo tuja ya saab karna ka liya kaha?" A soft hand goes up his shoulder and turns him around, "Champ zyada tention math leena please." Mukti turns him around and its none other than Kull with his clean shave and relaxed eyes and sweet words. "Hi darling thank god you came I don't know what I would have done with out you…" turning to the his goons says, "Get the information out of him will you I have some work with Akankhsa." The men nod and start hitting the poor chap, Kull places his arm around her shoulder and takes her inside to a bar, "Would you like some Virgin Pina Coloda?"

"Please…" Mukti answered he went over the counter and fixed her the drink with a bar tenders perfection. Picking up the ice looks at her she nods, he puts them in and hands her the drink, Jewel Cocktail. "The issue is big this time Akanksha…the ring is gone completely, looks like they have disappeared in the thin air!" Mukti chocked in her drink then started laughing Kull gave her a horrified look, "What are you laughing at M.D? This is serious…"

"Uhday they did not go any were maina unsaab par spyies dall diya! I know the location of each and every person at the very moment…all I need is Internet access." 'Uhday' alaisa Kull looked at her stranglely then she explained, "They have a dedecter inside their systems…opertunity deka aur dal diya. Safe and sound, at least that is what they think they are. Thoda time hone do aur uska bath kaam karanga." She finished the drink and placed the glass for sterilising, smiles at her friend, "H.qartus has the best stock in our disposal…anything else?"

"Yes! Did Sanjive manage to get you're brother out of the way?" Kull asked, Mukti smiled, "Yep they are flying out next week!"

"Good job M-Akanksha I know you can do this but how did you convince you're dad?" Kull studied her, she answered, "He does not know the whole thing…I just told him this was a great offer and he agreed. Nothing more nothing less…done?"

"By take care!" he placed his hand on Mukti and she smiled at him before walking away. Once she was out of ear shot he said "Wow! What a bomb!"

Next day morning, Mukti comes rushing to the dining table (in the same dress as yesterday night) and with a hurried air, "Sorry sorry sorry!"

"No problem beta, enjoy your brake fast." Prerna smiles at her dauter who hurriedly starts eating. Sharath gives her a cold look sipping his coffee, she does not notice. Once they are done Mukti leaves to get ready for office, Sharath follows her in the corridor pulls her hand and turns her around at the elbo. "Akanksha rok, kaal raath kaha chali thi tum?"

"Vo Kull na bulaya tha – isi liy jaana pada sorry darling." Mukti healed her ears and Sharath smiled. He pulled her into his arms and heald her for some time then caught her face in his arms and kissed her forehead. "Take care buddy take care." He left the place to go change, so did she.

Krishi

Snaha comes to tell Mukti that she is ready to work with them about Prem but sees the back view of Sharath kissing her. It looks as through he is kissing her on the lips and this hurts Snaha a lot. Inside her room Snaha thinks of how Mukti was once and how she is now…the screen sets with two pictures. One of the old Mukti and one if the new one.

Mukti is working in her room when the door knocks, "Can I come in?" she looks up to find Anurag, "Hi uncle please come in…have a seat." She waited until he sat down then asked, "Is there anything you wanted?"

"Beta there is a diwali party tommorow at our house and I called Prerna but she said both of them are - " Mukti inturupted, "Going to Panchmashwar I know, so what did you come to tell me uncle. If you want me to convince them into not going sorry, cant do." Anugar smiled, she was still the old girl who jumped to concutions. "Let them got Mukti I want you kids to come to the party, please in a Indian dress not torn jeans."

"Uncle I am sure you're sister would have a problem with me but don't worry I dress appropriately, you don't see short skirts and tank tops in office do you?" he had to laugh at her point. "Mukti I have a meeting, I have to leave I just dropped in on the way that remainds me have you left any instructions with you're people?"

"They did not inform me – is that you're point?" she asked Anurag nodded, "Yes I told them any one from the Basu family, choti ma or papa comes and I am at office and not in a meeting you should come strait in."

"Why the special treatement?" he asked, Sharath answered from the door, "That is our way of saying thanks uncle for takeing care of our family."

"Hi Sharath there is a diwali party, make it with Mukti won't you?" Anurag asked Sharath nodded quiety sitting down Mukti gave him an angry look, "Where the hell is you're jacket Sharath Guphta?"

"Umm at my office chair – sorry sorry abi jaa kar pehen lunga." Sharath gets up and leaves, comes back this time in a jacet, "Happy?"

"Its not for me, we need to keep a good imprestion with the people that is why Sharath they tend to look up to us, so be carefull please. Dress code is where it starts." Mukti remainded him Sharath nodded, Anurag was laughing at the whole thing.

In a dark room some one is holding a picture of Mukti

Back in Bajaj house, Mukti is hugging Mr. Bajaj good by with lots of affection, "By papa take care." Sharath is still holding Prernas hand, "Mom take care of you're self and don't worry about us we will be in Basu house for diwali, Dad take care of you're self and enjoy you're self don't worry about us."

Mr. Bajaj smiled, "Yes Prerna be worried about having you're house in one piece when we return, kids party but keep it under control I don't want my house to be in pices."

"Papa…don't worry we will be partying in the lawn not inside…mostly. Besides, today Doris babi and Tushar Baiya have gone to Puna for finalising the deal before leaving…after all they are leaveing after diwali so don't worry. We will be fine papa." Mukti assured, she always spoke too much. Finally the couple leave but Anurag comes to check on them, sure enough the two of them are calling the caterers and D.J when he walks in with Sam, "Kids partying all ready?" she teased. Mukti smiled, "Hi uncle, youngsters pary can Shravan and Tani-sha come?" she added after a second.

"Sorry but your Shravan and Tani cant come there is work for them at home." Sam teased. Evening strikes and the party decorations are ready, lodes to eat loud music and lots to drink. People start comeing and Mukti and Sharath are welcomeing them, a guy comes up and shakes Sharath's hand, the camera focusis on hand…right…he is wearing a Its none other than Kull, seening Mukti he huggs her happily, she too hugs him back, "Hi doing good."

"Great babe." He answered and moved away to greet some other people. Many other people come, some girls are wearing shorter clothes than Mukti…some just in jeans. Shravan and Tanishi do make it and Mukti huggs both of them, "Hi guys great to have you hear. Enjoy the party." After a few more people come Sharath flirts with some guys Lucky and Abi come over, "Hi buddy so great to see you…" Abi is hugging Mukti when Lucky smiles and shakes Sharath and huggs him…he too has the on his hand. Kaun hai Mukti ki aashiqh keep guessing.
