3 years later

"Mem saab! Mem saab!" an old servant was yelling in the Singhania mansion

Saying so taani went into their bedroom where a 6 months old nivaan was sleeping cozily in his crib and a netted umbrella was above the crib so that there won't be any mosquitoes.

She soon heard a cooing sound and looked towards her feet where chottu was hugging her feet,

T: arey mera baccha! She hugged her pet with lot of affection and it started to lick taani's cheek.

Bad boy! Kaka ko daraya kyu?

Chottu lowered his head as if he was sorry.

Awww, I love you so much baby, aapke wajah se rey ko apne pyaar ka ehsaas hua, aapko nahi pata aapne hamare life me bhot khushi laaye. Meri jaan, aap hamesha mere jaan ka tukda ho!

Meanwhile

R: hello sweet hearts!

He entered his bedroom and taani got up from her place signaling him to be quiet as nivaan was fast asleep.

He held her by her waist and captured her lips shocking her completely, though after a while she started to respond to his love fisting his hair in her small palm. They broke the kiss after a much needed demand for oxygen, and then they looked into each other's eyes.

T: rey? Is everything okay?

R: never felt better! (Touching his forehead with hers)

T: rey?

R: after a long and hectic day in office, if one comes home and hugs his beautiful wife. That is actually a rebirth, I know how it feels.

Taani kisses his cheek deeply and hugs him tight when chottu coos slowly. Rey then looks at chottu and fondles him on his back.

R: so, chottu also missed me so much! You know? You are one of the best things happened to us in our lives,

Saying so, he cuddled with chottu.

T: I was also saying the same to him, you know? Aaj issne kaka ko bhi dara diya jab wo nivaan ke paas aa rahe they! Badmaash ho gaya ye bilkul!

R: come on taani, he loves nivaan so much so he is looking after him. A possessive friend, you know!

T: aap dono ko Krishna ji hi bachaaye! Chaliye, aap fresh hoke aajaayiye. Me khaana laga deti hu.

R: thodi der baitho na, abhi kya jaldi hai?

They sat on a couch, taani's head was on his shoulder and her hand was intertwined with his, chottu was lying in his lap.

R: waise taani, kal raksha bandhan hai na

T: haa rey!

R: tumhaare liye ek surprise hai!

T: kaisa surprise?

R: wo kal tum hi dekh lo!

Taani let out a sigh and

R: taani, mujhe bhook lag rahi hai!

T: toh ab fresh hokar aao, main khaana laga deti hu!

Rey goes into the washroom and taani goes into the dining hall. Kaka arranged the table and he went home.

Rey changes and comes to the dining hall, he sees taani arranging the plates and pouring water in the glass.

He sits down on a chair and taani starts to serve him the dinner, but he was looking at her face; she was about to leave into the kitchen but he pulled her into his lap.

T: rey, kya kar rahe ho?

R: mujhe khaana khilaao!

T: theek hai hato!

R: nahi hatunga, aise hi khilaao.

Taani started to feed him and he also fed her, after they had their dinner; taani was washing dishes in the sink and rey was standing behind her hugging her. After the work was done, they went into their bedroom and rey went to the bed but taani was removing her makeup and jewelry. She went to change and came in a night gown.

Soon they were cuddling into each other. Taani was digging herself deeper into his chest and rey hugged her form tightly and completely into him.

Next morning
Taani tried to open her eyes but could not as the weather is chilling outside. She was tied up in his embrace and though she was warm enough with his body heat, she was in no mood to get up. But nivaan started crying and both got disturbed. Taani went to nivaan once rey released her.
She sat on the bed and was breast feeding nivaan. It was 7 am, Rey woke up stretching his arms and body. He saw her back was facing her and understood that his baby was hungry. He went to the washroom and brushed his teeth, meanwhile taani made nivaan sleep again after feeding him.
Taani started to brush her teeth when rey went to bath.
Within an hour both were ready and taani was in kitchen to make breakfast. Rey was anxiously waiting. It is half past 8 and within half an hour they will arrive.
He goes to anjali's pic and lights diya near her photo. A tear trickled down her cheek on how she ended her life for the person she loved and how he went out of the way and tortured taani taking revenge from arnav.
The plates turned and destiny had other plans for them, though he forgived arnav. He is scared to face them now.
It was 9 AM and the door bell rang.
R: Taani! Darwaza kholo!
T: rey me kaam kar rahi hu... aap kholo na...
R: tumhara surprize hai... kholo jaldi...
As soon as taani opened the door,
She gasped in shock. Its almost four years she saw her brother.
She clamped her mouth looking at Arnav, Khushi and their 3 year old Anjali.
Taani's eyes welled up and arnav without wasting a second hugged her protectively. She cried in his arms like there is no tomorrow.
It was Raksha bandhan and Taani gave the aarti to arnav, applied the tilak and tied rakhi on his wrist. Rey's eyes filled with crystal clear fluid, he was remembering his raksha bandhan with his sister.
He felt a hand on his shoulder and he quickly wiped his tear and turned around. He found khushi behind him, he gave a small smile to her.
K: main puraane baate yaad dilaake aapke dil dukhana nahi chahti. Par agar aap bura na maane toh kya main aapko bhaiya bula saqti hu??
Mujhe pata hai mujhe koi haq nahi hai. Kyuki anjali meri wajah se aapse door ho gayi. Main unki jagah nahi le saqti. Par aap toh mere bhai ho saqte ho na?
She asked him with lots of innocence that took his heart away. He protectively hugged khushi and soon khushi tied rakhi to rey where taani, arnav and nivaan were watching them.
A: mumma, mujhe bhi raakhi baandhna hai!
Khushi made anjali tie rakhi to nivaan and they all were busy in their family time.
They day was over with lots of talks, jokes, romance and teasings. It was night finally when taani made nivaan sleep after feeding him. She stood at the window and glanced towards the sky when a strong pair of arms wrapped across her waist. She turned around and hugged him breaking into sobs.
He dint say anything but soothed her back as he knows these are the tears of happiness.
He broke the hug and taani looked into his brown orbs.
"You have solved everything. Thank you for this gift." She whispered.
"I cant forget the pain I gave you taani. I cant go back and change things for once. I cant forgive myself for treating you like that because you are not the one to be blame..."
He was cut with her lips which were passionately moulding on his lips. He smiled in the kiss and pushed her towards the wall deepening their kiss. His lips travelled across her jawbone, her throat and the base of her neck. He was stroking his stubble along the length of her neck and shoulder till she moaned his name. He pulled down her sleeve and looked at her flushed face, closed eyes and parted lips, he slowly discarded their coverings heating up the room temperature.
He was madly aroused that things were getting extremely pleasurable for her. He finally collapsed on her chest after reaching an amazing climax. She was caressing his scalp and they fell asleep in the beautiful serenity of the night.
