"Govind!" Came Paarth, running.
Panchi turned towards him. She had tears in her eyes.
When Paarth saw one of those tears escaping her eye and travelling down her cheeks, he looked at Govind. Govind simply smiled and nodded.
While others arrived at the same time.
"Thank God! Panchi you are safe!" Shubhi ran and hugged Panchi.
"Now I think we should better rush up." Nakul said. He was not feeling comfortable amid the forest. He felt his jacket was in great danger.
"Dhrist, did you call Vasusen?" Govind asked.
"No. This place seems really strange. His phone is switched off. So is with Vrushali and Sahdev." Dhristdyumna told.
Paarth sensed danger while Shubhi was worried about Panchi.
"Something's not right!" Govind said as he looked around.
While all were troubled by the communicational gap, Vasusen, Vrushali and Sahdev were exploring the Castle.
"Why haven't they reached yet?" Vasusen said. He was irritated. Since morning, not even a single thing went right. He burnt his favourite shirt while cooking breakfast for Vrushali (a surprise). Then, the breakfast turned out to be worse than what he had cooked the last time. Finally when they reached the Castle others are missing.
"They will reach soon, I guess. They might have stopped due to some reason, which hopefully, would not cause any harm. Till then we should start exploring the castle." Vrushali, who understood that Vasusen needs to calm down so that they mess things up further said.
"That will be better than waiting here. Also, we will be able to finish the search a lot faster." Sahdev agreed with great amplitude.
"Okay then. Let us check in!" Vasusen sighed. Well, that day was not that bad, maybe.
They walked through the arch bridge which was the only way to reach the Castle as it was surrounded by a narrow moat. Finally, they stood before the entrance which was decorated by a thousand gemstone.
Carefully, Vrushali touched the door. She could feel the cold metal with great finish and an ultra smooth surface. Then, she looked around, discoving a small opening in the left. She peeped in, it was empty. Probably, for hundred of years. Then, she thought for a second and said, "Push it".
Vasusen and Sahdev, who were quietly observing Vrushali's investigation then started pushing the door. With great power, that they had, the door opened.
The three of them entered into the castle. Vrushali took a close look at the edges of the doors, and said, "Just like I thought. These edges are scraped twice by some great weapon due to which the door was weak. Though big, but it had little resistance to any force".
Sahdev rolled his eyes and nodded his head in agreement. That was surely something interesting.
"Shall we proceed?" Vasusen asked.
"Yes. We should!" Vrushali smiled and moved ahead.
Soon, after travelling throughout the castle , and checking the intricate designs on the walls, ceiling and floor, they reached the heart of the structure.
The architecture of the hall (in the heart of the castle) greatly resembled that of Ancient Greek buildings. The pillar which surrounded the center were round and made up of gold. They were beautifully decorated by gemstone which reflected the light reflected by the crystal floor which it received from the translucent dome of the hall.
Sahdev, greatly enthrilled by the beauty could not close his eyes. While Vasusen was amazed at the details of the room. It was one of the most accurate and amazing creation her had ever seen.
But Vrushali, she looked for something much more precious. Her eyes searched something else.
"Vrushali, do you think this it..." Vasusen asked her. He was sure of it but still wanted to confirm.
"It is the Amber Room!" She replied.
"But where is the Diamond of Zeus then?" Sahdev asked, without blinking and carefully staring at his image on the floor.
"That is the question!" Vasusen said.
It was just then Vrushali observed a minute hole in the centre of the dome, which was set at a perfect right-angle with center the floor. She quickly processed the observations into conclusion and said, "Vasusen was is the time?".
"Eleven-Fifty Nine" he replied as he took a look at his watch.
"Get away from the center of the floor!" She shouted alerting the other two who quickly distanced themselves from the point.
Just then, a thin ray of the sunlight entered into the room through the hole in the dome and hit the center of the floor. And emerged a small level which housed an ancient tablet (a piece of writing on mud).
Enthralled by the scene, Sahdev quickly started moving forward to check the artifact out himself.
Vrushali and Vasusen, though were worried but they didn't stop him.
Sahdev observed the tablet carefully and reached a conclusion, "It is Latin!".
"How do you know?" Vrushali asked him.
"I didn't read those books just because they looked nice!" Sahdev answered. He was excited for the next command (which he had already anticipated).
"Can you translate it?" Vasusen asked.
"I'll try!" With that, Sahdev had a close look on the letter and words. His lips moved and his eyes bulged on the amazement of the translation. Then he read it aloud,
"Why do you search of the precious around,
When you left it in the way to come here,
Days will be bright and without clouds,
But night will take it all away from here".
