But the impact on her due to her alliance broke up with Arnav, made her realize again, that she is not worthy of anyone as she has been tainted by Sanjay, she could not come into terms to believe once again in love, what you expect a woman like La who was expecting to get married to her best friend Arnav, who turns out says that he slept with a woman before marriage and he is in love with her and cant marry La. That is the reason, when NK proposed her, she could not feel confident and the thought of impurity affected her, so she outrightly rejected him. It was NK's mistake despite being in love with her from the beginning, didnt had a courage to confess. May be he could have saved her from Sanjay's clutches, by making her his at the right time.
