oh my god Vani the 21st chapter was AMAZING my heart totally goes out to Randhir :'( feel so bad for him </3 Im loving how sanyukta is trying all her best to make up to randhir & ranveer...ur story is beautiful! ah can hardly wait for the 22nd one <3

Chapter 21 :-



Vardhan thought that would be a good idea and he agreed. They
drove to Shekhawat
Mansion.



Shekhawat Mansion -



"Arey yaar, ye Sanyukta aur Parth paaji kithe chale gaye?"
Yoyo told.

"Sanyu ka phone bhi nahi lagra!" Kautuki muttered.

"Ae lo! Aa gaye," Yoyo told.

He jumped in fear when he saw Vardhan sir coming from behind.

"Aila Vardhan sir?" Yoyo hissed.

"Daaaddaaa!" Ranveer shouted.

"Champ!" Vardhan told and hugged him.

After parting from the hug, "Champ papa kahan hai?"

"Sleeping!" Ranveer replied.



Just then Randhir shouted loudly. Everyone ran upto his room.
There he sat, holding his head tightly and shouting. Hangover. Ramu kaka came
in and handed over a glass of buttermilk and a glass on lemonade as ordered by
Sanyukta. Randhir drank it in one go and immediately he felt better.



He looked at Vardhan sir and told, "Dada? Aap yaha?"

"Haan, holi hai mujhe pata thi ki Yoyo Sher Singh kuch na kuch
karega!" Vardhan told and looked at Yoyo who inturn was looking at Sanyukta and
Parth who had their heads down. Randhir immediately understood it was Sanyukta
and Parth's plan. He was trying to recollect what all she must have blabbered.
Nothing.



Dinner table -



Vardhan and Yoyo's family had left.

Everyone ate in silence. No one spoke.

Sanyukta decided to break the ice. "Ranveer, do you like
cars?" Sanyukta asked.

"Yes," Ranveer told sternly.

Randhir was shocked. Until yesterday Ranveer would be so happy
to talk to Sanyukta or talk about Sanyukta. Whenever anyone talks about cars he
would be all charged up. Now when she was asking something about his favorite
topic he was silent?

"Kuch toh gadbad hai!" Randhir thought.

"So? Which one is your favorite?" she asked trying to make a
conversation.

"Senior, I am done! Goodnight," he told and placed a kiss on
Randhir's cheek and left to his room.

"Goodnight champ," Randhir told.

Sanyukta gave a Dekha?' look to Parth who understood.

No one spoke after that.

"Goodnight. I hate latecomers and if anyone is late tomorrow
they will be sued!" Randhir told and left.



Everyone retired to their rooms.



Sanyukta was sitting on her bed silently thinking about her
fate. She hated herself at the moment! She heard a knock at the door. "Come
in," she told. She had expected Parth to come in but instead it was Randhir.



SANYUKTA'S ROOM :



"Randhir tum?" Sanyukta told and stood up.

"Haan," he told and motioned her to sit down.

"Yeah?" she questioned.

"Sanyukta I don't care why you are here, I really don't. The
only thing I don't want you to do is interfere in my personal life. Me and
Ranveer, we are happy in our own little world. Don't try to get into it. You
don't belong with us and I mean it. I was devoid of a woman's love and I know
very well by now that I don't need it and I don't want Ranveer to have it
either, I can't imagine him in my place, ever. Please stay away from our lives.
He is my child and I can't stay away from him. He is the only family I have
got. What you have done is enough and I really am not bothered about your
stupid apologies. I don't need them. Just stay away from our lives. That is
the only thing I need from you right now. We don't need you at all. Please stay
away!" Randhir told.

Sanyukta had been crying all this while. She was numb. "'MY'
child? Only family?" Sanyukta thought.



Randhir was about to leave when he heard Sanyukta say, "Why?"

"What?" he asked.

"Why Randhir? Why are you doing the same mistake I did?" she
asked.

Randhir crossed his hands to his chest and gave a
care-to-explain?' look.

"Randhir four years ago, I made some mistakes. First, by not
trusting you and second by not forgiving you. Don't make the same mistake
again. We both know that we still love eachother and only that explains why we
haven't married anyone yet, we know we can stay happy only in eachothers arms
and being with eachother. I know I have made mnay mistakes and I regret and I
hate myself for that. I didn't maybe because I loved you more than I loved
machines and engineering. I was upset, I was shattered. I spent every night
crying and weeping and I know you know it. Onw look on the other's face we can
tell what's going on inside them. Sorry Mr. Shekhawat I will not go away from
your life. My life belongs with you and only you. MY' child? I am sorry again
but he is our child. Yes, I do know everything. I love you and respect you for
whatever you did and I also hate you for not trying to get me back, for not
telling me all these years that our child is with you. I have been searching
for that couple years from now just to take a look at him. I never ever found
them but now I know that was your plan too," she told.



Getting no response she continued, "Tum hi toh hamesha kehte
the ki I am a fighter, I am your lioness? How do you think I will back off when
I want something I love more than my life and I know you do too," she asked.

"Sanyukta who told you that I love you? I don't, I hate you,"
he told not looking at her.

"Look at me and tell that," she replied.

"I ha...hate y...you!" he stammered looking at her. "Why the hell
am I stammering?" he thought.

Sanyukta smiled. She knew he won't be able to do that.

"Randhir you can't hate me. Yes maybe you think so but I know
you don't!" she told.

"How do you know about Ranveer? Oh shit, tumne mujhe bhaag
pilayi thi na?" he told angrily.

"Maine
nahi, Yoyo ne!" she corrected him, "but ofcourse we asked him to do that," she
added and smiled slyly.

"Youuu...forget it! What did I blabber?" he asked. He sounded
really angry.

"Nothing. Tumne mujhe bola that Ranveer is my child. That's
it," she lied. Shedidn'ttell him that he had told Ranveer too.

"I was wrong. He isn't your child. He is mine and only mine,"
he told.

"You are never wrong. He is mine too!" she told.

"Sanyukta, I am warning you, leave us alone!" he told and
glared at her.

"No, I can't!" she told. 

"Why Sanyukta? Why can't you leave us alone?" he asked.

"Because I can't stay without my family and I will do anything
to get it back!" she told determined.

"You won't be able to," he answered.

"If you hate me and you didn't want me to be a part of
Ranveer's life then why did you name him Ranveer?" she asked blankly.

He was shocked that she remembered. His thoughts made their way
to his memory lane again. *The day they decided his name.*



Sanyukta and Randhir were on the terrace enjoying
their private moments. Randhir was sleeping on Sanyukta's lap and Sanyukta was
caressing his hair.



"Sanyu, what if I ever leave you?" Randhir asked.

"Eh? I will be the happiest person alive on earth
then," Sanyukta replied.

"What?" he replied and sat up straight.

"Haan, I'll go find another hot guy!" she told.

Randhir grimaced.

"Arey simple, see now, can you use only one mobile
forever? Won't you get bored?" she asked.

"So?" he asked.

"What I mean is that now I am bored of you. So I
need another guy," she told.

Randhir couldn't bear it anymore. He was angry.

Sanyukta started laughing.

Randhir was confused and then later hen understood
it was a prank.

"Very funny," he told and put his head back on her
lap.

"Seriously Randhir, how the hell are you Rank no.
1?" she asked still laughing.

"Whatever," he told and turned his face faking
anger.

"Aww, dekho baby tumhare papa gussa ho gaye," she
told caressing her stomach.

Randhir turned towards her belly.

"Princess dekho na? Tumhari mom mera mazak uda rahi
hai," he told and kissed her belly, "Tum jaldi se bahar aa jaao. Hum dono
milkar tumhari mom ko bohot tang karenge."

A drop of water fell on his face.

"Eh? Rain?" he thought and looked up and saw that it
was a tear drop which belonged to Sanyukta.

"Arey kya hua?" he asked.

"Tum sachme toh mujhe chod ke nahi jaaoge na?" she
asked innocently.

"Pagal ho gayi ho kya?" he asked and made a face.

"Bolo na?" she told.

"Kabhi nahi. NEVER!" he told and kissed her
forehead.

"Wait a second! Princess? NO! Prince!" she told.

"No ways, princess!" he told.

"Prince!" she argued.

"Princess!" he replied.

"Prince!" she shouted louder.

"Princess!" he shouted louder too.

"Hum aise kyu ladte hai?' she asked suddenly.

"That is the essence of our relationship!" he
replied.

"I love you Randhir," she told.

"I love you more Farzi!" he told.

"Randhir, I will never let you select names for our
children," she told.

"Eh? Why?" he asked, confused.

"Pata nahi kaise kaise naam laga doge. Farzi? Lollipop? Bimbo?" she told and
started laughing.

"They are nice," he defended himself.

"Yeah right," she told and continued laughing.

"Accha? Tum kya naam lagaogi?" he asked.

"Ranveer. Ranveer Singh Shekhawat!" she replied
proudly.

He loved the name but there was no way he was going
to admit it. "What kind of a name is that?" he told.

"Oh please I know you like it. Apne acting skills
kisi aur ko dikhana!" she told.

"Umm...whatever," he told and accepted defeat.

"Oye! Hum woh naam nahi laga sakte!" he told
suddenly.

"Why?" she asked, bewildered.

"Because we are going to have a princess. Abb chalo
select a girl's name," he ordered cutely.

"We are not having a princess but if it happens then
I will name her Ruhi," she told.

"Okay that's going to be our baby's name then!" he
told.

"No Ranveer," she told.

"Sanyukta, Ruhi!" he told.

"Forget it, do you know why I selected Ranveer?" she
asked.

"No," he replied playing with her hair.

"Okay, do you know the meaning of your name?" she
asked.

"No," he replied and pouted. She facepalmed.

"It means Brave in battle field," she told.

"So?" he asked. He absolutelywasn'tinterested in
knowing the meaning of his name.

"That's why I selected Ranveer. It means Winner of
Battlefield'. I want my baby to be exactly like you and that's why I gave him a
name which resembles your's orally and even meaning wise," she told.

Randhir was shocked. He never expected her to think
so deep about the names of their children. He was happy, extremely happy. He
didn't know what to tell. He just got up and kissed her again and again. After
breaking apart, "What was that for?" she asked breathing heavily.

"I love you," he told.

"I love you too," she replied.

"Any reason behind selecting Ruhi?" he asked.

"Yes. It means soul. She will be our soul," she
replied.

"Farzi," he told.

"Hmm?' she asked caressing her belly.

"You are the best!" he told. She blushed.



"Answer to my question Randhir," Sanyukta told breaking his
trance.

"Umm...because I love that name too!" he told lamely.

"Oh shut up. That's because you still love me!" she told.

"I don't," he told.

"Really?" she asked and curved her eye-brows.

"Sanyukta Aggarwal, yes, I loved you. I loved you more than I
have ever loved anyone. I also loved you after that freaking incident. I
started loathing you after the reunion when you insulted me and misunderstood
me again without knowing the truth!" he told.

The canteen's incidents came rushing to her mind. A tear
dropped from her eye.

"I hate you now," he told.

She didn't reply anything.

"Please stay away from me and MY child," he told stressing on
MY' and went away.



"You don't hate me Randhir. You never can. You love me way too
much for that. I will get you back, I will heal every wound, I will make
everything normal. I promise!" she told and sat down after he left.

"Par usse pehle Mr. Chotu ko sambhalna padega. Without his
help I won't be able to do anything," she thought and checked the time.
"9.00pm, he will be awake," she thought.



She silently tip-toed outside and first went to Randhir's
room. It was locked. "Thankgod. Abb bahar nahi aayega thodi der tak," she
thought.

She went to Ranveer's room and silently opened it. He was
tossing in his bed. "So predictable," she thought and opened the door.



RANVEER'S ROOM :



"What are you doing here?" Ranveer asked sternly.

"I shouldn't come? I did the previous days," Sanyukta replied.

"It was different then," he told.

"What has changed now?" she asked.

"I know where you are taking this. Please go out," he told as
politely as possible.

"Ranveer? I have made a mistake and I regret it. Please don't
do this to me," she pleaded.

"What mistake? I don't know anything. The only thing I know is
that senior doesn't like me talking to you," he told.

"Don't you like talking to me?" she asked innocently.

"It is not about me," he told.

"Ranveer, c'mon now, you are Randhir's microxerox so you have those 'intelligent' genes in you too. Even you know
this is about you!" she protested.

"So what now?" he told not knowing what to tell.

"You did understand what Randhir meant in the afternoon right?"
she asked.

He gave a really-now?' look.

"Just checking," she told and shrugged and bolted the door
behind.

"Go from here. I don't want to talk to you. I hate you," he
told.

For a second Sanyukta paused. He hated her? She composed
herself and walked to him.

"Alright sweetheart, I have to tell you a story sit down," she
told.

"I have no time," he told and folded his hands.

"You can't say no to me," she told.

"I can say no to anyone. I am Ranveer Singh Shekhawat," he
told.

"Whoa. You really are his microxerox!" she exclaimed.

"I know right," he told and smirked.



Sanyukta observed he had a tinge of foreign accent in his talk.



"You can't say no to your mom," she told.

"Oh, you just remembered?" he taunted.

She felt bad. She had expected this behavior from him but
still she felt bad.

"Please?" she told and made a puppy face.

"You have 5 minutes," he told and pointed towards the clock.

"When I meant I want him to be like you, I didn't actually
mean photocopy you idiot!" she thought angrily cursing Randhir.

She took a deep breathe and motioned him to sit and he obeyed.

"Okay. See, I made a big mistake by not trusting your dad. I
trusted someone else instead of him. I was immature, I was wrong. I thought he
betrayed me. I loved him more than I ever loved anyone and it felt bad when I thought
he betrayed me. I couldn't bear it. I scolded you dad, I insulted him, all
thanks to my anger. But yes, all thses years I missed him more than anything. I
used to cry every night over him. I used to regret not giving a chance for him
to explain. I know I deserve punishment I am ready to do anything. Ranveer I
didn't even know anything about you, if I had known then I would have surely
come to you and be with you. I wouldn't ever leave you alone. That day when I
came here, I fell in love with you at the first sight. You did too. You didn't
want to call me aunt' remember? Why? That's because you are mine. You belong
to me. I am ready to accept any punishment but please don't push me away from
you both. I won't be able to take it. This is my family. Your dad is really
stubborn. He thinks he hates me now but I know he doesn't and I need your help
to persuade him. I won't be able to do it alone. About the punishment, your dad
had you with him and I had no one all these years. Isn't that enough?" she
told.

No response.

"Oh c'mon that was a speech now, tell something!" she told.

"You love me?" he asked innocently.

"More than anything," she replied.

"What if you leave us again?" he asked.

"That will happen only when I die," she replied.

"Promise? You won't leave us?" he asked.

"Promise," she told and ruffled his hair.

"Don't do that," he told and started setting his hair.

"Your dad would do the same thing had I done it to him," she
told and he giggled.

"You were rank no. 2?" he asked out of nowhere.

"What? Where did that come? But yeah I was," she told.

"Why should I help you?" he asked out of nowhere again.

"Don't you want your mom?" she asked and pouted.

"I do," he told immediately, "I mean..." he stopped.

"Exactly, even I want my son!" she told and smiled.

"But..." he told and stopped.

"Ranveer I know I don't deserve a chance but please I want
your dad to be happy and that will happen only if we are together as a family.
He sure says he hates me but I am sure he doesn't!" she told.

"Okay, I will give you one single chance to prove yourself as
my mom and as my dad's wife," he told and after a pause he exclaimed, "that
line was awkward now!"

She laughed and told, "Gosh I so love you."

"Okay, I will give you a chance," he told.

"Alright, just don't let your dad know that you know I am your
mom. Okay?" she told.

"Why?" he asked.

"Because that will ruin my plan!" she told.
"Plan?" Ranveer asked raising his eyebrow.
"Yes, I will tell you about it tomorrow. Sleep now. You have school to attend!" she told.

"Okay," he told and jumped on the bed.

She turned around to go to her room.

"Arent you going to put me to sleep today?" she heard him ask.

"Why? You didn't want me to no?" she played.

"Oh please," he replied.

She chuckled and went up to him.



He placed his head on her lap and closed his eyes. She was
caressing his hair. She wanted him to call her mom but she didn't ask. A tear
dropped from her eye and fell on his cheek.

"You're crying" he asked and opened his eyes.

"No," she lied.

"We do have a ceiling. I am sure it can't rain inside," he
mocked.

"Shaitan!" she told.

"Senior calls me that too," he told.

"Learnt it from him only," she told and chuckle, "Sshh now,
sleep! You have school tomorrow," she told.
He closed his eyes again. She wanted to wake him up and ask him to call her 'mom' once. She had been dying to hear that word from his mouth the day she came to know he was her son.



After a while, "Mom?" he called out.

That word seemed like music to her ears. She smiled. "Yes
sweetheart?" she told.

"I love you," he told.

"I love you too," she told and kissed his forehead.

He slept.

She sat there with him in his sleep the whole night.



MORNING :

RANDHIR'S ROOM :



The alarm was ringing constantly. 

Finally it was successful in waking him up. He looked at the
alarm and got up suddenly, "Shit! Champ," he thought started walking towards
Ranveer's room.



RANVEER'S ROOM :



He opened Ranveer's room and peeped in. He looked at the sight
in front of him. There Ranveer was; sleeping peacefully on Sanyukta's lap and
Sanyukta was sleeping with her head leaning on to the wall behind and her hand
on Ranveer's head.

There
ends my twenty-first
chapter. Cliffhanger again. xP Please do leave your precious
