If we had a time machine which will let us undo our past and change it as per our wish, there will not be any future as people will survive in the bubble of past always... So I would say past is not a good place to stay. We rather learn from it and leave it to rest behind! When memories take us down that lane again, let us just accept it and see how far we have travelled ahead.
