and arnav admitted that anjali is alive

so anjali has not ran away. she went away just to keep manyatha safe.

i m happy that arnav trusted khushi to say all these secrets

Manyata is a sweetheart and there's no doubt that she'll be the one to bring these two closer. She believes in the story her father has woven for her and I have a feeling that despite knowing the truth one day, she will not hold him responsible for keeping her in the dark.

With Anjali's truth out in open, they have a clear idea about how they would be standing against their enemy. Her decision of keeping Arnav in the background while bracing herself for the real fight seems fair. They'll have to be more careful about Manyata's welfare, Aman's presence makes things a little better though. Also, I hope Arnav is made aware of the fact that Vikrant had his lusting eyes over Khushi. I want him to screw Vikrant real big time. A little ArHi time is much awaited.
