New reader alert!!!

Finally read the story and interesting twists.

I was scarred with Khushi's reaction to Dhruvji but glad that handsome hunks is actually ASR who was having that affect on Khushi. And the effect of Khushi is also visible in Arnav's muses and killer smiles and smirks.

Shyam is always the slime. Though his monologue to make a difference in another orphans life was heartfelt though I doubt he was serious.

Glad that Anjali is the strong lady her mother wanted her to be and she is attentive enough to caught on with the small changes or pretenses of her husband. Her this behavior and reaction will be. Support for ASR.

Now the twist regarding Khushi, how is her past related to sheesh mahal? Especially her fear of darkness to the store room and that secret exit armoire?

Looking forward to reading ahead.

Welcome, rk2127! I am happy that you like my Anjali! Ofcourse, the entire reason for writing this story is to relive IPK in one more way - there is plenty more to Arnav and Khushi in this story, and i hope you continue to enjoy the twists and turns along with the romance!

apologies for not being able to be here till now my soul sis. But loss is all mine... just read Chapter 7 part 2.. the gripping romantic thriller you are weaving..

The Neruda lines on top beautifully convey the message, I may have read it from you earlier.. but one never gets tired of Neruda..

it was about asr's story till now.. and not it seems Khushi's is starting to unravel in that store room...

Clarity of thought is always the hall mark of your writings.. fictional or not...My fav line of this update

Arnav Singh Raizada, for as long as he can remember, took care of people - not the other way round.

Our absolute sync. in appreciating these characters almost identically makes me enjoy this ride even further..

I told you .. I cant stop once I start reading...now realize Chapter 8 was a teaser.:)

very gripping part 3 of chapter 7.. In the original story we have waited so long expecting, hearing Khushi's past is much more intimately connected to Arnav's than what was finally shown.. I see that happening in your story.. cant wait to read..

Also, loved how meticulously you are writing Shyam's parts.. every character gets their due.. great writing IS..

Also, you should share may be after narrating the entire story, how you thought about the whole plot.. quite a thick plot it is.. I am sure you may write it in parts but you have all the basic narrative ready in your head..😊

Yes, Khushi's story begins now.

That line in bold - you know, it is something that I always felt while watching the serial - the way this man took care of people - be it a gift of jewelry to Mami or the engagement of Akash and Payal - or the quietly indulgent manner in which he tolerated Anjali and Nani's rituals and manipulations - and I loved it when he finally got pampered by Buaji and amma.

I am hoping you will enjoy the upcoming chapters - and I hope to get feedback from you. (Too many demands from your soul sister 😆!)
