Sujal was sitting on his bed on the phone to Kashish
K - tum kab aah rahe ho? tumhari bohat yaad aah rahi hai
S - uff Kashish bas kuch dino ki baat hai fhir main aah jaaoonga
K - please Sujal, jaldi aana
S - bas Kashish rona bandh karo, aur smile, main yahan ka kaam poora karta hoon aur fhir main jaldi se tumhare paas aahjaoonga
K - ok Sujal, love you, bye
S - love you too
Sujal hung up, he smiled when the phone rang, he looked at it and saw a random number flashing, he wondered who it was
S - hello?
Sw - hey Sujal, Swayam bol raha hoon
S - oh Swayam.....kaho kya baat hai?
Sw - tum kahan ho?
S - ghar par
Sw - teek hai, main tumhe office mein milta hoon
S - kuch kaam tha?
Sw - nahin bas aise hi
S - ok bye
Sujal hung up
S (thinks) - isse kya chahiye....dhekna parega....ab mere plan ki hisaab se.....Garewals aur Rahejas ka merger karna hoga....lekin kya Swayam haan kahega?
Elsewhere Prithvi came into work, he sat at his desk and looked through a file, he had a conversation with someone on his phone and began working on the computer when Suhana walks in
P - tum yahan?
S - ab kya karoon, kaam se tumhe furzat nahin milti tho mujhe yahan aana hi para
P (smiles) - aww my sweetie, miss me?
Prithvi gets up and hugs Suhana then sits with her on the sofa
P - kaisi ho?
S - teek hoon, Angad aur Kripa shaadi karne vale hai
P - jaanta hoon
S - aur hum kab karenge?
Prithvi puts his arm around her
P - jald karenge......mere plan ka bas ek aakhari chal rahe gaya aur fhir hum bhi Angad aur Kripa ke saath shaadi karlo ge
S - aakhari chaal?
P - hmm aur ismein tumhe meri madat karni hogi
S - kaise?
P - tumhe yahan se bahar jaana hoga, left mein ek office hai, Karan Virani ka, vahan jao aur ek file hai called Project Delhi, bas tumhe vo file mujhe deni hogi
S - aur agar voh....Karan Virani aahgaya?
P - nahin aayega kyunki main usse distract karoon ga, tum befikar hokar jao
Suhana looked uneasy, Prithvi smiled and kissed her forehead
P - kuch nahin hoga jaan, mere liye itna nahin kar sakti?
S - of course
She hugs him and goes outside, Prithvi follows her, he looks to his right and sees Karan busy with someone
P - jao...vahan hai uska office....
Suhana goes while Prithvi walks towards Karan, he stands in front of him, Karan looks at him and gets confused......Suhana reaches Karan's office, she closes the door behind her and looks for the file....Prithvi and Karan are shown talking.....Suhana finds the file and goes towards the door, she peaks out and sees Karan walking towards her, she gets worried, Prithvi sees and rushes to Karan
P - Karan ruko....papa tumhe bula rahe hai
K - acha? teek hai
Karan turns around and walks towards Rohit's office, Suhana breathes a sigh of relief and rushes to Prithvi, she hands him the file
S - yeh lo
P - thanks so much Suhana, ab tum jao, is se pehle ke Karan vapas aahjaye tum jao
Suhana rushes outside, Prithvi takes the file and goes into his office
P (thinks) - ab kaise bachao ge is company ko tum Karan? yeh baazi ab mere haath mein hai...isse kehte hai she aur maath (check mate)
Prithvi looks through the file and makes a phone call.....meanwhile Sujal is discussing something with Swayam
S - Swayam mere dhimaag mein ek idea aaya tha
Sw - kaho?
S - kyun na hum merger karein? Garewals aur Rahejas ka?
Sw - merger? sounds like a great idea.....main papa se baat karta hoon tehro ek minute
Swayam calls his dad, he comes back smiling to Sujal
Sw - papa ne haan kar diya
S - great, tho papers sign kar liye?
Sw - itni jaldi papers baane kaise?
S - voh maine pehle se banaye the
Sw - great
Swayam signs the papers, Sujal smiles and watches him walk out......in Mumbai....Prithvi is about to change Karan's tender so that Project Delhi goes in favour of their rivals but as he is about to sign....
R - ruk jao Prithvi!
P (looks up) - Papa?
R - Karan ne mujhe sab kuch bata diya, tum aisa kaise kar sakte ho, apne hi company ke saath.....how dare you!!!!
Prithvi stands up and faces his father
P - tho aapko Karan ki baaton par yakeen hai, meri baaton pe nahin?
R - Karan tumse kahi gunnah acha hai....voh kabhi nahin jhoot bolta
Karan enters the room
K - maine kaha tha Prithvi.....jab bhi tum koi galat kaam karoge tho mujhe apne saamne paaoge, vaise maine tumhari girlfriend Suhana ko mere office mein aate hue dhek liya tha....
R - Prithvi tum yeh sab? kyun! kya maine tumhe kisi cheez ki kami hone di? paise, esh aur aahraam, sab kuch tha tumhare paas
P (laughs) - paisa? us paisa ka kya faida jo kisi ke khoon se baane hai?
R - kya?
P - haan papa....aapka jo yeh business hai...yeh jo paisa hai, jispe aapko itna guroor hai....yeh sab Tilak Chopra ki maut ka nateeja hai....aap ek khooni ho papa...ek khooni!!!
Rohit slaps Prithvi
P - maariye dad....maarne se sach badaltha nahin......aur rahi baat Karan ki, tho isse apne ghar mein rakh lijiye.....isse apna beta bana lijiye....mujhe koi shok nahin ek khooni ka beta ban ne mein.....goodbye Mr Rohit Bose.....goodbye
Prithvi leaves the office, Rohit gets a tear in his eyes and sits on the sofa, Karan comforts him.....elsewhere Swayam is sitting in his office when Sujal enters
Sw - arre Sujal? aao beto.....
Swayam gets up and shuts the door, he turns around to see Sujal sitting in his chair, Swayam laughs
Sw - chalo koi baat nahin tum vahan bet jao aaj ke liye
S - nahin Swayam....aaj ke liye nahin....hamesha ke liye
Sw - matlab?
S - matlab ke....ab yeh Rahejas Industries nahin hai
Sw - kya?
S - yes.....yeh company ab...Garewals Industries ka ek hissaa hai
Sw - yeh kya bakwaas kar rahe ho?
S - bakwaas nahin haqueeqat.....aaj se yeh meri company hai....tumne kudh papers par sign karke yeh company mujhe di
Sw - kya?
Sujal showsn him the papers, Swayam is shocked........ the outside of the building is shown....where it once said Rahejas Industires it now said Garewals Industries
