Hey dear congrats on new thread...

Yeah I'm here to write my comments on chapter 44.

Let's say it was a first where both Arnav and Khushi had open communication which sorely lacked in their relation as Khushi had said.

First where Arnav have kept all his cards out of what he did to get Khushi to marry him and in a way told her that he wanted to marry her and was not in it because of his fathers wish.

First where Khushi openly talked to Arnav of what was her thinking when he proposed marriage, where she stood in relationship with Rishab. Why she agreed to marry Shyam.

First in where Khushi desperately, angrily and threatening declared that Arnav is the one she want, love and need. And first where Arnav accepted that he wants her, in his life for always.

This was first of so many things that I just have to read and re-read and re-read to be it write but I'm sure I might miss on many things.

But in all this what clearly reflected was Khushi need to clear all the misunderstanding and not to let Arnav go if it's because of the Rishab fiasco. She was dying when being in stupor Arnav didn't respond to her greeting and the way you wrote her back up, her second life line...it all so clearly states Arnav position in her life.

We always knew but for a change these 4months of distance made Khushi realize everyone place, every relations importance and most of all her need for Arnav over Rishab's friendship. Especially after the stunt he pull. Loved how she stood up for Arnav against him only. How she doesn't let him go in self pity and demanded and answer irrespective of his past, his deed and his inhibition of his past behavior to her. Loved it when she asked him to trust him that she is proud of a man he is inspire of his past and not any pity on him.

Arnav too is a changed man, their is no doubt and his self analysis of himself a year ago and at present clearifies any doubt he himself has. His need to do anything for her whether it's divorce Rishab, or distance from him. He loves him insanely, only he doesn't know. The way his heart is ready to jump around in joy on seeing her on his door step, or her declaring she doesn't need a divorce, or saying she is proud of the man he is or turned out inspire of his past. Or whether it's matter of sharing same room.

Coming to bedroom what other proof he needs when he himself has all those pics of Khushi on his wall. I see how Khushi too is not using the word love when it comes to his feelings and emotions.

I may have a lot to say but my thoughts are again every where..,will come back, again 😉.

Meanwhile, please update soon. Our soon 😃

Congrats for the new thread. Nice update. I had already said that I knew that Arnav was divorcing her not because he did not trust her but he wanted her to be free of him as he thought that he did not deserve her so his POV was as I had expected.

I loved Khushi in this chapter. He was being his stubborn self but she showed what a woman can d if she is really determined. I know that everything will be alright between them now. There would be ups and downs but then whose life is full of roses. They will be alright.

Very nice update.

I just wanted to know how many chapters are left.

Just realized you had a new thread open... Reposting my post from the previous thread...

It was a totally feel good chapter & I loved it to bits.

As always, what stood out again in this chapter like in all of them was the subtle nuances which just brings out that extra oomph in your writing... These subtle touches give your writing the X-factor. ;)

Salient among them were...

Arnav freezing at the sight of his charming wife showing up unexpectedly at the door was simply beautiful... Can't blame the poor guy if he thought he was hallucinating at that moment... His dreams generally never came true, but this once, it did... :)))

Arnav's near heart attack when he saw that Khushi had brought no luggage with her... Oblivious Khushi was clueless that her Arnavji's heart had almost stopped beating until she told him that Aman was sending it up... Phew! what a relief for Arnav knowing she wasn't just paying a visit to discuss their divorce rather had plans to stay with him at least for a while... :) ---- Very nicely done. 👏 👏

Arnav pocketing the small zip lock of marijuana, phew that was another close call... Luckily for him, his wifey is too much of an innocent to know what it was... Hope she never finds outs, or all hell will break lose for him... 😉

Him draining his drink discreetly at the sink... Would earn him no brownie points from wife dearest if she she saw how much he depended on that stuff...

Arnav wanting to hug her just once when he heard her chatter after a long drought... Any man who loves to hear his wife's inconsequential chatter, is undoubtedly one who is head over heals in love with her, period.

Arnav savoring the sight of his wife curiously taking in his apartment... What an incredible sight for sore eyes... Aww poor guy, he has every reason to feel overwhelmed at that moment... This really brought tears to my eyes...

Arnav closing his eyes in pain when Khushi asks him about her pronounced limp... The guy just died a thousand deaths again there for a moment... 😔

And last but not the least, Khushi gasping at the sight of her pictures on his wall, especially the large center portrait of her trying out earrings at the Surajkund Mela... That was such a revealing moment... 😳

Awesome chapter again Vats, but then nothing surprising about that ;)
