Next morning

Shambhavi was sleeping. Rudra wakes up and kissed her. He realises that she has fever. He quickly gets up to call raj Vaidya. Raj Vaidya comes. Everyone was present in her room including sameeksha.

Raj Vaidya: she got drenched in rain that's why she has fever. I am giving some medicines. She'll be alright.

Dai maa: I'll go and make something for her. She hasn't eaten since yesterday.

Rudra nods. Vajramitra pats on rudra's shoulder and left from there. Sameeksha shows her fake sympathy

Sameeksha: Rudra everything will be fine. She is very strong.

Rudra: i know. I just want to find the person who did this to her and once I'll find out about him then I'll not spare him.

His voice was stern.sameeksha becomes a bit scared hearing this. She never saw Rudra getting so much possessive about anyone. Even though when he wanted revenge of her mother's death he never showed such obsession and possessiveness. She was her childhood friend but This is something she has never seen before. She left from there. Dai maa comes back with a bowl of soup. She put it on the table and goes near shambhavi. She gently caresses her head.

Dai maa: i am wondering what happened to her? Where did you find her?

Rudra: in the forest. Even i am curious to know what happened but I'll wait until she'll become fine.

Dai maa kisses her forehead and left from there. Shambhavi stirs on the bed. She frowns as if she was having nightmare or something. Rudra holds her hand and tried to calm her down. She breathes heavily. Her eyes were closed. She opens her eyes all of a sudden. Rudra caresses her head and says.

Rudra: hey..don't worry..i am here..

She gets up and hugs him tightly.

Rudra: its ok everything is fine..nothings gonna happen to you..

She broke the hug and looks at him teary eyed.he cupped her face and kissed her forehead.

Rudra: what happened? Were you having a nightmare?

Shambhavi: i..i.. I don't know.. i don't remember.i just

Rudra: its ok don't stress yourself too much. Here eat this. You haven't eaten anything since yesterday.

Shambhavi: i don't feel like eating anything.

Rudra: shama..you have fever..you have to eat something to take your medicines.

She reluctantly agrees and he feeds her. He gives her medicines and make her sleep again.when she falls asleep he puts cover on her. He kissed her on cheek and left the room. He calls everyone including the daasi and soldiers who went with shambhavi to temple.he asks

Rudra: now tell me exactly what happened?

Soldier: Maharaj..we went to temple with maharani but all of a sudden weather changed.

Daasi: king..queen orders us to wait in the carriage coz of bad weather. She said she'll come after finishing the Pooja. After sometime when she didn't return we went to look for her but she wasn't there. We searched the whole temple. We even tried to go in the forest but because of rain couldn't go too far.

Soldier: Maharaj..as soon as rain starts everyone left the temple including the pandit. Queen was alone in the temple.

Rudra thinks for a while and says.

Rudra: i need to talk to the pandit. Call him now.

Sameeksha gets scared. She panics and left from to her room there in a huff.

Sameeksha: i have to tell him about this. Rudra will not rest untill he finds the culprit. What should i do now?

When she was thinking about what to do something throws an arrow in her room with a letter attached in it. Sameeksha reads the letter it says.

" it was only the beginning of our plan but you have to be careful. As far as i know the king he is very smart and clever. Its not easy to fool him. You do as i say stay silent for few more days or may be a month or two. Let them forget about this incident and after that we'll take another step towards your mission and don't worry they'll never find out what happened to queen. We will only meet when I'll say"

Sameeksha breathes a sigh of relief reading the letter. She smirks and says the herself.

Sameeksha: that day is not far Rudra when you'll become mine..only mine..

Birju comes running to inform,Rudra about the pandit.

Birju: that pandit is gone. He is not in his house neither his family.

Rudra: where did they go?

Birju: don't know..nobody knows but we are searching. We'll find out about his whereabouts as soon as possible.

Rudra nods in yes.

At night.

Shambhavi was awake. She was sitting on her bed. She was feeling much better than before. Rudra comes and she smiles seeing him. he sits next to her. He holds his hand and kissed it.

Rudra: how are you feeling now?

Shambhavi: much better

He looks at her lovingly but suddenly goes teary eyed. He rests his forehead on hers.

Rudra: do you know how much i was worried for you?my world turned upside down when i heard that you are missing. Never ever do that again..promise me you won't go anywhere alone.

Shambhavi kissed his forehead and says.

Shambhavi: i promise..i know nothing can happen to me coz you are with me.

Rudra: shama what happened in the temple. How did you reach in the forest?

Shambhavi: i don't remember anything. The last thing i remember is that when i was doing pooja it started raining. I saw a man standing outside the temple drenching in rain. He was wearing black clothes.i couldn't see his face coz of the hood on his head.after that what happened i don't know.

Rudra: ok we'll find out about that man. Now get some sleep.

Rudra tried to find out about the man but that man never showed up again. The pandit of the temple also left the kingdom. Rudra gets frustrated and angry coz he couldn't catch the person who did this to his wife. Sameeksha too remained silent and waits for the right opportunity. She was doing as she was told. Rudra didn't give up. He was trying hard to find that man and like that few months passed. Shambhavi was getting worried for Rudra. He started getting irritated coz he failed to catch that man. She decided to divert his attention.

A bright sunny morning.

Rudra was doing sword practice and was training the soldiers.he was all serious and enraged. Shambhavi comes there and smiles seeing him. He was barefoot and bare chest. He was all sweaty. She defeats all the soldiers and scolds them for not concentrating. He saw shambhavi walking towards him. The soldiers left leaving their king and queen alone. She picks up a sword and says.

Shambhavi: its been so long since we had a sword fight. What do you say?

He smiles and walks closer to her.

Rudra: I'll defeat you again.

Shambhavi: we'll see.

They start fighting. Earlier Rudra used to get naughty during the fight but this time shambhavi was getting naughty. During the fight she pecked him on cheek. He looks at her surprisingly.

Rudra: what was that?

She gives a mischievous smile and continued fighting. When she realises that he is winning she deliberately dropped her duppata from her shoulder showing him her midriff which was enough to distract him. Once he gets distracted she snatched away his sword. He looks at her surprisingly.

Shambhavi: i won

Rudra: that's not fair. You have cheated.

Shambhavi was about to say but suddenly Dai maa comes looking for them.

Dai maa: what are you two doing here?

Shambhavi: see Dai maa i defeated Rudra in a sword fight but he is saying that i cheated.

She pouted and makes a puppy face.

Dai maa: Rudra.. You should accept your defeat. I know you don't like to get defeated.

Rudra: but she cheated.

Shambhavi: ok tell her what did i do?

She grins. He was about to say but stopped.

Rudra: she..nothing..ok i lost..now you are happy.

Shambhavi: yes

She goes with maa. She looks back with a smirk on her face. Rudra narrowed his eyes and rest his hand on his hips. Rudra was in his room. Shambhavi comes and goes near him. She moves a finger on his chest and says.

Shambhavi: see i won..everything is fair in love and war.

He pushed her against him.

Rudra: oh yeah then let me make it completely fair.

He tried to kiss her but she pushed him away. He frowns

Shambhavi: not so fast..

Rudra: wait..you just can't walk away after doing this to me. don't you know you are playing with fire?

shambhavi: i know..

She gives him a naughty look and left the room.

In the afternoon

Everyone was having lunch. Rudra and shambhavi were sitting next to each other. Vajramitra asks somthing to Rudra. Rudra was about to say when he felt shambhavi's hand on his thigh under the table. He almost choked and forgot what he was saying. Shambhavi rubbed his back and asks with concern.

Shambhavi: you should eat slowly.

He glares at her and she smiles. Whole day she kept teasing him and he missed every chance to get closer to her. Whenever he tried to get closer to her she runs away. She was trying his patience. he don't know how long he'll able to hold himself. But the good thing in all this was that he forgot about that man. He was no more frustrated and angry. He becomes normal.

At night

Shambhavi was having bath in a pool full of rose petals. She smirks to herself for teasing Rudra. When she done bathing she stretched out her hand for her clothes but much to her surprise her clothes were not there. She calls for her daasis but nobody came.

Rudra: looking for something..

Rudra was standing leaning against the wall with her clothes. It was his time to tease.

Shambhavi: oh so its you. Gimme my clothes back.

Rudra: come and get it.

Shambhavi: what?? You know i can't.

Rudra: why not? Nobody is here except you and me. Come outside or.

Shambhavi: or what?

Rudra: or I'll come inside.

Shambhavi: you won't.

Rudra: i will.

He starts removing his clothes. Shambhavi was looking at him in amazement. She too wanted him to join her in the pool but was faking that she don't want to. She was leaning against the edge of pool. Rudra comes inside the pool and slowly goes towards untill he was very close to her. He trapped her between himself and edge of the pool.

Shambhavi: what are you gonna do?

Rudra: what do you think i am gonna do?

He asks removing a rose petal from her shoulder. She lifts up her chin and said with a glint in her eyes.

Shambhavi: nothing..you can't do anything..

He narrowed his eyes and grabs her waist. She splashes water on him. He kissed her holding the back of her neck. She wraps her arms around his neck. They deepened the kiss and stayed like that for few moments. She broke the kiss and says.

Shambhavi: finally i got my Rudra back. I don't want you to think about that man anymore. I can't see you sad and frustrated.

Rudra: i am not sad baby..i m disappointed that i couldn't find out anything about that man who tried to harm my love. I can bear anything but not seperation from you. I will kill the person who tried to take you away from me.

Shambhavi: and what if i die?

He gets very serious and says.

Rudra: i told you not to say anything like this. you are mine only mine. No one can ever come between us. I won't let it happen. No one can separate you from me.

He kissed her again. They came out of the pool and heads towards their bedroom. They lay down on bed she run her hands up his back and into his hair as he hovered above her in their bed Water droplets was dripping from his hair on her. He pressed his lips along her jaw continuing the leisure pace they had set. She hummed happily

Shambhavi: I think I should tease you every day.

Rudra: I would love to be teased by you every day.

She guided his head up and kissed him passionately. Everytime they made love she felt as if he was getting more gentler on her but this time it was different,it was more passionate more intense than ever before. She felt his mouth moving on her throat and shoulders, kissing, biting, sucking at the sensitive skin. He goes as much as deep he could go in one go and she cried out in pleasure. He then began to move slowly and deeply. She exhaled slowly her eyes were closed her mouth was slightly open. His thrusts quickened She cried out again as he penetrated her more deeply. her hands released his neck, sliding down to caress the tight muscles of his shoulders and back. Each time he moved inside her, she felt closer to the brink, her muscles clenched so tightly that she was trembling and few seconds later she met her climax. he held her quietly for a moment, his lips moving over her face and throat while she gasped for breath. When her breathing slowed a little, his mouth found hers and he kissed her passionately as he began to thrust inside her again, gently at first, then harder, faster, deeper, moving at last toward his own release. They were both exhausted, but unwilling to let it end, and she held him in her body as his lips slowly moved against her throat. She turned her face to him, and their lips met in a soft, tender kiss, which was followed by another, and another, and another, as they held each other close. Their hands moved over each others' bodies, soothing, relaxing, communicating their love. He collapsed on her and forgot all his worries in her warmth. Only she could provide him the inner peace he searched for. The pain, agony and all his tiredness vanished as soon as he rests into her arms coz she was the only one who understood his silence. He falls asleep resting his head on her chest. she holds him tightly and caresses his head. She smiles and a tear drops from her eye. She kisses on the top of his head and falls asleep.
