There is no point of aborting here. Because I don't think if truth comes out to Khushi.. She will think about aborting.. It's not baby's mistake... Arnav never think about aborting. If he think like that he will not bring Khushi back in the first place after knowing she is pregnant with someone else's child. They both are strong personalities. And this fiasco will make them more strong... They won't become weak... They become weak only in their emotional attachment . But to the outside world ... They will fight against anything to trust their Love, to become together. But they can't fight with themselves. From now onwards we should think how they will fight their possessiveness to love each other more.
