Hi Jenny, cant remember if I commented last time, due to being mid throws of a family wedding.

If I remember La is still in the throws of grief, and Arnav for his own reasons has left her when she needs him the most. So she must have done something bad for him to leave her. Just a q was the child Arnavs? In the story you said Khushi saw the wedding picture but diverted her attention to La only, the childs photograph mentioned his dimples, no mention of Arnavs looks... Either way he obviously loved the child, but maybe we need to wait and see.

I loved the way the two of them of them are thinking of each other.! Arnav remembers her when he is in the shower 😳 ... sorry had to smile at that one, and couldnt let you get away with it. I take it the steam reminded him of the mists around the lake and then Khushi. And she cant help but think of him. Its good he gave her time. He probably needs it too.

Still feel sorry for La no one should lose a child, the torment she must be going though is unimaginable.. but we need to wait till another chapter arrives

I had to swallow the lump in my throat to keep from shedding tears, as she held him in her arms in that last scene...

the yearning we saw in both of them throughout the chapter...the constant desire to be with each other, yet torn by conflict and guilt...unable to resist texting each other...unable to hold back when he needed to hear her voice..unable to stop herself from dialling his number, sensing that he needed her..

I can just admire the way you flawlessly bring out each emotion...the reader is just lost in the world of Saffron Fields and needs to be reminded that it is not asli duniya..

You said lots of romance coming up...so looking forward to that...and to a moonlit interlude amidst fields of saffrom in bloom..

I love your story more with each chapter...what an exquisite tale..

What an awesome chapter! Arnav's grief for his child was so realistically portrayed... losing one's child is the worst that fate can mete out to anyone - a loss from which one can never really recover...

In that grief, Arnav tries to find solace in Khushi while realizing at the same time the struggle that she is having to go through because of this. And Khushi naturally forgets all her inhibitions when she realizes Arnav's loss and grief. So well written!

I have said this before, but at the risk of repeating myself, very very few FF writers can write emotions the way you do. This story could become such a good movie! I really hope some good film maker finds it and makes it into a movie, of course recognizing you in the process. 😊

Oh. Oh. OH!

Oh, poor Arnav and Lavanya. I was watching August: Osage County earlier in the evening and there was this one scene where Julia Roberts, whose character's father had been found dead, says to her daughter: "You can do whatever you want with your life, but don't ever die before I do."

That is the possibly one of the worst things that can happen to anybody. Death is man's biggest demon, but to have lost a soul so young and so loved, that's just... terrible.

I'm guessing the fall-out of their marriage was majorly because of the loss of their little boy?

And oh, it's just... heart-breaking to see so much grief, and then to see love standing out, in all that darkness, that's heart-warming. This was written beautifully. And at the risk of sounding cliched, I need to say: I loved it.

loved the texts b/w Arnav and Khushi----although in different continents, yet emotionally connected..

glad to see him back in Saffron Fields...beautiful scenery, lovely scents of saffron and a couple so in love...

did'nt realize that Arnav and Lavanya had lost their son-that explains Arnav's behaviour/sleepless nights, Lavanya's lifestyle ...felt sorry for both of them

Another amazingly written chapter. I loved the exchange of messages between Arnav & Kushi. Does Lavanya going to show up at saffron fields to break the 18months of living separately clause for no fault divorce?. Why did Arnav come to SF?. I am already excited for next chapter to witness their romance (hopefully) :).
