Hmm.. was idling thru IF and the name caught my attention... cos I agree I thought Arnav was a jerk to Khushi and as usual the CVs had no redemption for this track either

But Khushi changing herself to be like Sheetal is like acknowledging defeat and acceptin the fact that who she was was not good enough - those are not the actions of a strong woman. That's more like a woman desperate to be whoever she thinks her husband wants her to be to keep him by her side. I can understand doing that if the man changes as well..
