Part 7

We see a small apartment neatly organized everything, we move to the bedroom, we see a figure on the bed panting his eyes are closed, suddenly he wakes up with a jerk.

We can see his face now, its MM, he checks his watch its 5:30 in the morning, he fresh ups and goes for a jog. He relaxes himself at the beach and looks at the sunrise, with a hope of starting a new life but at the same time with a feeling of it may not happen.

In the class

Kripa finds an empty seat next to MM

K: hey I am sorry for that day, I was just hoping you will talk with me if I hurt your ego, like it happens with me

Mm: ..............

K: I just want to…………..

Before kripa can finish what she wants to tell professor enters the classroom

The day passes in the evening he reaches his apartment finishes all his assignments, checks his phone for any new messages

Voice mail: you have no new messages

He switches it off with a disappointment, everyday he listens to the same message hoping one day it will change, he would listen to a voice who asks how is he and why can't he comeback, with a disappointment he goes out.

In kripa's house

Kripa was going through some magazine

Da: kripa why can't you learn Hindi

K: please granny, I am not interested

Da: do you love your parents

K: is it a question to ask, I love them more then anything

Da: then why can't you give them a surprise for their 25^th anniversary

K: what surprise

Da: I won't tell them that you are learning hindi and you can wish them in hindi on their anniversary

K: 4 more months left for their anniversary, I got lots of time

Da: why can't you think about it

K: sure I will think about it, for now I am hungry, can get something to eat

Da: ya sure, wait 10 minutes dinner will be ready

K: you are the best granny

Da: and you are the lovely girl

Next day in the class

K: Hey Mystery Man, How are you?

Mm looks confused

K: giggles , actually no one knows your name so everyone here calls you as mystery man

K: I thought you don't even know how to talk but I think you don't know anything besides books.

Everyday kripa talks to him but there is no response from him, everyone got serious as it is time for midterms, kripa got to know that MM works in library after his class and nothing more, she tried a lot to find where he stays but no use every time she tries he disappears.

After midterms its fall break

Da: kripa did you think about what I said

K: about what granny

Da: about learning hindi

K: granny please

Da: at least for your brother he was so much happy when you called him bhaiya

K: granny you know what, you people are taking advantage of my weakness, I say you it's not fair

Da: everything is fair kripa

K: okay I will learn hindi, only for the sake of prithvi

Kripa cell rings

K: hello

Ka: hey kripa its Kathy

K: hi Kathy

Ka: kripa lets go shopping

K: okay I will meet you at mall

Ka: okay in 30 minutes

K: granny I am going to mall with Kathy

Kripa ran to her room and got ready

Da: take care be back soon

K: by the way granny what you call granny in hindi

Da: dadi

K: bye da..di , I need chocolate cake after dinner

Da: smiles happily, okay

On the way to mall kripa stops at starbucks

She orders a cappuccino while turning back she bumps with a strong body

K: cleaning the dress, sorry, looks up and gets shocked
