PART 27

*knock Knock*

'Riddhima?...' padma called. Armaan and Riddhima got off the bed in a hush. Riddhima whispered

'Armaan please jao, mom ko pata chal jayega... Armaan please please go...' Riddhima kept speaking in a hush.when Armaan suddenly held her shoulders stopping her talk. Riddhima looked straight into Armaan's deep eyes..

'Good Morning...' He said and claimed her lips in a feather light kiss. Riddhima stared at him and smiled late on.. 'I love you...' Saying so, Armaan rushed towards the balcony, climbing down the pipe armaan went to his car. Riddhima watched him go and whispered a soft 'I love you too ' more to herself.

'Riddhima???...' Riddhima heard Padma's voice yet again and opened the door. In a husky and sleeping tone while yawning Riddhima spoke 'Good Morning. Mom...'

'Morning beta...' padma replied

'mom, kya hua aap subah subah ?...' riddhima asked

'Riddhima tumhari aur Anjali ki album kaha hai? Jaldi do...' padma said

'album?...' riddhima asked confused

'ha tumhare papa ko chahiye tha...' padma said. Riddhima quicky rushed and gave her the album. 'thanks beta, now come down quick..' Riddhima nodded her head and grinned

Riddhima breath a sign of relief. She smiled at herself and at her stupid nightmare . Armaan had come for her all the way at midnight. Just for her. She loved him for that. Whenever she remembered about her behaviour of last night. Having Armaan beside her made her happy. His mere presence did wonders.He was there consolidation her comforting her. Riddhima had a beautiful smile playing around her lips when she though about it now.

but the nightmare she had was beyond her imagination. She couldn't imagine her life without Armaan. Her dream scared her even now. Riddhima was scared at the thought of loosing Armaan. She told herself that it was merely a dream. And that would never be a reality.

Still, she couldn't stop worrying about it . Armaan was her breath her life and now all she knew was without Armaan her life couldn't possibly be normal. She glanced at the clock, watching the time she rushed to get ready.

SANJEEVANI HOSPITAL

'Good Morning Doctors...' dr. kirti said

'Morning Mam...' all replied

'Dr. Armaan and Dr.Rahul Pathlab...' dr. kirthi said to armaan n rahul

'yes mam/ yo Doc..' both replied

' Dr Riddhima and Dr. Muskaan cancer ward...' dr. kirthi said

'yes mam...' riddhima n muskaan replied together

'Dr. Atul and Dr.Anjali General ward...' dr.kirthi said to them

'yes mam...' both said

'Dr. Abhimanyu and Dr. Nikita children's ward...' dr. kirthi said

'yes mam...' both replied

Atul and Anjali were in general ward. Checkin the patients. Anjali looked at Atul several times while Atul had busied himself with work.. Atul purposefully didn't dare to look at anjali.She noticed him for the first time he looked so good and kinder. He was such a kid at times. Anjali had a smile on her face watching him. Walking to wards him she spoke.

'Atul?...' anjili called.. 'ha Anjali bolo...' he said Checkin the patient.

'Atul are you ok?...' anjili asked

'ha mujhe kya hosakta hai?...' atul said 'Atul what's wrong ? Why are you not be having like the way you did before..?...' Anjali seemed restless.

'Anjali baat karne ko bacha hi kya hai?...' Atul snapped back... 'remember Atul we were all the best of friends...' she said recalling the old memories.

'Ha, yaad hai mujhe...' atul said...Anjali seemed at loss of words... she heard him talk that rudely for the first time.

'Atul please. Tell me where did i go wrong?...' anjili asked

'nahi anjali tumne kutch galat nahi kiya hai...' Atul whispered slowly. Atul seemee emotional at the moment but he tried to be strong. He wanted her to lead a happy life if that's what she wanted.

'Fir... why are you avoiding me huh?...' anjili asked again

'Avoid? Maine tumhe avoid kiya tha ya Tumne ?? Bolo Anjali ??...' atul said

'Atul please ...' Anjali knew what he said was true in every sense. 'By the way congratulations. Tumhari shaadi jo fix hogayi hai... kya naam hai uska.. Vikas.. yeah... All the best for your Future. Bye... I have lots of work Anjali...' anjili looked at Atul walking away and cried. She for the first time realised how it felt to be avoided. She was very much guilty at the time. But the damage had been done...

DR.SHASHANK'S CABIN

*knock Knock*

'come inn...' dr.shashank said Armaan entered the room with a letter in his hand. 'Armaan aap?...' shashank asked

'Umm.. sir I need your permission and leave...' armaan said

'kis chiz ke liye?...' shashank asked 'Sir..I need to go to Delhi...' armaan said

'Delhi?..' shashank asked 'Sir.. my new album is realising in 2 weeks and there is a problem in the paper work... so there is no other option. .. I have to go...' armaan replied

'kitne dinonki chutti chahiye?...' shanshank asked

'Umm..one week...' armaan said 'okhay, Sanjeevani main waise bhi kum kaam hai... you can take the leave...I want your leave letter in A written format...' shashank said

'sir.. here it is..' Armaan said forwarding the letter.. 'okhay then I ll grant you leave..' shashank said

'thank you sir...' Smilingly Armaan was about to leave when Shashank spoke up... 'Dr. Armaan...' Armaan turned around to look at him 'Well... All the best for your Album...' Armaan smilee his Million Dollar smile.

'thank you sir..' saying so Armaan walked towards the Fire Exit.

Armaan walked to and fro... Confused. ... Sitting on the last step Armaan was wondering how to tell Riddhima about this. ...It was just last night when Riddhima had a nightmare. She was scared to leave him. He clearly remembered how she held him tight when she slept. How could he tell her now ??

Armaan wondered how would Riddhima react.He was sure she would most probably start crying. Frustrated Armaan stamped his foot on the step.

'I have to tell this to Riddhima...' He spoke to himself... 'what do you want to tell me Armaan?...' riddhima asked

Armaan was shocked to hear Riddhima speak behind him. Standing up he looked at her...Riddhima walked down the stairs and stood beside Armaan.

Riddhima hugged Armaan. Burrowing her head in his chest. Armaan held her tight too.. but this time his mind was working. How could he tell her .? He doesn't want her to cry.. nor does he want her to look sad..
