Thank you so much for the surprise update on my Birthday. My dear, you left me speechless. I am touched, floored and overwhelmed with your gesture. This got me all emotional, not just because you gave me a surprise treat but more for the fact that you stretched yourself to give this treat, as the update was very moving. That too, just three days after a shocking update. I know writing such updates is not easy.

You my friend are immensely talented and thank you for giving us this amazing and awesome story. I thank the moment I clicked on "Hopes and Ambitions" thread back in January and found this story as well as met a simple, humble and thoughtful person like you.

This truly means a lot to me. Thanks again for making my BIRTHDAY VERY SPECIAL.

That was sheer brilliance, what a power packed update it was. For me this will be one of the best chapters. This update had all the key characters in it and every character was so vulnerable including Arnav and Aman. The emotions were running so high, that it left me all drained.

Arnav and Aman are two lost souls who sail in the same boat. They help each other maintain their sanity. They know every detail of each other's past hence no pretenses, guards or walls. They are themselves with each other. When it comes to their past, they both want to keep it as far away as possible and they help each other do that. Yet, they both want the other to heal and move on. Even without saying or expressing, they are each other's support system and strength. If Aman was in Arnav's place, Arnav would have done the exact same thing Aman did, push himself in front of that bullet. Their bond and camaraderie is instinctive.

After last update I was restless thinking about Khushi and her state of mind. All I kept thinking was that she will be shattered to see Arnav lying on a hospital bed and here she froze. I shuddered reading that scene and how much she restrained her feelings, when all she wanted to do was shower those on the man she loves, how she weighed every step she took, when all she wanted to do was take the man that has become her life, in her arms and relieve him of the every pain, physical and emotional. This girl just awe-inspires me with her persistence and resilience.

Khushi realized the intensity and depth of her love for Arnav. So much so that earlier her every action was to make this man fall in love and get closer to him. Now her every action or word spoken is not to push him away. Those tears that she shed are nothing but her love for this man. Khushi has finally reached the phase of love where she has crossed the boundaries she set for herself, broke the limits around her, pushed away her pride, happiness, pain and hopes. For all those are associated with Arnav and defined by her love for him.

My favorite scene was when their eyes collide and they communicate in the language that never existed between them. Arnav is not at a stage where he can give words to what he feels for Khushi. So physically intimacy and painting her are his way of expressing. That kiss was him telling her how much she means to him. She is his solace and salvation.

A standing ovation and bow to Payal. I always had faith in her and knew that she is an underdog here. Arnav and his career was one of the reasons why she tolerated Akash but with his heinous act of trying to get Arnav assassinated, he severed that reason and dung his own grave. He underestimated Payal and tolerance. Payal is a true example of women who are an ocean of patience but can create a tsunami when pushed up the wall.

I love how well you portraying strong women without going all feminist.
