I just completed reading your ff and it has literally left me speechless. Wow I am so overwhelmed that I am at a loss to seriously comment on the story itself. As usual your stories are essentially about love but with all its complexities, and grounded in reality. I do appreciate fluff and romance, but i like to read and think about stories of your kind too. Since the start of the ff I was not a real fan of this Arnav there is not much about this character that attracts me. I don't understand why Khushi fell for him so badly. Love is truly blind.. I do agree that it was better to cancel the wedding than to go ahead with it when he is so reluctant to commit. Back to his character, the behaviour of his drunken friends, the lecture from his nani and angali should not have affected his fundamental attitude towards matrimony one way or the other. He is such a weak character in the matters of the heart. I am so sad to know that you know someone like him. Honestly I felt no connection or sympathy for this character...however Khushi is another story. She is so vulnerable, pushed and shoved in so many directions by so many people. I am so sympathetic towards her, is she ever going to get unconditional love where someone is going to put her before himself and his beliefs?
On the one hand I do want the story to end here with some hint that Khushi has moved on and is happy, and I do not care what happens to Arnav, and on the other I cannot wait to read The Second Book of this ff.
Finally thank you for not letting such an interesting ff and us in a limbo. I hope everything is fine in the home front.
Waiting patiently for the saga to continue.
