Very nice update. I liked the warm camaraderie that is evident in all of the Gupta family conversations. And poor Aman, I already know he is going to be heart-broken..

I am waiting to see if Arnav remembers Khushi by any chance...

Loved the update Jen, you are nice laying the foundation of the story... Waiting for the real story to begin though 😉 I felt a little bad for Aman, but I am sure he too will find someone to love & be loved later... He deserves a lot more than a compromise for sure...

Btw, should it be Cleveland where the restaurant is situated & not Cincinnati??

Oops, had Cincinnati on my mind for some reason :) Thanks for pointing that out, I'll correct it. And that restaurant is nowhere in Ohio, it's a real restaurant in Manhattan.. :)

This is too good Jen. I'm already excited with the prologue and your new style. Idk, its like reading a new version of Jen.

Loving both the characterisations. Cant wait for them to meet. Saffron fields here I come.

I am liking this Aman alot , but i am also glad that Khushi gave him an indication of her feelings as clearly as she could in such a situation. I had thought that she would say yes to him , commit her self and then leave so i am glad that did not happen.

Aman's hopes are going to be dashed and i feel sorry for him but then jahan Arnav hai there is nothing much left said but to follow your heart !

Khushi and her parents were a riot on the way back , reminded me of "shaadi ke side effects" ! 😆

And once again we get a glimpse of "the man" at the airport ... chalo i am all set for my flight to Kashmir !!!😳

Although the entire focus was on Khushi's journey to Kashmir, I am mostly glad that she did not get engaged to Aman. She has wisely decided to talk to him after her return, and hopefully her opinion with a love-less marriage will have changed.

There wasn't a lot about Arnav in this chapter, but he has made an entry towards the end. And with a bang! He captured Khushi's attention from the first "meet", and now they will be sitting next to each other. I see that Arnav is a little hostile, will that change Khushi's opinion of him?

Thanks for clearing my doubt Jen about the restaurant...Hehehe I would have been shocked if you had told me there was indeed such a restaurant in Cleveland. 😆 No offense to Clevelanders but it IS the most boring of all the mid-west cities I have visited... The only exciting place used to be the Flats in the downtown area, not sure if they even exist anymore...
