Part 3

Sharon and Kria were returning back from Aditiya Khurana office. They were sitting silently in the car. The girls who were happy, chirpy and teasing each other in the morning were not even speaking a word. They were tensed, scared and confused at the same moment and trying to absorb the shock they got in the meeting. Silence was killing both of them but words were not coming out of their mouth. When silence became intolerable for Sharon she spoke

"Kria"

"Hmmm" Kria replied

"I think we are thinking too much. It can be a coincidence." Sharon still was unsure what she was saying

"Are you kidding me Shar. Don't you find something fishy? All of us are casted together for 1 album" Kria said unbelievingly.

"Kria what's wrong with you. Think logically kria they best and have to be selected in any audition. Kria 6 years have passed if someone had to do anything then the person wouldn't have waited for 6 yrs. Try to understand yaar. Sharon tried to make kria understand.

"Sharon but still..." Kria tried to interrupt.

"Kria please stop thinking too much. Comeon they are our friends and remember once we use to be famous gang in our school so I think we should forget bad memories and think about good memories we spend together. We last met them at our 12^th farewe..." Then she trialed off as memories of that day was again haunting her. Kria sensed the tension and decided to lighten the mood

"Sharon I think you are right we should forget the bad memories and just remember the happy one and its ok we will become famous gang again" and pulled the fake smile as big as she could. After sometime Sharon and kria reached in front of sharon's house. Sharon was about to leave kria called her

"Sharon"

"Yep kria"

"Don't tell aunty anything about it. You know how she is? She will get tensed and worried for no reason."

"I know kria. I won't say anything to ma else she will be very worried" Sharon gave her reassuring smile and left.

While walking home Sharon was thinking "I am trying to convince you Kria don't know but I am feeling it's not a coincidence but something bad is going to happen. I hope it's not her..."

Kria who was sitting for few moments there and was thinking "I want to believe you Sharon but I don't know my heart says it's not mere coincidence. It is something big what if he has returned..."
Rey was speaking with someone on phone

"Is everything set as I asked you to do? If you do my work perfectly then I will give you that much money that you won't have to work for the lifetime but if anything goes wrong then no one will be able to save you and you will regret spoiling my plan for the whole life."

He kept the phone and empty a glass of beer in one go with a winning smile. He aimed a dart towards the Krisha's picture placed on the wall. The dart landed exactly at the center of Sharon and Kria's face. Rey laughed maniacally

"Enjoy your friendship and happiness for few more days. You are unaware of storm that is coming your way and it's just the beginning. You both will not know how slowly and steadily I will separate you and make you cry in pain." His laughter grew louder with this.

It's late in night and Swayam was sitting in his balcony after coming home doing the expense report till date Aditiya gave him to complete. It was a very long and tiring day for him. He took a long sigh as he recapitulates the events of whole day. In the morning Choreographer ditched them he had to run immediately to ask Nicky to join the team, then he caught up in an unnecessary argument with Rey and Sharon. Aditiya too had taken out all the frustration on him after the meeting and even loaded him with too much and unrequited work to show his supremacy. This expense report is one of them as he had already submitted it before meeting which was rejected with excuse it is not detailed. So now he is doing all the detailing of expenses and was sure this report will also get rejected as Adi always wanted summarized reports and doesn't like this much detailing. He knew now coming days are not going to be easy for him as all of them will be after him.

He was now re-thinking about Aditiya's words "Swayam what had happened to you today. How could you even talk to them like this? Have you start thinking that you own the place and what was with that attitude of yours. Swayam don't forget you are just an assistant here and Rey Singhania is my Main lead. Any day I can throw you out of the job to keep my leads happy even-though I don't want to that so don't force me to that extent and be careful next time before messing with big shots like them. Understand" He had realized today that he doesn't have any right to get angry even if it's not his mistake as he can't risk his job and one good thing is that he was working with Sharon now which he was wishing for long time. He got a smile on his face thinking about Sharon. "He will make everything right tomorrow as it will be a new beginning"

Next morning

Sharon reached Aditiya's office early morning as she couldn't sleep whole night thinking about previous day's events and was eager to find out how all of them were in same album. She saw Swayam working there and went near him

"Hey assistant what are you doing here?" Swayam jerked out on hearing her voice and replied in very sweet voice

"Good morning Mam. I was making some reports but how come you are in this office so early"

"It's none of your concern okay. Where is Aditiya?" Sharon asked arrogantly.

"Sorry Mam but Sir won't be here before 10 am." Swayam ignored the arrogance and replied politely

"What? I had some urgent work with him" Sharon said.

"Mam If you have any query you can ask me and I might help you." Sharon was really angry. Initially she thought to tell him that it's none of your business but later felt he is also working with Adi so might know everything so thought to ask him.

"Hmmm. I want to know how and why we all were selected for this album" Swayam was little surprised at her question

"Mam what kind of question is this? I mean you are best dancers of country who else will we select for our album" Sharon was little happy on hearing the compliment but that was not her question. She can't ask directly about all her friend's as she doesn't want him to doubt her

"I know we are best and there is no doubt but I wanted to ask you who selected us and what was the selection criterion. I mean normally auditions are done?"

"But why do you want to know about it Mam? Is everything alright" Swayam was still confused.

"It's none of your business ok. Just answer my question ok" Sharon asked getting angrier.

"Mam Rey Sir, Kria mam and you were the obvious choice for our client who wants to make this album so there was no question of any auditions for you but we held auditions to select rest of dancers all over the India. We had sent those audition CD's to our client and he selected other 6 out of CD's we sent him. " Swayam replied.

Sharon was thinking "Why that client select these 6 only out of all the CD's I still can't believe it might just be coincidence. Who is he?" Swayam sensed something wrong as Sharon was looking upset.

Mam is everything alright or something is bothering you" he asked concerned.

"No nothing is there. I was just..." Sharon stammered at being caught but composed her very next moment "why what's your problem. Ok Ok What's the name of the client"

"Mam I have no idea about the name as these details only Sir has but I will find this out for you if you need Mam" Swayam replied

"What is this Mam Mam? Do I look like a boring corporate woman to you? Call me Sharon you understand. If you call me Mam once more I will cut your tongue" Sharon yelled at swayam irritated as she was already tensed this guy in front is not of any help and top of that he was irritating her witt this Mam shit.

"Sorry Mam I mean... Sharon ji." Swayam answered to her little scared.

"Sharon means Sharon not Sharon ji." Sharon said pointing finger and moved two steps forward glaring him.

"Ok Sharon ji sorry sorry Shar...on Sharon" Swayam replied in most innocent tone moving little back. Sharon was amazed by his antics and smile crept on her face unknowingly.

"What is happening here?" asked Kria entering the room which shocked Sharon.

"Good morning Mam." Swayam greeted Kria.

"Good morning Swayam. This is your name right. Same rule applies to me also. Just call me Kria"

"Ya sure mam. I mean Kria" Kria then turned to Sharon and asked

"Shar you didn't replied me what are you doing here this morning."

"Kria Sharon wanted to know..."

"Actually kria" Sharon cut swayam off "I was just here to know our rehearsal routines.. How you came here?" Sharon tried to cover up. Swayam was more confused as Sharon didn't let him speak but he didn't think into it.

"Oh Ok me too and I also need some props."

"The entire prop's are in prop room. I will go and bring them"

"Ok I will also come with you else you won't understand what I need? Oh by the way Sharon you have to go to Nancy house now and get your costume else you won't get it for 2 days as she will leave for Pune in an hour."

"Oh ok I will go and see you guys soon" Sharon ran to get her dress.

"Let's go Swayam" said kria and both of them headed towards prop room. Suddenly Swayam's phone rang and Aditiya asked him to go do some work immediately.

"Swayam. Its ok you can go and finish your job meanwhile I will get the props myself. I hope you will trust me with the keys"

"Kria what are you talking about. I definitely trust you" Swayam gave the keys to Kria directed her to prop room and left the office to do work.

It was on the other side of building and way to the store room was little dark and secluded as employees rarely go there. Kria was going alone but in a way she felt someone was following her. She turned around to see who is it but no one was there. Initially she felt it was just her imagination but then she heard footsteps. She turned back and asked the person who is there but no one replied. She get scared and moved hastily so that she can take her props and leave the place immediately. She reached the prop room. She entered inside the room and was trying to find switchboard with the help of mobile light that she saw one figure near her. She got scared and was about to shout in fear someone closed her mouth forbidding her to scream and pushed her towards the wall. She was terrified closed her eyes in fear thinking about the outcome.
