What makes the Dark Prince special is his vulnerability, his sensitivity towards her feelings. In his mind its all clear - she is his soul mate and he wants the whole world to know it. A childhood promise when none of the parties have been in touch with each other becomes meaningless in front of this pyaar. Now the ball's in her court.

Dark Prince just wasted a golden opportunity as Kushi has accepted being his wife whole heatedly! What did he do? Hiding behind the alcohol so as not to confront her.
