Stuck for hours, she looked through the window panes and assumed that in an hour or two the first floor of the building might already be dug under the snow... While the other people were left completely worried of the stormy weather, the girl in casual blue jeans, pullover and long boots, had no signs of worry.. With her long black silky hairs her big shining eyes and fair skin she could be called Snow White.. A smile curved on her lips as she thought "after all there's no better place than a library for a literature student to die". And she opened her diary.. A pen in her right hand while she let her left elbow resting on the table..

It happened a decade ago... 2004, January... the 11^th..

There was this huge success party in Gupta mansion... The venture between the two most powerful businessmen of London.. The Raizada and The Gupta extended their hands towards each other for a compromise.. Two enemies had put aside their differences and they decided to help each other.. As without each other, both powerful businessmen might have lost their empires... And further down the corridors of the mansion, there was this girl in her room.. Lonely and silent... the daughter of Mr Sashi Gupta.. Miss Khushi Kumari Gupta, the only heiress of Gupta empire.. Beautiful like her mother was... Sitting in front of the mirror, the maids brushed her hairs as she observed her pale face.. Her mother died only few weeks before and today the words of her father pierced her heart.. " Forget the dead ones"... Mr. Gupta was a severe, strict father but never so rock hearted.. He changed... Death of his wife changed him for the worst.. And as usual Khushi would have to suppress her sorrows and joined into the merry of her businessman father who shows to the world that he is a strong heartless man but in reality he was broken... The maid adjusted the diamond crown on Khushi's head.. She tried to smile at her reflection but in vain.. A royal theme and the heiress was expected to be the princess of the night... Her gaze went searching a glimpse of her mother.. She grabbed the picture from the dressing table and a light smile appeared on her face as she remembered the laughter of her mother.. Taking a breath, she placed back the picture on the dressing table when in no time a violent breeze caused it to fly away through the open window.. Khushi jerked up and fear took over her.. This was the last picture clicked of her mother.. A few days before the accident.. The last time she heard the laughter of her mother.. the most radiant laughter... "the last one" , she thought... Khushi ran out of the room hurriedly and headed to the illuminated lawn... Ignoring any salutations, Khushi searched nervously for the picture.. Worry lines on her forehead.. Her tears threatened to fall.. Pairs of eyes staring at her beauty.. But she herself had no idea how beautiful she was.. till suddenly.. She felt a tap on her shoulders.. Slowly she turned.. Their eyes met.. His intense gaze drowned into the pure beauty of her innocence.. And she felt strangely different..
