Chapter 5

Our vacation was over ... I was very excited to see Arnav after 10 days gap !!! I felt that these 10 days were 10 centuries !!! I really missed him ... I am gonna see him again !!!

In school

As soon as I entered the class I saw Arnav ... I was happy to see him ... I went and sat in my lace ... The bell rang ... Our teacher came inside the class, we greeted her ... Our places would be changed for every 3 months ... And today she is gonna change our places ... I don't want to sit beside anyone else except Anusha ... Not even Arnav ... I really don't want to sit with anyone else ...

Our places were changed ... I had to sit beside Arnav !!! Well I was really upset ... I didn't want to sit beside him ...

We both didn't speak to each other ... Till English period ... We had to read a play ... I was the female protagonist and he was the male protagonist ... Our part was done and we had to go back to our place ...

Arnav : Khushi ... That is my book ...

Khushi : huh ??? It is mine Arnav !!!!

Arnav : Mine ...

Khushi : Are you mad ???

Arnav : Nope ... But you are !!!!

Khushi : What ???

Arnav : Stop arguing and check the front page Khushi ...

He said calmly ... I was really angry ... I just flipped the pages and was shocked to see his name ...

I didn't say anything but just handed over his book ...

I sat in my place ... It was so embarrassing. !!!! I just wanted to do something and forget what has just happened a few minutes ago ... I took out my sketch book and started to draw few designs ...

I didn't know when he peeped in my book ...

Arnav : You like designing !?!!!???

Khushi : yes ...

Arnav : Even my sister does ...

Khushi : Oh ...

Arnav : You know what ??? My sister want to take up event managing when she is very much interested in designing !!!

Khushi : Why ??? She has to choose that career option in which she is interested in ...

Arnav : I know !! She says that designing is just her hobby and event managing is her passion !!!!

Khushi : Oh ...

Arnav : What about you ???

Khushi : Not yet decided ... What about you ???

Arnav : Not yet decided !!!

We both passed out smiles for each other ...

Arnav : Hey !!! Even you have a sister right ??? What is her life ambition ???

Khushi : Well ... She is interested in Banking ...

Arnav : Oh ...

Ramya was been seated in front if me ... So we both were also talking ... Aman Was sitting beside her ... He just loves her ... He always tries to impress her ...

Aman : Hey Ramya ... You know what ??? I want to be a scientist ...

Ramya : God I just hate science ... How can some one be interested in science ???

Aman : Oh ...

He made a sad face ...

I and Arnav exchanged glances seeing them ...

I was talking to Ramya continuously ... I felt Arnav staring me ... But I didn't react I continued to talk ... Suddenly I turned my face and made a questioning face ...

He just nodded his head and turned to the other side ...

Few days passed ... Arnav and me used to talk a lot along with Ramya and Aman ...

I also found out that he is totally opposite from me !!!!

He doesn't believe in god ... I believe...

He doesn't like sweets ... I love them ...

He loves sports ... I hate them ...

He hates movies ... I love them ...

There are only two things which are common in us !!!!!

1. We love our sisters more than ourselves

2. We talk a lot ...

In school

We got our results of a class test which we wrote last week ...

Arnav : How much did you get ???

Khushi : 46 out of 50 ...

Arnav : What ???

Khushi : What ? You got less than me ???

Arnav : Well yes ... 5 marks less than you ...

Khushi : So you got 41 ...

Arnav : Ya ... Wait are you trying to impress teachers with your flying colours ???

Khushi : No ...

Arnav : Then how are you managing to get good marks then me ???

Khushi : It is called TALENT ...

Arnav : Wow ...

I just smiled ... He smiled back ... Oh I love his smile ... I always want him to smile like this ...

I always want to be the reason of his happiness ... I don't know why but ... I'm getting really attached to him ... Whenever he looks at me I feel like losing my self in his eyes ... Whenever he teases me I feel I am honoured ... whenever he shares his family matters I feel as if I am already a part of his family ... whenever he touches me , of course accidentally I feel a thud in my heart ... whenever he praises me , I feel I'm the most luckiest girl in this world ...I didn't realise that I was staring at him ... He turned towards me and raised his eyebrow ... I didn't respond I was staring at him ...

Arnav : What ???
