Maanvi's morning was quiet different today... it was always ws fluffy who woke her up, but today there ws no him. She started missing him ...she felt a very important person missing from her life..!! She brushed her thoughts away... she ws excited for this day...She took a shower, got her self dressed in her lucky top and light blue jeans!! She stepped down, grabbed an apple from dining table and immediately rushed out of villa and Nihaal and aisha wer again surprised at the behavior of Maanvi...afterall everyone in singhania mansion thinks maanvi is MAD...!!maanvi steps outside and spots lia on her way to college..

M : hey Lia ...

L : di ..kaisey ho ...almost 5 days aapko dekha nahi ..!! (keening her eyes)

M : acha sorry na! I was out on a trip...that's why ...

L : ohh...so wassup ?

M : bas college jaa rahi thi ..aaj auditions hai mere..

L : ohh finally ..!! (smile) all the best !dhansu performance dena ok...

M : thanks Lia .. (side hugs her..) ooops..srry Lia nahi ..tu toh meri Boyfriend hai na..!!

Maanvi reached the college and it seemed tht the classes passed out very soon..maanvi and virat didn't speak much from the start of the day as they didn't get a proper chance but they definitely kept on glancing at each other...!! And finally it ws the time to go to rehearsal hall ...

Ch : nervous ??

M : bikul nai ..dance ke liye ...im neva nervous..!!

E : aaaeee yeh toh bikul virat ka line hai ..!

M : accha ?? (blushes)

Aj : haa ..woh hamesha yahi kehta hai ..!!

Maanvi changes into her dance costume which was a simple black sleeveless top , a knee-length black legin and a white mini skirt over it, her hair tied up high in a pony! She stood in washroom after taking the inhaler, she just prayed tht everything should go very well. She stood at the balcony for a while as it ws 20 mins to the auditions ...and it starts drizzling a bit...She smiles seeing the weather. She loves it when it drizzles! She spread her hand and tried to catch the drops on her palm...

Virat's Pov ..
agar maanvi ne inhaler nahi lia ..toh ussey wheezing ho jayegi ..!! I hope usne inhaler lia hoga..!! mai dekh ke aata hu ...warna woh la parwah insaan kabhi nahi sudharegi ..!!
V : guyz I will just be back ok??

Jt : hmm ..par jaldi aana!! We need you captain...(smile) he smiles to jeet goes in search of maanvi ...

Maanvi ws leaning to the corridor and lia calls her up ..

L : hua audition??? Kaisa tha?? Accha tha na?? kuch galat toh nahi kia aapne ??

M : Patience darling !! nahi hua audition, abhi bas jaane hi waali hu ..!!

L : ohh ..thik hai update kartey rehna kya hua ..!

L : thank god aapne lia bulaya..!!

M : haa jo bhi hai !! ..at last you're my boyfriend oly na..!! (giggling)ok chalo bye ..auditions dene jaana hai ..love you...

L : byeee !! Hate you (irritated) and love you at the same time...(smiling)
and the last words of maanvi echoed in someone's ears..!! "you're my boyfriend oly na..!!" and it ws none other than virat..!! and he felt a strong pinch in his heart...he ws gonna lev from there but at the same time maanvi noticed him

M : virat tum yaha ... and she reacted awkwardly seeing him...and this made virat's gut feeling more strong tht she has a boyfriend ..!! maanvi ws shocked to see him suddenly over there...!!

V : woh...mai..woh...just puchne aya tha ..inhaler aur tablets liye na ??

M : hmm ...

V : hmm ..
and he walks away from there with a heavy heart ..!! and his mind ws thinking 10000 stories ...!!

Virat Pov
wth..!! aisey kaisey ho sakta hai ?? phir woh aisey kyu act karti hai jaisey woh mujse... ...maanvi aisa nahi kar sakti ..!! maanvi can't do this...phir maanvi ne mere saath ...uhhh maanvi aisa nai kar sakti. Maanvi woh sab kya tha ...jo hamare bich tha?? Was tht only a joke u played wid me..?? how can you ...par maanvi aisa nahi kar sakti
Something flashes his mind...all the times maanvi used to be chating on her tab etc etc...while they were on trip... and it adds more fire ..!!
maanvi ne sach mai aisa kia hai mere saath...!! Maanvi hw cud u do this to me ?? hw cud you..?? tumne aise kaise kar dia ??? ..uhhh (tears ..)

He reaches the rehearsal hall and he sits between all of them ...no one notices the tears in his eyes; all were busy in their own chats... and he decides

Virat Pov
... nahi mai affect nhi ho raha hu ..i dnt care ...she doesn't exist in my life...I hate her...yes u hate her virat ..she is just another mean girl like payal...!!
The tears in his eyes; of sorrow; nw turned into hatred. Maanvi enters the hall with the other girl who had to give auditions ...

Maanvi ws nervous as she saw virat sitting there... she looked down and stood before everyone in the rehearsal hall with the other girl... maanvi saw virat... the way virat ws seeing maanvi ws quiet different for maanvi ..it ws full of hatred!! She thought ..it's just her imagination ! she went aside and stood for her turn .. the other girl first gave her performance...and team members wer definitely impressed by that girl...virat didn't even bother to look at the girls performance he ws in his own thoughts... all clapped thts whn he came out of his trance ...the girl just finished her auditions...and

E : good job karishma ...maanvi your turn ..!!

M : uhh ..haa ...(nervous)

she glanced at virat and smiled a bit and she took her position ...but virat ws already drowned in anger...he didn't knw he ws angry at maanvi or on himself..?!?!? he ws just seeing maanvi with anger filled in him and this gaze made maanvi more conscious. He took hold of the bean bag he ws sitting on, looking here and there ...he wasn't seeing maanvi

R : ok ...maanvi im playing the music...!

M : hmmm ...
and maanvi's performance started ...the instrumental mix music of bollywood and Indian classical ..and with her first move everyone present over there were like "hawww" after all she ws very graceful dancer ..she knew the in and out of it...! Her performance ws going on and no-one dared to blink their eyes...!! And virat ws sitting with a question mark on his face thinking " kya maanvi aisa kar sakti hai ??" anger ws engulfing him in it's deep sea..!! he had slight tears in his eyes... his eyes wer red ..!! but no one noticed it as it ws quiet dark environment made for the dance sequence... Maanvi's performance came to an end ... her bollywood +classical dance...and the lights wer on ...She stood there breathing a bit heavy due to dance and all wer looking at her in a shock ..and after secs they reacted sayin... " u wer awesome...!! It ws just ...amazing..." all were very sure tht the dancer selected should be maanvi at any cost ...and tht's why then and there they announced tht the 8 dancer ws maanvi ..!! the other girl out of disappointment left from there... virat ws noticing everything around him ...he wanted to shout at maanvi, the very moment but virat controlled himself and stood up ...maanvi ws smiling listening all their opinions about her dance ...she saw virat standing up ..she expected him to compliment on her dance...but virat announced out of anger...
" tht's all fine ...but if she wants to prove tht she is the one to be selected by our team ..then not oly Indian classical is to be done ..but all the styles ..!! isne apne style mai auditions toh diye ..par ab issey hamare gaane par haamare styles karke dikhaane hongey ..!! tht's when she will get selected...anjali go keep changing the songs and she has to do different styles ...our styles..!! and yeah... jab tak songs change hotey rahenge ..u have to keep dancing...get it maanvi ??.!!" he said with a bit of harsh voice and gritted teeths ...

All agreed to virat as he ws right ...but no one noticed the anger filled in his voice it ws oly maanvi ...she felt this very awkward...but then she thought she is just over thinking...she agreed to it ...but her second thought ws wht if wheezing took over her while dancing as she cannot bear much stress...she ignored all the thoughts and prepared herself for it ...
virat ws sitting at the bean bag. He knew maanvi wud get wheezing if she stresses herself much, but ..anger in him didn't let him think of anything else..! anger blind-folded him...He was too angry on maanvi ...maybe he was more jealous that she was with someone else

Aj : ok chal ...ready maanvi ..??? im starting the songs ..all the best !

Maanvi here ws tensed but then she left everything at god's grace and prepared herself...she saw virat and passed a smile...but virat chose to ignore it ..and the lights wer dimmed and anjali started the song... maanvi heard the song...she looked at anjali ..who passed cheeky smile...and maanvi contd ! all maanvi cud think was virat ...listening the song!

This song faded ...song kept on changing and maanvi kept on dancing...she ws enjoying it...and even the others , they wer nt getting bored with her dance..!! virat ws just aimlessly sitting on the bean bag and he cudn't believe maanvi had done this with him! Anjali ws finally tired of changing songs...

Aj : bas yaar ...aur nahi hota ..hum sabko pata chal gaya ki tu saare styles manage kar sakti ho ..!! so ur selected...gaane change kar karke thak gayi mai toh..! (irritated..)

E :par hum aur dekhna chahtey hai ..!!! (pouting as her dance ws amazing)

virat hearing his name stood up. The anger in him had cooled down and his eyes wer moist slightly...and maanvi here looked down ..and ws xpecting some comment over her dance ...she looked at him with hope in her eyes ...

he walked out from the rehearsal hall ..!! it ws raining heavily outside , chilled breezes wer running through the corridors of college... virat went and took a seat in the canteen. E : waah dance maanvi karey aur bhook inhe lagey ..kuch ajeeb funda nai hai ?? (all boys ignore esha's line and they walk out of rehearsal hall...)and here girls surround maanvi and

and this word reminds maanvi of something and she passes a big smile ...

E : waisey tum bahut hi hot lag rahi thi dance kartey waqt ...trust me ...that Kamli song...Ufff ..mai agar ladka hoti na ...tumhare saath aaj kya ho jata ...u can't imagine... (laughing aloud as soon as she finishes her line...) ekdum girly wala crushhh aa gaya hai tere pe...!!

M : shut up esha...!! Koi hot nai lag rahi thi .. (blushing..)

Aj : arey nahi maanvi lag rahi thi ..!! vira.. (and she stops herself from spilling the beans)

M : nahi ...

Ch : haa maanvi .. (smiling)

M : shut up ..aisa kuch nai hai
she runs out of hall blushing ...she reaches to the washroom takes the inhaler first, then changes her clothes ...and walks down towards the canteen as everyone wer going there...she finds anjali going to canteen and she joins her...

M : baki sab kaha hai anji ??

Aj : woh log change karne gaye hai
...they wer talking about random things

Here in canteen (virat and jeet)
Jt : are u madd ??

V : sach hai jeet...! (tears)

Jt : koi misunderstanding hui hai ..!!aisa nai ho sakta..!!

V : maine khud suna hai apne kaano se..!!

V : (hitting the table slightly) nai jeet uska boyfriend hai!!(tears) maine ussey paane se pehle hi kho dia..maine khud suna hai usse baat karte waqt...

Jt : maanvi aisa kar sakti hai socha nai tha (frowns)virat tujhe ek baar check karna chahiye ..!

V : jeet tujhse jitna kaha jaaye utna kar bas ...!! (closing his eyes)

Jt : mujhe ab bhi believe nai ho raha..virat ...don't do this!! shayad tu galat hai ...

Maanvi anjali reach canteen and see jeet and virat sitting on a table... virat's back ws facing maanvi and jeet's face ws visible to them ...they walk towards the table ...

Jt : arrey ab toh bta hi de..kissey pyaar karta hai???...apne best friend se chupayega kya ??(clenching his phone tightly under the table)
Hearing these lines maanvi quickly caught anjali and stopped her ...she was eagerly waiting to hear wat virat will reply...with a bright smile on her face. Anjali observed the lit up face of maanvi and she ws 100% sure tht maanvi also had feelings for virat. She stood with maanvi over there ..
Jt : bta bhi de itna kya bhaav khaa raha hai ?? (looking down)

V : aur kissey? wohi jiske piche pura college pagal ho chukka hai (maanvi blushes looking down)

Jt : uska naam bhi toh hoga na .. (looking at the table)

Aj : (thinks) cmmn ! say it virat..maanvi sunn rahi hai accha chance hai..!say ittt !

V : aur kissey ?? PAYAL se...!!!

Maanvi froze to the ground ..!! the smile on her face vanished ...she cudn't believe wht she heard ..!! she cudn't react much ...tears formed in her eyes...anjali who ws standing there ws shocked beyond limits to hear this ...anjali moved towards virat and jeet , so she cudn't see the reaction of maanvi. The moment anjali started walking towards them ...maanvi cudn't bare more of it and ran towards the parking for her scooty in tht torrential rain...anjali looked at virat and jeet in shock and asked
Aj : wht ws tht ?? uhh virat ? virat wht ws tht ?? (angry)

Jt : shh anjali baad mai bataunga... (all the members came and wer observing anjali getting angry on virat)

Aj : nooo I wanna knw nw...!!
she started hitting virat slightly ...tears made their way from her eyes as she ws shocked to hear these words from her bestie who ws no less than an younger brother to her...anjali and jeet wer eldest among the group members(they did some other course b4 joining their degree course)...

Aj: virat wht ws thttt ??
jeet stopped her from hitting virat ...and tht's when virat came in his senses...he realized wht he just had done...tears flowed out from his eyes and he laid his head on table and tears made their way ... and all the group members wer confused with, what ws happening...

After some time ..virat ws sitting lost at the chair and all members wer keenly looking at jeet asking fr an explaination ...

Jt : guyzz...mujhe khud nai pata yeh sab kya ho raha hai ..!! maanvi ka boyfriend hai ...and i don't know suddenly yeh naya cartoon character kaha se aaya..!!
He narrates the story ... no one over there cud believe this..!! all wer shocked ...all thought maanvi likes virat and now this story ...!!?? All wer listening to jeet. Shock rose in anjali with every word of jeet ...she cudn't believe maanvi wud do this ..!! she felt very bad fr virat ...but somewhere down the line she still thought tht maanvi cudn't do this ..the xpression on maanvi's face whn virat ws gonna tell the girls name etc ..wasnt false she thought ..but at the other corner her bestie cudn't be wrong even..!! She was being crushed by both ends..!

Aj: (harsh voice) I still can't believe maanvi aisa kar sakti hai ... jeet tum virat ko ghar chodd doge?? ...just look at him !!... virat it's all gonna be fine ...Okay ?
...she side hugged virat who ws standing there and they all left from the college to their respective home with the same hatred towards maanvi ...

Maanvi left towards home and while driving she ws in full tears and she cudn't think of anything else...other than virat and this newly found truth ...!!
