i know Arnav is not lying here and Khushi knows that too. That also Proves Rohan innocent but that doesn't really proves the fact that Rohan wasn't with Aisha, or wasn't flirting with her. Maybe he was! He too was responding to Aisha's advances.. ;)
Arnav calls himself a bad guy, to me he's just a part of bad world or the world of politics in India, if not for him, They would have payed someone else to frame Rohan! India mein Paise se Sab bikta hai, its an open OLX around here..(ye dialogue bhi bura nahi hai.. OMG! I should right a speech:D)
Khushi is just getting to see its facets and with Arnav she would be able to see it stark and clear! Arnav is having fun isn't he? Flirting with Khushi, helping her a bit, challenging her, making her wait and being with her.. Iska kaam set hai! ;)

After reading this chapter it seems highly unlikely that khushi would fall for ASR! I mean firstly she is in love with Rohan and secondly she detests Arnav!
Aisa kya hi ho sakta hai that khushi would fall out of love with Rohan and overcome her disgust for arnav and then fall for him!
It seems a very big task to me! On top of it there is this issue of morality and Rohan's innocence! If ASR framed someone falsely then he becomes liable to a punishment!!!
