Chapter-7

Next morning -

Agnihotri head office-

Aastha reached their prior to the time almost 7:30 only office boy and peons were their she sat there waiting for the others to come after half an hour Niyati( receptionist ) reached there she gave Astha a pale smile and asked her about her visit to the office ?

Astha- I am selected for the job, yesterday only I received call from here to report here at morning.

Niyati - what? You are selected for the job? But as far as I am concerned I didn't call u up for the same .

Astha - yeah u didn't call me up. Actually Shlok Sir informed me about that.

Niyati- (with awe expression ) really I mean it's weird but anyways u can wait till he comes I can't get formalities done without asking him for the same you go and sit in waiting hall I hope he must be on his way

Shlok reached there after an hour as he entered he looked at Niyati and said is the new recruitment here?

If yes then ask her to come to my cabin soon I will be taking care of her joining formalities Niyati nodded with a confused expression on her face brooding that something fishy is going on her between him and Astha, though she didn't have the guts to question him back so she made her ways towards Astha and asked her to meet Shlok soon...

Astha was feeling restless because of yesterday episode she entered his cabin with a knock on room

Shlok looked at her and then again thought popped in his mind ( God she looks so beautiful) he straightened his mind and asked her to come and sit .

Shlok- so Miss kirloskar ( handling her some papers) here are the formal papers regarding your joining you go through them and get all formalities within half an hour we are already running late so hope you can get done with all the documentation soon and after half an hour I want u with me got that now u can leave and do read all the term and clauses before you sign it because in future I don't want any excuses regarding you having problem with the policies of company...

Astha stared at him in utmost surprise what kind of person he is so straight forward even didn't bother to reply my greets and more to that , he is late he came here after an hour and asking me to get formalities done soon, god! This pile of paper will take complete day time to read and he is asking me to finish it within half an hour complete jerk she was contemplating about all this when she suddenly heard a loud thud, she came back out of her trance she looked at him and shlok deliberately pointed his finger towards the gate to asking her to go out this aroused her anger even more she gave him a look and left from there

Shlok- was she giving me look??? Oh k Miss kirloskar wait and watch??

Astha reached towards Niyati asked her to help her out with the papers. Niyati explained her everything about the paperwork she was done but it took exactly 40 minutes. She handed her the document and made her way towards Shlok's cabin

Shlok was pacing in his cabin he as he saw astha coming towards his office he came back to his chair and sat there with ac evil smirk playing on his lips

Astha - may I get in ( he nodded she came inside, she stood in front of him) sir I am done with my formalities and( before she could say anything else shlok interrupted her mid way )

Shlok- Ms kirloskar u are late by 10 minutes and now I am ur boss so have the authority to question you on that ground? Am not I Ms kirloskar?

Astha -( with a perfect o expression) hmmm yeah I mean yes sir and I m sorry for that.

Shlok - Ms kirloskar no need to be sorry it's just that today u will work here till 6 pm and I don't want any excuse for that because I hate those who feigns... Am m clear Ms Kirloskar now u can leave. Niyati will let u know what u need to do and one more thing I need progress report on daily basis so before going home u need to give me briefs about your work, u won't be going home got that now u can go miss kirloskar and by 2:00 pm we will be going for a Kurudh site visit so take the briefs about the site from Niyati...

Astha- but sir I have classes and I can't bunk them please sir understand...

Shlok- Ms Kirloskar if it is so then you can leave this job I guess I am quiet audible so what is your stand now?

Astha - ok sir I won't be going... to my college she muttered khadoos

Shlok- is there anything u want to say to me Ms kirloskar?

Astha- (biting her lower lip) no nothing as such ...

2:00 pm

Shlok came out of his office he went near astha's cabin Astha was doing some paper work she was so engrossed in her that she didn't know when he came inside. She looked up for a moment and found Shlok glaring at her, she winked her lashes twice and then with a glee full smile she said m sorry sir I was about to come to you sir...

They sat on car shlok tied his seat belt he gestured astha for the same she was not getting him so shlok himself tied her seat belt while he was fixing it his strong muscular body brushed petite form of astha he could feel her heaving breast on being in such proximity of shlok, he smirked at her and after completing his back settled back on his seat while astha gave him a fuming look and muttered despo...

Shlok gave her a smirk and looked ahead with a thought Ms kirloskar whether u like it or not but I cant help it . if u are around me I cannot ask my mind to stay calm...
