Chapter 12
"Mr. Khan, are you there?" Habib was concerned finding no comments from Asad.
Asad breaks the car; pick up the cell and ordered in his enraged voice "Just find her location where they kept her, will you? You are the number one privet investigator in Bhoopal. I am paying you, don't I? I gave you all the things you need. Then why in the earth you become futile one after another. You can manage nothing till date. Now my wife is paying for your deed. Just find her damn location before I reach there. I don't know how will you do it? No matter what I want her by my side before the dawn upon, do you get that?"
Habib was well-known about Asad's anger. So he preferred to say nothing at that time. Besides he was telling the truth. He also could not understand why he was not being successful in this case. This is the first case that made him taste of defeat with every clue.
Without listening to other side Asad cut the call and threw the cell on the dash board. He was angry on himself.

The same day morning at Khan Villa
Zoya tried to sleep but she ended up crying. She heard someone's knock on the door She did not want to pretend as a happy person now. She was really tired by hiding this so much of pain under her smiley mask. She wanted to escape from everything, all logic, every answer. So she avoided it carefully. She missed her ammi-abbu too much that day. She remembered all her memories about how she landed here in this position.
"She was only twelve years old when Anwar told her the truth about her parents and incident of their death. When she got to know about her biological parents first she felt nothing about them. She always respected Anwar-Zeenat as her parents and they also look after her like their own child. They had no child for their own. They loved her like any other parents of the world. They had their own world of happiness. But their bubble of happiness broke when Zoya got know about the truth of her biological parents' death.
Zoya's best friend Zerin is a journalist. She was from Jaipur. They met in their common subsidiary class. She had interest on software's too and they easily became friends. After their graduation she shifted to her homeland and worked as freelancer to start her carrier. Seven months ago she got an assignment on the "biggest fire incident of India". She had to cover on the biggest fire incidents that had been occurred all the main cities of India. She chose some of cities and Bhoopal is one of them. She was carrying out her research when she got to know about the fire incident of Gaffur and Zainab Farooqi's. She knew the whole story of Zoya's identity and also that Zoya did not bother about it. She also found out their graves. But what caught her eye was that it was not an accident but a conspiracy. She inquired on this matter very carefully checking all the cutting of news papers, related news video clips and all they hinted about the conspiracy. But there was no case filed and this matter was buried carefully. Some powerful people on that time handle this situation. She tried to find them but all are death or living in abroad. Finding something fishy she called Zoya and told about what she found. Zoya was first dumbstruck by absorbing this news then she thought she had to find out the truth. This one thing she could do for her deceased parents to give them proper judgment. She wanted to go India right then but could not. She knew none in this country and this is a sensitive issue. She needed some trustworthy people because any mistake can be heavy for her and all.
For her bad luck, Zerin was got appointed as a reporter in "The History Channel" and had to leave India. She gave her all the information and contact numbers and what to do but the problem was where would she live? Anwar decided to help her but for Zeenat's illness they have to wait for two months. They thought they can manage it in three months but all the clues given by Zerin saw a dead end. So Zoya decided to carry out it in her way. Anwar gave suggestion about an investigator but she denied it as she wanted to be sure about this conspiracy first."
It was 5 am in the morning. She could not sleep last night at all. She sighed. It is about fourth months she only can found out that was not an accident. She managed some photos and newspaper cutting with her which Zerin gave her.
All she got advice at end of any finding was "It is impossible to find alive people in this country and you wanted to find dead people who were gone about 18 years ago?"
She was determined to find out the truth but it seems really impossible now. For this truth she even agreed for this nikaah which she did not want. Thanks Allah that Asad also did not want to this otherwise it would be horrible. She wanted to clear with Asad everything about this relation on the day of wedding but it did not happen. Following that so much had been happened that she never get time to talk about it. Then from the last week they are even not in the talking term.
She got an address from an unknown number followed by a call in the last evening saying that what she is finding she would get if she went to Indore at this address. She knew there is no reason to believe it but she want to try. She knew very well if she informed about it to Dilshad then she would never permit her. So she did not tell anything about it.
She searched about Indore in the internet and found out that it takes three and half hours by road to get there. So, she thought she would start early in the morning for it and could return by the evening. She even booked the return ticket at 3 pm. If she finds any clue then she can go there again by herself or with someone.
Zoya woke up and preformed her Fazr Namaz, praying to her Allah Miyan that to give her strength so that she can face anything. She got ready and silently made her way out of the house using spare keys given by Dilshad. She was guilty about not telling it to Dilshad. But she would definitely tell her after she returns. She knew she was taking risk but sometimes taking risk is necessary. It was "do or die" situation for her.
She got on the morning bus and reached Indore just at exact time. She was relieved that she can return at the time she had assumed.
She reached on the exact address after about three hours and got shocked to find out that the guy was deceased just last night. She tried to find some information and was sure that someone had fooled her. He gave her wrong news because she found that this guy never lived in Bhoopal. Then how could be he known about that incident?
Defeated she returned the bus stand, it was nearly 3 pm. She checked her cell and it showed 31 missed calls. She watched it was Asad and Dilshad. The cell buzzed again and she did not want to tell a lie right now and switched of the cell. She thought she would clear up after she returned. She was distracted that time and failed to notice that some people were following her. After her bus started she was agitated about the matter that why anyone would lie to her that to about this issue. She was very careful about it that no one should know it.
She was thirsty and found that her water bottle was empty. So after half an hour, in the next stop she went to buy a water bottle.
The people who were followed her was behind the bus. They did not even believe their luck that they could get the opportunity so easily. They planned they would pick her up in the evening from the Bhoopal bus stand.
They were happy because it would be easy for them as it was a deserted area and using this opportunity they pick her up from there and snatch her bag. They just could not give their attention that Zoya was wearing her jeans with her Kamiz and her cell phone was with her in the pocket.
They took her back to Indore to their usual fence. They went out from the room by locking the door.
Sensing the danger Zoya quickly turn on the cell phone and type a text to Asad without giving any thought, before she could finish the writing one of them returned. She hurried to turn off the phone but in that process the half message was sent to Asad she did not even knew. That guy was always with her so she could finish her work.

Asad did not know how he drove that long way to Indore. He actually reached there in two hours and 45 minutes. He broke so many signals in this single night that he did not done in his entire life. He just prayed for her safety.
"Why he did not pay attention to her safety before? Why he is ignoring her with his all might? Why he is being frantic about her danger" these questions were haunting him all the time but he got no answer. All he got that he again sent her to the edge.
When he was near the Indore bus stand he called Habib again. But he could not give him any information. He was going to shout again when he felt another call was waiting. He cut Habib's call and took another call without looking at it. He thought it was Dilshad. What will he told her? But he was aghast when he got a whisper "Hello, Mr. Khan" from other side. It was definitely Zoya.

Zoya knew she had to calm down first and think clearly about the situation. She cannot call Asad now as the man is with her. She sat there and closed her eyes to think but dozed off immediately. After all the commotion she was tired.
When she woke up it was already dark outside. She did not know what time it was. She suddenly got an idea and tried to execute it.
She looked at the guard and found that he was not the same man who was before. He was a man about late 20's but now there is a boy. Hardly 15-16 years old. She tried to chat with him. He was not interested first but after listening her lame shayaries and joke, he gave in. She then easily found out the place where the kidnapper took her, she also found out about the way from the bus stand. That boy did not even understand that Zoya took information from him with this joyous chit-chat.
After two hours or so she demanded to go for the bathroom. They compiled and sent her with another man. When she got into the bathroom immediately turned on her cell and called Asad.
The call was on waiting. She was frustrated. When it was about to cut then Asad picked it up.
She relieved and whispers to him "Hello, Mr. Khan. I wanted to tell you that before but..." she started but cut by Asad's impatient tone. He almost cried out
"Where are you? I am looking for you so long. Your cell was off and I..I..."
"Mr. Khan I am in Indore. How and why I will explain you later. I got kidnapped. I do not know who they are. I am now in their fence. It is near the Indore bus-stand, come along at right side path for 15 minutes. There is a worn banglow and I am there. I can handle them until tomorrow morning. If you can come here at that time..." She said all at one go because if she takes much time then they will be doubtful and she would not able to handle them till next morning. But again cut by Asad saying that
"Stay right there where you are. I am coming in five minutes" and cut the call.
She was perplexed. "How he can be here? How he knew I am in Indore?"
With that she opened the latches of the door and came out having her phone on her hand.
The men stood there had their eyes wide watching at her. She was confused and followed their gazes. They looked at her phone. "
Ya Allah" she gasped and went to enter the bathroom again but one of them was swifter than her and grabbed her out of it.
They snatched her cell phone and slapped her hard twice on her face.
She winched in pain. Tears fall freely from her eyes and she bit her lower lip to absorb it. She cannot tell them anything now.She had to wait for her Mr. Khan.
The man again raised his hand but he felt pain at this time. A firm grip holds his hand and twisted it towards his back and a stern voice roared from his behind.
"How dare you touch my wife with this filthy hand of yours? How dare you hit her?"
They all stood there startled at the fraction of moment to process what was wrong happen in their plan.

Asad was late for few minutes as he needed to call Habib and explained everything to him. He gave him the address and ordered to bring the police with him. When he entered the area he saw a man was trying to hit Zoya. He decided that he would be waiting in the dark till the police reach. But that scene made him mad.
"How dare he touch my wife" all he could think at that time and approached for his prey. The lion was awakened inside him.
"The Lion Ahmed Khan" will take revenge from every of them who made her to go through this pain. The vow was taken!!
