AFTER EFFECTS OF BEER

Taani tried to free herself from his grip but rey was so stubborn this time to let her go. He pulled her more towards the wall. She finally made her way out of his arms and started to move away with tears in her eyes but as soon as she thought she is free she felt a tight grip on her wrist. She turned her head and see him, still facing the wall not looking at her but still he didn't had guts to let go taani. He was holding her hand tightly as if it was the biggest possession he had. Taani was miserable. Why wasn't he facing her?

"Rey.." She tried calling him. Her voice brought a hope in his heart. He turned around and their eyes met and it felt like both were soon going to drown in each other tears.

"Rey.."

"Ssshh.."She couldn't speak as he kept his finger to her lips."Aaj koi kuch nahi bolega." Rey looked at her rosy lips and he just couldn't stand it. He knew it was wrong but it never feels so right. He started moving towards her without even asking for permission. His mind shouted that this is wrong she would get hurt but his heart was sure that this would definitely make her feel better. Another second he grabbed her waist and and pulled her. She was so shocked to react. Her mind stopped working or rather she told it to shut up and let her heart dominate. Their lips got closer and closer. Before grabbing what he owned he glanced at her face and saw a deep red blush adoring her , eyes closed and lips trembling. Hence he proved his heart was right. He moved closer to her lips and..

"Taani!! Taani!! Wake up you sleeping beauty. Its 12 of noon for god sake." Sharon said shouting at taani.

Taani woke up with a jerk and looked around. No wonder she was dreaming, the most beautiful dream she had ever seen. She smiled to herself. Sharon saw that.

"Taani you okay? Why are you smiling like an idiot?" Taani ignored it and something clicked her mind. Sharon disturbed her first kiss. So what if in dream, she ruined it. Now time for revenge in taani shekhawat style. She glanced around to find her phone. It was on another side of bed. She brabbed it from under the blanket and started reading aloud enough for simmi in the bathroom to hear.

"OH!! My shona! My cutie Pie!! My cuddly pudly baby!! I am missing you soo much." Taani looked at sharon who was glaring at her with a shocked face. How dare she read swayam's msgs.

"Oh God taani. You are gone girl." Sharon ran towards her and climb on the bed and in no time both started their all time favourite pillow fight. Simmi entered the room only to see two of her best friends having their disastrous pillow fight again, bed in miserable condition and both of them covered with pillow cotton from head to toe. She couldn't help it but let out a big laugh. They looked at her and then each other.

"Oh God! Sharon you look like a white zombie." Taani said laughing at her.

"And you looking like a chudail of some 3rd grade horror movie." Sharon said laughing at taani's condition. And soon all three were laughing holding their stomach.

"Now enough of you two, go taani and have a bath. Its too late already."

"First day in LA and here we are playing like 5 year old kids." Sharon said after taani left.

---with boys---

"First day in LA and here we are waiting for girls to come down for damn 45 minutes." Swayam said sarcastically.

"C'mon dude, they must be held up in some work. Sharon told you right that they are gonna be late." Rey said looking at his friend's sarcastic mood.

"Ya right! I know what work." Nil said " Oh God meri dress ki matching lipstick nahi mil rahi." He said imitating simmi."These sandals looks horrible with the dress. I don't have anything to wear. Why am the only one to have these big problems to handle." And suddenly he felt a gaze on him and he made himself come out of this mode. Simmi was glaring like she is going to eat him up in today's lunch

"Hey girls." Vicky said to calm down the environment.

"Hey!!" Sharon said looking at simmi who moved forward to Neil and in no time she stamped her foot on his and moved away in anger. Now that was a confusion. Whether to look the injured foot or to make your girlfriend happy again. He choose the second one and with the hurting foot ran behind her.

"This is gonna be toughy." Sharon said with a pity look for neil.

"Where's taani?" Swayam asked sharon.

"She woke up. Just getting ready. She told us to carry on and she'll join later."

"And here I am." They looked at the stairs and found taani with her big smile on. Rey looked at her. She always looked beautiful but today she had that something special. She was glowing.

"Hey Guys! Where's Nil and Simmi?" She looked around and saw a little far Simmi moving out of the resort and Neil pleading her to come back."What happened?"

"Long story." They said in unision.

"Ok guys meine kal hi sab pata kar liya tha. Manager told me ki har band ko reherse karne ke liye ek particular time allot kiya jayega. Usi time ke liye audi sirf humare liye booked hoga."

"And vo timings kya hai." Vicky asked."Actually as band's captain iski info mere cell pe regularly aa jayegi. I 'll forward you guys. Aaj ke timings shaam ke hai. We'll be getting audi no 6. from 6:30 to 8:00."

"Iska matlab humare paas pura din hai." Swayam said excited looking at sharon.

"So guys kuch plan banate hai." Vicky said excitedly.

"Lets go pooling."Sharon said

"Na..We'll go museum." Swayam said.

"Eww..no ways We'll go club." Vicky said

"Clubbing, not at all a good idea. What if VP sir got to know. I think we should hang out on beach." Taani said. Everyone looked at rey. Four people four views now only he was left. He looked at everyone and then at taani.

"I think we should go to a beach..." He said looking in taani's eyes. She feels a blush coming over her face. He looked around and saw confusing glares from everyone"..since LA is famous for beaches."He tried to give a good reason.

"Okay then beach it is." Vicky said. And he ran to inform Neil and simmi. Sharon and swayam move out holding hand in hand.

"Lets go." Rey said making taani come out of trance.

---at the beach---

"Dude!! Chicks!!" Vicky said putting his glares down and drooling over the girls on the beach.

"And here I thought he became a total majnu for neha." Taani said with an attitude.

"Ab kabhi kabhi majnu giri se holiday bhi leni chahiye na." He started moving ahead to have a nice view of the beauties around.

"Its heaven." Neil exclaimed. He had a wide grin on his face which soon went away seeing simmi glaring at him."I am gonna find vicky."And he ran away.

"Lets go guys." Swayam tried to move everyone else left with him.

"C'mon girls we need to change." Sharon took taani and simmi with her for changing into their beach outfits.

"Only God knows why girls have to change for every other thing." Swayam said looking at the girls going away. Rey and swayam went to find a place to keep the bags.

"Guys I am ready. I am going to find the boys. You two come fast." Simmi said coming out wearing a tank top and denim shorts. She left to find others

"I am ready too. Taani, I wanna see swayam. I am going babes. You come fast ok." Sharon came out wearing a two piece bikini over which a translucent white shirt covering her. She left hurriedly.

"Five years! Hell five years we've known each other. And now suddenly I am falling for him like he is the God of love. All his mistake."She said frustrated. She took a deep breath and calmed down."I love him and I know he loves me too. " A smile adored her face." So what if he is dumbo and is not proposing me I'll make him do that. Wait and watch Mr. Reyaansh singhania you are yourself gonna admit that you love me." And with that she move out of restroom. She was wearing a swimsuit perfectly fitting in curves.

As soon as she came out she find every other guy looking at her with lust. She was used to this. She moved to find everyone else and here they were. Simmi fighting with Neil for flirting with a girl. Vicky trying to talk to a girl but poor guy she was chinese. So he had to use the translator for like million times. Swayam adoring sharon like there's no tomorrow and at the same time giving deadly glares to the boys looking at his princess. She couldn't find rey. She moved towards everyone and asked them where's rey. But before anyone could answer she saw him coming. And here she was gone with the wind. Never in her wildest dream she thought that rey could look SEXY! Here she was trying her best to impress him and he just puts all her effort in a dustbin wearing a fade blue jeans and translucent white shirt. She looked around and found all the girls drooling over his guy. One of the girls came to him and purposefully tried to get too close to him. Now that was the limit. She grabbed a bottle of beer from a random guy and emptied it the next second. The guy was left open mouthed. She gave a glare to the guy and he ran for his life.

---with the gang---

"Hey guys!" Rey said. Everyone looked at him with a shocking face.

"Someone's looking hot." Sharon exclaimed scanning rey from top to bottom. Swayam getting hell nervous seeing that covered sharon's eyes. "Gosh! Swayam what are you doing?" Everyone started laughing. Rey was the first one to notice taani's absence.

"Guys where's taani." He asked worried.

"Abhi to yahi thi." Vicky said and everyone started looking around to find her.

Suddenly rey saw her going towards the main road. Without informing anyone he ran to grab her.

"Stop taani!" He shouted to stop her. She was in no mood to listen. She was angry, hurt and in love at the same time. That was deadly combo.

"Taani stop!" He said finally holding her wrist and turning her to him. Then he saw her eyes blood shot red and tears staining her face. Her eyes were heavy and it was clear that bear was showing its effect. With whatever vision she was left with she tried to recognise the guy who hold her hand without her permission. And she finally got it. "Rey?"

"Taani where the hell are you going. You are wearing a bikini right now and you are walking on the road." Rey just couldn't help but look at her beauty. No wonder she was looking really hot but to rey taani was much more than this. She was crying and he couldn't handle that. Her eyes were heavy which meant that she got drunk and to add more all the guys were giving her lustful look.

He quickly removed his shirt and wrapped it around taani. Taani tried to resist but she was all under the effect of bear. He called out a taxi and head towards the resort again. He called swayam to tell him that everything is fine and there's nothing to worry.

Rey picked her up out of the cab and took her in his room as girls room keys were with sharon. He comfortably laid her down on the bed. Finally relaxed that taani was safe he looked at his sleeping beauty. She was sleeping peacefully taking one of his hand as a pillow. He wiped her remains of tears on the face and unknowingly a lone tear escaped from his eyes and fall on her cheek. She groaned in her sleep and guessing she was getting disturbed he quickly wiped it out. He tried to pull out his hand but she was quite stubborn to leave it. Infact she grabbed it more. Rey smiled at her anitics. He slowly slide down his hand successfully took it out but as he moved away from her she woke up, still in the effect of bear and stopped him holding his hand.

"Rey?" She tried to recognise if it was him.

"I am right here." He said coming close to her.

"Where are you going?" She said slowly drifting back to sleep.

"stay with me." She almost murmured.

Rey couldn't believe his ears. Taani was asking him to stay with her.

"Taani I.."

"sshhh.." Before he could speak further taani put her finger on his lips."Just stay with me." she pulled him on the bed and she drifted back to sleep taking his hand again .

Rey was lost in her innocence. Not everyone gets the chance to see this side of taani. Even in druken state she was ordering him to be with her. Rey covered her with the blanket and laid there by her side. He looked at her. She was smiling in her sleep. God knows what was she dreaming. But to rey this all seem like a dream.

Soon she tried to find a better pillow to rest her head and here she got one. She rested her head on his chest and slept like there's no tomorrow. With such an exhausting and till now the most memorable day rey was tired as well and he drifted to sleep with his princess.

For the first time there were no worries, no tomorrows, just two of them completing each other like puzzle pieces.
