The orange glow of the rising sun,casts its hues on the Pride Lands of Africa where King Mufasa,the Lion King and his subjects reside..Everyone is happy under his reign for he was a wise and just king. All grievances were addressed to him and solutions were come up with,in no time. So the day began,just like every other day. All was calm and peaceful on the surface but underneath this veil of calm, there was a thin veneer of discontent among few of the residents of the Pride Lands..

Simba- I do not know what the problem is! *snorts impatiently* The Westerners ,no doubt are the rightful winners of this Contest !! Why the argument here ?

Nala- Simba,do not act too high for your boots okay! The others have also fared very well and they have done their best too right ,then why are you so stubbornly sticking to only your point of view ? *advances angrily *

Rafiki-Children,do not fight please ! I am sure that each of you is right in your way. Please talk in a civilised manner and lets not fight for such petty issues ! *holds a placatory hand on Simba*

Zazu- Well I stand by what Simba said,he does make sense after all Rafiki,you please stay out of this ,you do not know anything okay!

Nala- Zazu *glares at him* learn how to speak to your elders! 😳

Just then some footsteps are heard..Everyone turns to see who the new arrivals are.. Its Timon and Pumba !!

Timon- Hola amigos,why fear when I'm here !! Hakuna Matata is the motto right 😎 *Waves*

Pumba- *pointing at Timon* Of course he is right ! Was there ever any doubt ? * chuckles and winks*

Nala- Okay you guys are wasting our time! 🥱 We have a genuine problem here. Simba thinks that the Westerners should win this contest which was held recently but I beg to differ ! Do you think you can help ? *smirks a bit*

Timon- Well of course I do !! 😎 Lets all go to our venerable King Mufasa and get this problem sorted !!

A chorus of ' Yes !! Why didn't I think of this ' is heard.. They leave..

Simba- Good morning father ! *bows reverentially* Are we disturbing you ? 😳

Mufasa- Good morning son *pats him genially* All well I hope ? Hope you aren't playing pranks on others ,as I can see quite a number here .. 😳

Simba- Of course not father *looking a bit abashed*

Nala- We actually have a small disagreement hence we thought of coming to you in the hopes that you would be able to solve our problem ,Oh King 😳 *The rest nod along*

Mufasa- Okay my children,do tell me what ails you all,on this fine summer morning..

Simba- Actually father,there was this contest called the Diversity Show held recently and I was just airing my views that the Westerners,one of the team which had taken part amongst 3 other teams, certainly deserve to win this contest !!

Nala- But I beg to differ Oh King,as the other teams were equally good so I was just telling Simba that he should not be so narrow minded ! *glares at him*

Mufasa- You need to start from the beginning Simba,then only I will be able to decide so please tell me about these Westerners.

Simba- The Wonderful Westerners are one of the teams competing in this competition.

These five members listed above,make up this team. This team is worthy of winning this competition because I have made certain observations and after doing so I have noticed that-

The Members take initiative to get things done.

Each team mate trusts the judgement of the others.

There is plenty of communication between the team members.

Everyone is focused on the ultimate goal of the project, while also digging into the underlying details.

Simba- *nods appreciatively* That is really praiseworthy👏 But I really want to know about each individual member's contribution to this team. Could you elaborate on this ?

Nala - She is the Captain of this team. She is a very capable team leader. She listens to what her team mates have to say, complements, and respects them. She is also agood organizer,she always puts in all efforts to organize the team and allot them tasks accordingly. Moreover,she enforces positive thinking,steps up when needed and creates a harmonious working relationship amongst the team.

Timon- Appy is a hard worker and a very committed person.She considers and uses new ideas and suggestions from others,encourages feedback on her own behavior and is furthermore committed to team objectives.

Pumba- Zoah is a good listener,she absorbs, understands, and considers ideas and points of view from other people without debating and arguing every point.Moreover,she always provides a helping hand,in times of need,offering assistance whenever possible.

Rafiki- Deepa works as a problem solver. She is always willing to deal with all kinds of problems in a solutions-oriented manner.Another good quality she possesses is that she always treats all her team members in a respectful and supportive manner.

Nala- And last but not the least,there is Debo who is a very reliable person.She always gets work done and does her fair share to work hard and meet commitments. You can always count on her to deliver good performance all the time, not just some of the time.

Mufasa- I see that all the members possess very commendable characteristics,kudos to all of them 👏
Simba- Father,I would like to reiterate my point by showing few examples 😳

Simba-Firstly,Overall Marks suggest that the Westerners have been consistent throughout due to their sheer hard work and commitment 👏

Mufasa- I can see that what you have said is indeed correct. But could you elaborate a little ?

Simba- Certainly ,father⭐️ In the first round itself,you can see the efforts they have put in,to make the thread informative as well as appealing! The pictures,graphics and the VMs used were apt and the thread was unique and it is clear that they have done their research work thoroughly.

Nala- Yes,but this is only the First round right ? *Looks sceptically*

Simba- Well,then came Round 2 which was the Music Round where each team had to present songs from their culture and for this round again,Westerners did a marvellous jobwhere they presented songs from various languages such as English,Italian,Spanish and Latin by top singers like Taylor Swift,Eros Ramazzotti,Enrique Iglesias,Romeo Santos and so on thus giving us a taste of a variety of cultures and a brand new playlist as well !! ⭐️

Moreover, they also provided the lyrics for each song,so we could sing along! What an idea ,sirjee 👏

Timon- Wow,that is really impressive! 😲 Carry on,my boy 😎

Simba- Then Round 3 was held. It included an old fashioned way of writing a letter to the Crazy Creatives. The Westerners carved a niche for themselves in this competition,with this round. They letter was to the point,it clearly stated why they should win. The unique feature in this thread was that,each of the team members stated why they must win,as if they were being interviewed,and what more,in 6 different languages! Innovation was their weapon.👏

Pumba- Simba,you are on a roll Rather,the Westerners are *guffaws loudly*

Simba- Thanks Pumba,I know I am 😎 So moving on,next came Round 4 where popular movies of the Western culture were presented by the Wonderful Westerners. Innovation being their forte,instead of presenting the movies just like that,they chose to do it differently,by browsing through one of their team members' Ipad to choose heir favourite movies for a movie marathon between the team and in this manner,they present the top movies of their culture! ⭐️

The graphics were appealing,synopsis for each of the movies,along with its cast and crew mentioned as well, was precise as well as informative and overall ,here was another beautifully done thread by the West👏

Here is a glimpse of what made the thread stand out! Outstanding graphics 👏

Rafiki- The graphics indeed seem to be marvellous. Simba,now I'm beginning to understand why you were rooting for the Westerners all this while ..

Simba- Thank you for understanding Rafiki *bows*

Now,the best way to display a culture is to showcase the traditional attires. And that's exactly what the Round 5 was about. Okay,so what do we think of,when we hear the word Wedding ? Food,drinks,dance etc of course.

But before all this, what comes to one's mind first is Clothes. And so this was the idea brought forth by the Westerners for this round! Wedding. Hence through this,theyshowcased the attires from Europe,Spain,Germany,Greece,America thereby covering the West,effectively. Information proceeded was once again precise and the graphics only added to the beauty of this thread 👏

Nala- Hmmm Simba,you may have a point*thinks 🤓*

Simba- Wait Nala,there is more 😎 For now,the competition was becoming trickier by the minute because Round 6 was where each of the forums needed to be active hence,to go about doing this,each of the teams had to come up with a variety of tasks,which needed to have the fun element as well as be creative and diverse! And so the Westerners once again rose to the occasion by making a variety of threads,thus engaging the forum and actively involving all its forum members! Kudos to their team spirit ! 👏

Nala's mouth drops open in awe and wonder 😲

Simba- *Enjoying the effect he had caused 😎* Then Round 7 came up where it was was all about judging the other teams based on Round 6 and it was clear that they had definitely taken in consideration the hard work of the other teams and they wereabsolutely loyal and fair in their judgement ⭐️

Zazu- So,is that it ? Pretty awesome,I must say

Simba- Hold on ,hold on !! For there was a Surprise which came in the form of the Pre-face off round. Here,the Westerners had to prepare a thread to showcase a Punjabi Festival for which they chose Baisakhi,a very popular Punjabi festival. And they once again proved themselves to be the forerunner in this competition by yet again,presenting an informative thread,filled with colourful graphics,thus providing an in depth knowledge about the festival which could be easily understood by the readers 👏

Mufasa- This is indeed praiseworthy 👏 Kudos to the Westerners for being so innovative and consistent throughout 👏 *Everyone looks impressed* But Simba,I have a question.. What about the forum in general ?

The forum in general is very active,the members are really friendly and easy going. Furthermore,the forum is always buzzing with activity,with new threads being made from time to time discussing a variety of topics from tv series to movies and so on. Also,games are organised frequently to engage all the members,thus providing a fun element too!

Nala- Simba, now I know why you are all for the victory of the Westerners and I actually agree with you !! 👏

Simba: Not only do they show they're teamwork onscreen but they're closely knit together offscreen too. Want to see the fun they had or the hardwork they put in or their willingness to work?

King Mufasa- Well,after hearing all the points you all put forth,I have come to the conclusion that The Wonderful Westerners are the rightful winners of the Diversity Show Clap They have exhibited all qualities, worthy of a winner and have proved ,beyond any doubt that they deserve the title .
