Sorry for commenting this late.
There's a reason why I'm hooked to IF FF section...There are so many talented writers who take small aspects of IPK to build their own stories.
You my dear did such a wonderful job. I liked it that Khushi left when she did in your story. So she moved to Mumbai and tried getting on with life. Well, Arnav wouldn't be Arnav if he accepted his feelings easily right.
I love Faraq padtha hai track and you used that one to show how much Khushi cares for him. Although she is sensible in being aloof coz she had been hurt often neough in the past.
But the twist in the tale which is absolutely your own took the cake. What an interesteing tale you wove about Akash, Payal and the boy...lovely.
Really enjoyed it. And they lived happily ever after
