It's their second anniversary and Even Though Arnav is busy as usual with his new project but a promise is a promise and as promised he is en route with his dear wife khushi for their dinner date... And khushi is just flashing her infamous grin hiding her simmering anger behind an opaque mask.
Ohh!! And he knows that very well, still he dares...
Though
The whole day passed with Arnav barking his usual bark at Jayprakash in the morning and on poor Aman in the office either in person or on that black slate iPhone.
And on top of that with limited amount of time they were together, the couple had onlyfleeting glances and smirks accomplishing those infamously famous "paused" moments between them, just to be disturbed either by those infamous Aman calls or special appearances by the innocent Prakash bros.
Though
On the other hand khushi's day passed with a huge grin plastered on her face, channelling all her avenging energy on either making heaps of delectable jalebis or blabbering with her favorite davi mayya about ignorant Rakhshas.
Though
Anjali and NK passed their whole day by building jalebi towers (hey those are good substitute for Legos or even Zenga) and ofcourse listening to the nonstop melodious choirs of robust 'What the' and chiming 'Aaj mausam hai suhana' and suppressed 'Mehh'.
So Though
Khushi being khushi got in the car which headed towards their supposedly dinner date as her Laad Governor promised with suppressed anger in her tow was just waiting for the perfect moment to strike the iron.
And ofcourse how could Arnav not give his wife which she wanted so badly, an opportunity to make him realize his mistake, and without any further delay, the opportunity was given when he dared to adjust his Bluetooth on his ear and took that silly iPhone in his hand...
While one hand on steering wheel he pressed home button longer to activate Siri and ordered her saying "Bluetooth on" ...
Mrs Khushi Singh Raizada asked him in her cool demeanor while pointing at his phone "Aap ne Kya Amanji ki chutty kar di?"
Wrong interpretation by his Confused mind Arnav said, "Ye Siri hai mere phone Mai hai" while flashing his phone to her .
Spontaneous Khushi says with fake furious look " Haaww voh Sheetal kya kam thi Ghar Mai Jo ab apne Seeree mem ko phone Mai rakh diya ,vaise ye konse number ki thi?"
Stupefied Arnav says "What the.."his obvious words with 'unbelievable'-written-on-his-face-look turned the atmosphere of the car heavy as 'lull before the storm'..
After one minute of steady staring on windshield, witty and quite confident Khushi spoke"Aap ko pata hai Naye Apple IOS7 maislide option hai control center ka Jo jaroori 'Do not disturb' jari karta aur apka neela daat bhi bas apke Angutha chap ne ki jrurat hai" she continue while looking at him innocently "Aur aap ko aainda jugunu ya machis ki tilli bhi dhundne ke jarurat nahi hai bas Angutha kafi hai".
As she continue look at him with her mischievous smile, which is now steadily turning into full blown laugh, the look on her handsome but 'Harvard ke Angutha Chaap' husband was nothing but 'Dumbstruck' ...
Note: Here is my first attempt to write on our beloved couple ,very big thanks to my friend Shirin - person who introduce me to IPKKND and without her it was not possible me to pen it down . I literally crack that joke while texting back and forth with her yesterday . And title is inspired from non other than my MBA husband..
