Beautifully written OS. Liked the combo of flashbacks and present scenes.

ASR really has shatir dimag to come to know that khushi is lying about not remembering only him. Credit goes to khushi charm too for making this guy fall in love with her just the way she is.

I'm not a huge fan of Os's but this one I loved. You have this innate ability to write about emotions using such simple words and actions.

I think you have all these stories in you and you present them from so many interesting angles.

Isn't it so true...we crave what we do not get...initially it was blow to Arnav's ego that Khushi didn't remember him of all pople. Humans in general have this problem...taking one's love for granted. especially if that love is given to you unconditionally...you tend to trample on it. That is what Arnav did. he couldn't take a strong stand with his parents. so, he got ready to ruin a girl's life. he got lucky that Khushi turned out to be a stronger person than him.

Loved this Khushi. She is strong...intelligent and seriously something.

Yep...I thought that "always was lose" would give her away and I was grinning when I was proven right.

That was fab.

Hey Anony,

That was fabulous. Loved it.

Like all your stories this is realistic too. In most of the marriages we end of looking for things that matter to the world, to the society, friends and family. But always fail to look for one thing and only thing that matter - Heart. If once heart is pure and unadulterated they will win over anybody, doesn't matter if they are from village, town, or big city.

I am glad Arnav learned that quickly and didn't let Khushi go out his life. I felt for Khushi, she lost her heart to arrogant Raizada, loved him with all heart, accepted him wholeheartedly and even tried to change for him. The heartache she must have felt to hear him say those things about her to his mother and then eventually not to recognize him and breaking off the engagement must be incomprehensible. Especially when all she wants to do is be with him and love him. And she did all this just because he didn't want her and didn't find her to be fit for him, not to avenge revenge or anything.

Sometimes getting taste of our own medication or see others behave the we way we behaved makes us see things in a better light. And it worked with Arnav, he realized what her love, presence and chirpiness meant to him and his life when he didn't have it. And the businessman he caught on her act with a simple slip by her. I happy that he apologized and promised to make up to her all his life and he better be because Khushi and her love is for life and beyond.

Your response and appreciation overwhelmed me, in happiness ofcourse. When you took notice of Khushi's well-crafted tit-for-tat behavior using her accident as a tool, when you agreed to a jerk Arnav getting the taste of his own bitter medicine or when you mentioned the essence of the story is that it is unrealistic for today's urban bred guy to fall for a small town girl in one go even if she is pretty and rich, my heart swelled in pride and humbled in honor to have such perspective readers who can easily relate to what I want to say :)

It did the same when you simply commented that it's my writing that you like. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🤗

This time, I would like to dedicate this OS to someone. Senorita Sanaya. Though it's me who has written the story and posted it, she made sure it stays up here proud and unblemished. So if anyone on this forum deserves a credit for it, it is her.Thank you my IF angel 🤗

I do have another OS/Two-shot in the pipeline. Shall be sharing it with you all soon.
