So... Agam is half elder brother of Arnav... Has some feelings for Khushi... Wants to take revenge from him, which is not very logical... But ends up saving his life and donating his blood... Khushi is again apologetic with him for bursting at him for no reason...wil have soft corner for him for saving her Arnavji... But Arnav will not like it... This will pave for arguements which will probably lead to more fights...as Agham may play around with some circumstances creating more mistrust and heart breaks...and their house of love and trust will collapse just like house of cards...

This is my guess if story... But may be I have to wait n see how far my guess will be right...
