Part 7

Arnav, after dealing with his client came back to the same corner where he has left Khushi.Panic engulfed him when he saw that the spot where he has left Khushi was empty. He frantically looked around in the hope to locate Khushi but he was not able to spot his Khushi. He moved away from the crowd to see if Khushi has left the crowd and was waiting for him standing somewhere else but to his horror Khushi was no where to be seen. So he moved away from the hall and started looking in other parts of the house. He hysterically looked everywhere but couldn't find Khushi. Arnav moved towards the long corridor and thought of looking there. He moved forward and only could see a blur red enter a room. Was that Khushi, thought Arnav. But why she will go to that room.But not able to find Khushi anywhere he thought of checking the room. So he moved towards the corridor and made his way towards the room.

Arnav opened the door and stood stampede, he saw Khushi jerking back and losing her balance and also the man in front of her rushing towards her. Not waiting for a second he opened the door swiftly and was by Khushi's side before that man could even touch his Khushi.

"Khushi, are you all right?" asked Arnav, concerned and helping Khushi to balance herself.

"Yes, Arnavji I am Fine!" assured Khushi looking in Arnav ji's concerned eyes.

"What are you doing here, Khushi? Have I not asked to to wait for me? Than what was the need to roam here and there" asked Arnav now little angry for not obeying him and also for making him worried.

"I was waiting, Arnav ji! But you were taking so long and I thought of looking for you myself and than I saw him, he is wearing the same mask which I have selected for you. And I thought it's you but I was wrong." Answered Khushi little guiltily for making Arnav ji worried for her.

That's when Arnav noticed the man in front of him, wearing the same mask as him.

"And it was your fault, you took so long!" pouted Khushi and also casuing Arnav to look towards her from that man's direction.

"But Khushi, I have asked you to wait!" said Arnav, angry now. What if he had not reached here on time? What if that man was first to reach her? Arnav fisted his palm at that thought.

"It's Ok, Mr. Raizada! Mistakes happen. Everything can't go according to you, now can it?" interrupted the man in front of them while removing his mask.

Only his voice was enough for Arnav to make out who that man is. Arnav looked at him with his ragging eyes.

Khushi looked at the man in front of her and stood shoked.Kidnaper! No no not kidnaper he was not kidnapping Aarav but was helping him and she thought that he is kidnapping her Shona.

Aarav has told His Mom everything what had happened that day in the mall and had also said that the man, whom his Mom had tagged as Kidnapper had given him his mobile to call her and was also going to guide him till the main counter.

Whatever he had said was wrong! But he was going to help her Shona and it was she who had accussed him first, of kidnapping her Shona, when he was just helping him. And what he did was natural, anyone in his place would have done the same, seeing her and Aarav's age difference and so Khushi concluded that is will be nice if she thanked him for helping her son and also apologizing for calling him kidnapper.

"Agam ji! You ar Agam ji? Its your party? " asked Khushi, to confirm.

Both Arnav and Agam looked at Khushi confused. Khushi still has her mask on. And seeing both of them confused, she thought of clearing ones confusion, al-least!. So, Khushi removed her mask.

Agam again looked at the same beautiful face which he has seen in the mall, mesmerized. Does Angels live on earth? Was Agam's first thought when he admired the beauty standing in front of him, clad in blood red saree. He stared in her eyes which was looking at him.Is she mad at him for his that day behavior? No! The thought of the beautiful lady standing in front, being mad at him has not settling right. But his admiration session was broken by Arnav's shocked voice.

"Khushi, do you know him? Where have you met him? How do you know him?" asked Arnav running out of patience.

"Woh...Arnav ji...he is...he is...that...hmmm...I have met him in the mall..." Answered Khushi, not knowing what to tell him. Arnav ji's temper will soon reach the roof, if she told him whatever happened in the mall.

Khushi! Her name is Khushi? That means she is Mrs. Raizada. Agam fisted his palm and tried to block all the thoughts of the beautiful girl in front of him.

"Mall?...what are you talking about Khushi? How do you know him?" again asked Arnav, irritated. The idea of his Khushi knowing Agam was making him restless.

Khushi sighed, looks like she has to tell him everything, what happened that day. She is anyways not good at lying and so Khushi told him everything, what happened that day in the mall.

And as soon as Khushi has finished telling him the whole fiasco, not waiting for a second, Arnav lurched on Agam and caught him by his collar. Khushi stood horrified looking at the scene in front of her.

"How dare you?! How dare you even look at my family let alone questioning them?!" bellowed Arnav tighting his hold on Agam's collar.

"Arnav ji! What are you doing? Leave him! He was going to help Aarav, it's me who had mistaken him as a kidnapper, please leave him. It was not his fault." Said Khushi trying to cool the situation but unable to leave her spot, the angry Arnav horrified her, she had only once seen him this angry and not want to see that terrifying angry Arnav ji again.

"See, Mr. Raizada! Your wife is supporting me. She knows that it's not me who is at fault here, it's you, who is wrong!" spoke Agam with as much bitterness he has in him.

This made Arnav leave his collar and hurl a punch straight on Agam's face.

Agam stagarred few steps back as a impact of Arnav's punch, but steadied himself in no time and lunged towards Arnav"How dare you?!!!" bellowed Agam and puched Arnav with the same intensity.

"Arnav ji!!!!!" shouted Khushi and ran towards Arnav ji to stop him from countering again.

"Arnav ji, please please lets go from here. What are you doing? What has gotten in to you? " asked Khushi holding Arnav ji by his shoulder with her shaking fingers.

But seeing into Khushi's face, Arnav's tempered reached new heights. How dare he question my Khushi?! That b******. And Arnav jerked Khushi's hand from his shoulder causing her to stagger back and again stomped towards Agam to continue the fight.

But as soon as he caught Agam, he heard Khushi yelp in pain, which caused both Arnav and Agam to jerk away from each others ragging eyes and look towards her. Khushi was supporting her by a wall, er one hand on her tigh and tears of pain shimering in her eyes.Arnav immediately left Agam's collar and ran towards Khushi

"Khushi I am sorry, jaan! It's all because of me. I am sorry!" apologized Arnav, guitily knowing well that the pain Khushi is feeling now, is because of him and his anger. He circled his arms around her waist and supported her by taking her weight on his one arm

"Arnav ji. Stop all this! What are you doing? I told you it's not his fault. Anyone in his place would have done the same. And it was me, who first accused him of kidnapping Aarav." Again tried Khushi to make Arnav ji understand the situation.

"But, Khushi How dare he question yours and Arnav's relation?" asked Arnav, trying to make her understand his point.

"That's because he was not knowing about us, Arnav ji. Usmain itna gussa hone ki kya zaroorat hai aapko?" asked Khushi unable to believe that only Agam's question on her and Aarav's realtion has caused Arnav ji to bluster this much.

Again Arnav tried to say something but Khushi cut him off.

"Arnav ji, please lets go from here, pleaseee" pleaded Khushi.

Arnav nodded and was about to lift Khushi, knowing well that walking will cause her more pain but Khushi stopped him by placing her hand on his.Arnav looked at Khushi, confused but to his irritation Khushi was looking towards Agam.

"Agam ji, I am sorry about that day and also for today. And also thank you for helping my son. Now we will take your leave" said Khushi Politely and looked towards Arnav's angry eyes.

"Chale, Arnav ji?" aksed Khushi, knowing very well that her polite behavior with Agam ji has increased his temper but Agam ji was not at fault and she can make her Arnav ji understand the situation once they reach home.

Arnav nodded with great difficulty and again bend down to scoop Khushi in his arms. He held her possessively and started towards the door.

But before exiting the room, Arnav glanced towards Agam, who to his crowing, was looking towards Khushi with a look, which made Arnav hate him more, if that's even possible.
