Flashback

(Manorama sister son is Mahesh ,her sister fell in love with
Mahesh father during their college days and when da family came to know
.manorama sister commited suicide and Mahesh was with his father and his father
died when he was 18 years due heart attack)and from there mahesh is living
without a father and he found siddharth's dad who took care of him with his
parents

ur doubts will be cleared by part 8 and epilogue cause these 2 will give u clean solution to the story as part 8 is da last part and then da epilogue which is the ending and washing away all da doubts and clarifications
