I don't know what to say.
Though I know each word in this update, Arnav and Kushi's dialogue was true and honest, I feel something is not right.
I won't ask how can Kushi look past all troubles Arnav had put her through. Because she has often done it in the serial. But even then I had felt it wrong. But punishment should come in the way he has sinned - unexpected and hurting where it hurts more. Will Anjali give him that pain for whom he did this?
In the serial justice was done in one way. The child for whom he destroyed Kushi's life ultimately didn't exist. Devimaiyya wiped it away in a second similar to how Arnav had wiped of Kushi's dignity and dreams in a minute!!!!
Here, will Arnav get the deserving punishment? If not from Kushi it is okay, but every sin should be payed.
And one thing said in the update about Kushi speaking about Shyam before itself, what would have it lead to? Payal's marriage breaking again. Nobody including Arnav would have believed her over the cunning lawyer that Shyam is. Arnav can never imagine his loving jiju doing such a crime. He would have confirmed that Kushi was a gold digger and like that maid who destroyed his mother's life!!!!
But that doesn't mean Kushi should have hidden it, but that was the right thing to do back then. But Arnav's each decision was the wrong ones. Even beyond doing the right decisions Kushi suffered a lot, that too at the hands of her loved ones. But beyond doing the wrong decisions, Arnav will be forgiven by Kushi, their family, by the writer and even the audience. I won't understand this logic ever. Very few writers have addressed this problem well. Will you be one such?????
